• Turan (8/5): Harika - Otel temiz ve düzenli çalışanlar çok nazik ve güleryüzlü idi. Sauna arızalıydı bu yüzden kullanamadık. Hamam ve buhar odası güzeldi, temizdi. Yemekler çok lezzetliydi, özellikle alakart restoranlarda öğlen ve akşam yemeklerinizi mutlaka tadımlayın. Memnun kaldık çok teşekkür ederiz.

• Alexei (9/5): Great experience at a new holiday destination - Good views in both ways to the sea and to the mountains. Compacted and convenient . Nothing really, but the beach is little bit narrow and big slippery stones at the bottom.
• Lehanna (10/5): One of my favourite holidays and resorts! - This resort was absolutely amazing. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was actually too short! We only met/heard one other English-speaking couple, but that was absolutely fine as the staff either spoke English or were able to communicate enough to answer our questions or direct us. Upon request, they did a lovely little arrangement in the room to help us celebrate our anniversary. We really appreciated that. The staff were amazing and so helpful in every aspect. Honourable mention to Alberto, one of the Customer Relations Staff members. He was so helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay and was always checking n on us whenever he saw us. There were other amazing staff members, but did not get their names unfortunately. The room was lovely. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely and spacious. The food and drinks were well prepared and had a huge variety. The main restaurant was always kept clean and there was always staff around to help with anything. The amenities and facilities were all well taken care of and clean. So impressed! Highly recommend a stay here, as you will definitely enjoy yourself. N/A

• Olga (10/5): - Очень красивая природа, классный номер, вообще отличный номерной фонд (только после ремонта, всё красиво и современно), отличные матрасы (спится замечательно), средства для душа очень хорошего качества, отзывчивый персонал, территория не слишком большая и не маленькая, то, что нужно. В шаговой доступности мигрос и несколько магазинов, можно докупить, что требуется, подгузники, например, детские вещи, игрушки и тому подобное. Детские водные горки по расписанию два раза в день. Взрослые горки тоже есть, но мы не посещали. Детский клуб есть, не посещали, так как ребенок увлечен был пляжем)). Ресторан концепции 24/7 - это очень вкусно и удобно, как а ля карт по меню и качеству, но можно посещать по желанию без доп оплаты. Релакс Бар около пляжа - отдельная любовь. Вообще чувствуется профессионализм в управлении. По еде нет огромного бестолкового выбора всего на свете, но то, что есть, всегда было вкусное и свежее (нам это принципиально важно с маленьким ребенком). Рекомендую к посещению. Уверенно-хороший уровень! Детский бассейн мог бы быть теплее, было бы комфортнее.

• Ella (10/5): Un séjour parfait du début à la fin ! - Je reviens d’un séjour absolument parfait dans cet hôtel en formule all inclusive, et je n’ai qu’une hâte : y retourner ! Tout était réuni pour passer des vacances de rêve. Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant, disponible et toujours souriant. Dès l’arrivée, on se sent pris en charge et détendu. Les repas étaient variés, savoureux et toujours très bien présentés. Du petit déjeuner au dîner, en passant par les snacks et les cocktails à volonté, tout était de qualité. La chambre était impeccable, bien équipée, avec un lit très confortable et une vue magnifique sur la mer. Les activités proposées étaient nombreuses et bien organisées, que ce soit pour se détendre ou s’amuser : piscine, plage, animations, spa… Il y en avait pour tous les goûts. C’est rare de se sentir aussi bien pris en charge tout en ayant autant de liberté. Cet hôtel a vraiment compris ce que “all inclusive” veut dire : zéro stress, que du plaisir ! Je recommande à 100 % cet endroit à ceux qui cherchent à se reposer, bien manger et profiter sans se soucier de rien.
• Asli (9/5): Great family vacation - We had a great time at Crystal Flora as a family. There were lots of fun things to do for everyone. The kids spent a lot of time at the kids club. We liked the food options, especially the Turkish a la carte and the buffet. Seafood a la carte and Mexican a la carte need improvement.

The food is delicious and available all the time, perfect for family and the kids loved it. From our experience, we loved everything, the resort met our expectations so all is great!

• Deniz (7/5): Im großen und ganzen gut - Das Essen war grandios. 10/10 rutschen und entertainment war sehr gut Unser Zimmer hat extrem nach Abfluss gestunken. Reinigung hat bad nicht geputzt und überall auf den fliesen im bad war fliegenscheisse.
• Getiya (9/5): В целом все очень понравилось, хоть и были небольшие нарекания. Соотношение цена/качества - огонь! - Все сотрудники всегда были очень приветливы и всегда рады помочь! Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал! Еда хорошая, разнообразная, но главный ресторан со шведским столом не оправдал мои ожидания, потому что некоторые блюда выглядели неплохо, но на вкус были так себе (например, было несколько блюд, где курица была откровенно сухой, на завтраке невкусный омлет и невкусные сырники, десерты в целом не очень), но зато за счет разнообразия все равно было достаточно легко найти себе другую еду по вкусу. В целом, на территории несколько ресторанов и баров, и в итоге еду можно найти круглосуточно, что очень удобно. Была очень вкусная жареная рыба в баре у бассейна. Отдельно хочу положительно отметить тематические рестораны a la cart - турецкая, мексиканская и рыбная кухня - великолепно, очень вкусно! Но вот итальянская кухня в местном исполнении - увы, съедобно, но не более :( Коктейли очень зависят от бармена, в баре у пляжа рядом с ресторанами a la cart - вкусно, в круглосуточном баре и баре у бассейна - так себе. В целом питание оцениваю положительно) Очень понравилось, что много шезлонгов в разