• India (7/5): - central location to everything on the island, rooms were a nice size and very cheap and staff were so friendly. Only issue was we had an ant infestation the whole 5 days we were here got into all of our luggage and toiletries and were all over the floor constantly. Apart from that it was a wonderful stay!

• Torsten (7/5): - Es ist ein einfaches Zimmer, und für ein paar Tage völlig ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und auch der Pool ist sauber und man kann gut dort entspannen. Das Restaurant hat geschlossen und es sieht eher wie ein Schrottplatz aus. Und da stehen die Mikrowelle und der Toaster. Wir waren zu Ramadan da und waren darauf angewiesen.
• Hassane (9/5): Je recommande fortement ! - L’hôtel possède peu de chambres, ce qui rend l’endroit très intime et agréable. L’ambiance est calme et le lieu est vraiment mignon. La piscine est magnifique et très peu fréquentée, ce qui permet d’en profiter tranquillement. Le personnel est très poli, serviable et toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était également propre et confortable. L’hôtel est situé au bord d’une route, ce qui fait qu’il est difficile de se déplacer à pied. Il est donc préférable d’avoir un moyen de transport, comme un scooter. Avec un véhicule, tout devient cependant très pratique car il y a plusieurs restaurants et un 7-Eleven à proximité. Nous avons seulement remarqué quelques petites fourmis près de l’évier, mais nous ne l’avons pas signalé au personnel pendant notre séjour, donc cela aurait peut-être pu être réglé facilement.
• Camille (1/5): Not hygienic at all, very dirty - The pool was nice and you can rent a scooter there. Location is great, close by the airport. It was not hygienic at all! There were ants all over the place, in the bathroom, in our luggage. Very dirty also, dust everywhere. I’m easily pleased, but I would never go back here.

• Romana (10/5): - Un piccolo appartamento attorno ad un giardino ed a una splendida piscina .era piena di confort , un terrazzino privato per fare colazione ,distributore di acqua potabile ,una piccola palestra ma il pezzo forte sicuramente la piscina dove alla sera si poteva godere di uno splendido tramonto. Un ringraziamento speciale lo devo ad Arif sempre presente ...ci ha prenotato uno taxi per l'aeroporto, ci ha contattato un noleggio scooter. Abbiamo trascorso delle belle giornate in questo appartamento. Grazie. Nulla.
• Iriscra (7/5): Fijn verblijf, waar voor je geld - Het zwembad is erg fijn en schoon met een heerlijke buitendouche. Wij verbleven in het familieverblijf waar veel ruimte was. Eigenlijk van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals magnetron, wasmachine koelkast, kookgerei etc. Vanuit de accommodatie kun je scooters huren wat erg fijn is en je goed geholpen wordt. De airconditioning in de voorste slaapkamer werkt nauwelijks. De airco in de andere slaapkamer is ook niet best waardoor het erg warm is. Je kan het ook niet aan laten staan als je weg gaat ivm de sleutelschakelaar. Je hebt hier wel een auto of scooter nodig omdat er niets in de buurt zit. Vanwege de slaaptijden van ons jongste kind vroegen we of we 1.5 uur later uit konden uitchecken mits de kamer vrij zou zijn en eventueel tegen betaling. Er werd verteld dat de kamer na ons bezet was en dit dus niet kon (moest worden schoongemaakt). Echter was deze kamer op booking gewoon beschikbaar en werd deze ook niet schoongemaakt voordat wij vertrokken (15:00). Jammer dat hierin niet wordt meegedacht en gelogen wordt over de bezetting. Hoofdkussens zijn hoog en hard, het bed is aan de harde kant.
• Catalin (10/5): One of the best places we've visited in Malaysia. - We had a great time at this hotel. Great location up on the hill, with a great panoramic view. The pool is a great amenity of the place. We could also do our laundry for free. The owner is very friendly and helpful regarding any requests we had. From helping us to book a boat tour, to arranging a scooter rental for the whole time period we were there. We spent about a month and felt it was too short. We'll gladly come back another time!

• Eva P. (9/5): - The room is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a pool with a nice view. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and even provided us a earlier check in (we just arrive there to put there our baggage and were nicely surprised). The accommodation is situated near a bit busy road. You almost can't here it in the room, but it's not very comfortable when sitting outside. You definitely need a motorbike or a car to stay there.

• Benni (10/5): Schöne saubere Unterkunft - Sehr schöne und einfach gehaltene Zimmer. Sauberer Pool und mega schöne Aussicht mit Sonnuntergang. Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre und alles war super sauber. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würde definitiv wiederkommen wenn ich nochmal in Langkawi bin. 100% Empfehlung meinerseits. Vielleicht das man ein wenig Straßenlärm hört aber sonst war alles super👌.

The room and bathroom were clean and you also have a small pool outside. They also provide breakfast if you ask them (for a fee), and you have purified drinking water and a microwave in the common area. You get a nice view of the airport and the ocean as well. Nothing really!

• Lena (9/5): - Sehr schöne Unterkunft & sehr freundlicher Inhaber! Wir waren 8 Nächte hier. Die Zimmer sind groß mit eigener Terrasse. Lage ist gut, man erreicht alle Teile der Insel innerhalb von ca 30 Minuten maximal. Am besten man mietet einen Roller. Den haben wir problemlos für 35RM über die Unterkunft buchen können. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich super, große Empfehlung! Wenn man etwas zu bemängeln sucht, dann vielleicht die harten Kissen und die etwas schlechte WLAN Verbindung - aber wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

• Olivier (5/5): A place with good potential that needs to invest a bit of money to maintain their high rating - - the pool right outside the bedrooms is really nice, surrounded by coconut trees and birds, and a nice view - the breakfasts for RM15 from 8.30 to 10, with 4 different options: chicken, rice, noodles, pancakes - free easy parking with cars visible from the bedrooms - hot and cold water dispenser by the reception / parking lot - couch in the 2-bedroom room 201 was terrible, pretty much a thin board of plywood, very uncomfortable and feels like it’s gonna break at any moment - bed in one bedroom very squeaky, which always sucks when sleeping with a baby in the room, and very uncomfortable as well, gave us back pain for our whole 10 days - not all AC units had a remote and the AC in the other bedroom was too weak to sleep in there, which was too bad considering there’s 2 beds in that room and they don’t squeak - kitchen is not usable at all, no hot plate/burners/oven, only a microwave, only perk was to have a fridge for leftover Grab food - lots of ants, which can be expected in Malaysia, but more intense than usual. Also expect geckos to roam freely and leave poop on your stuff randomly
• Pauline (9/5): Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! - Die gesamte Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön- der Pool ist sauber, man hat einen kleinen Sportraum und auch das Zimmer war wirklich toll - vor allem für den Preis. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr lecker und die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern ist super. Wir haben ein Moped direkt dort gemietet, was ohne Probleme funktioniert hat. Gern wieder! Das Wlan war im Zimmer leider nicht gut, zum Arbeiten im Raum also eher ungeeignet.

The people working there was very kind we ask for a motorbike and they brought it right away The location was nice if you can drive a motorbike or a car.
• Janyl (8/5): Peaceful place , not crowded. Feels like a home stay. - Very peaceful place, with a beautiful swimming pool, with a sunset view. It’s on the valley from highway and 15-20 minutes drive to cenang beach. The people were friendly. What I liked the most that it’s only around 7-8 rooms in total. Overall it’s a wonderful place to stay. In general, it’s an Island, so the lizards and aunts are common in most of the villas, homes , hotels. At first night I felt uncomfortable when I saw lizards outside my room. But next day I realized that they are actually everywhere in the Island and they are not harmful. So I get used to it. Don’t expect luxury new furniture stay. It’s a simple place with an old furniture, but clean. So for those who wants luxury stay, this is not for you. But for me it was just a perfect stay value for the money I paid.

Got gas stove, fridge, wok, frying pan, rice cooker, utensils, dish rack and cabinet. For those are planning to cone here is advised to cook over here. Very big kitchen. Maybe the owner can provide dishwasher soap and sponge. And the other one is the small toilet plumbing is quite weird. If you want to refill the toilet tank need to turn on the shower too.

• Marie (10/5): A wonderful stay! - We stayed here 5 years ago and were very happy to see that this guest house is still a gem! The sunsets at the pool are stunning and the pool is well maintained and clear. The people who run the guesthouse are very kind and have done a great job of maintaining and improving the grounds. I didn't mind this at all, but for some people, the guesthouse might be a little far from things. You can always order things on grab or you can rent a motorbike. The staff at the guesthouse can get you in touch with rental companies. In fact, I like the fact that it's far from the hustle and bustle, but if you're looking for somewhere that's walking distance from restaurants, shopping and beaches, this might not be the place for you.

• Miroslav (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was really kind and helpful. He gave us mosquito repellent right after asking. Room was nice a spacious. Everything was clean. He can arrange the motorbike rental for you. Our motorcycle arrived in an hour after asking. They have a small pool with nice view. Away from busy areas. Location is a bit farther from the centre ,but it was ok for us,as we rent a motorbike. Without motorbike it can be a bit complicated.

• Damir (10/5): Go for it! Budget stay with top joy! - Close to the airport. Great well-coming and homelike atmosphere. Great and well maintained. swimming pool. Affordable offer to rent the motorcycle or car as this is not central area!!!! There are no “dislikes”. Just bear in mind that it is not centrally located meaning-its not walkable distance from the central beach. If you are into that. We actually were very pleased in driving motorcycle all around and feeling privileged for not being only at one place. Great experience!

• Tyra (5/5): Nice but overcharged by owner - The property had a nice pool, the room was spacious and had a terrace and washing machine for guests to use. However, the drying rack they give you for your room is barely enough to hang a towel and bikini so don’t be expecting to do large loads of washing. They have a breakfast offering. The property is quite far out and nothing in walking distance to you. However, if you get a bike then this is absolutely fine. We requested via booking.com to extend our dates. The owner accepted but didn’t do it through booking.com and saved himself the commission. But then he overcharged me and made me pay more than it was being quoted on booking.com. We didn’t bring this up after as I had already paid and as the extra dates hadn’t been confirmed through booking.com on his side we didn’t think there was anything that could be done. This put a bit of a bad taste in my mouth and so probably wouldn’t stay again.

• Cecylia (8/5): Very pleasant stay - This budget property had everything you would need, soaps, wifi, water dispenser and washing machine. Bed was on the firmer side and towels didn’t absorb water well but for the price it was great value for money. The owner is a lovely man who acts on any queries quickly and makes sure your stay in comfortable. Not much! I would maybe say that during storm season the wind does get very loud, and during our stay the roof was displaced and made a loud banging noise throughout one night, but the owner dealt with it the next morning and offered to move us somewhere else if its still loud. Luckily after that everything was fine :)

• Lily (10/5): Nothing but perfect! - Can't fault this place! Staff are exceptional, very friendly and very response to any questions! Organised us a scooter to rent and it arrived within 20 minutes! We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying for 6, we loved every second, very clean, very mop comfortable, lovely pool to use! 10 minutes away from the airport and you can rarely hear the planes taking off (if you do it's quiet), next to a main road but again, rarely heard anything! Good location and nothing is too far away!

• Mike (8/5): Good Value For Money - Good value for money. Clean room, pool and communal area with free water from the cooler and microwave. You will need a scooter or grab. The owner arranged scooter hire for us and also a taxi to the airport. The pictures are generally accurate. However, the room we were in would have benefitted from a lick of paint. There is a reasonably busy dual carriageway to the front. It is only just audible from the room but very loud from the patio. The bed was far too hard.

• Mohamed (10/5): Good value - A bit secluded from the main city, which I loved. You will need transportation (grab, or better get a scooter) but it’s not too far from main beach. Simple but very effective guest house, with everything you need there. Swimming pool with the sunset view is a big plus.
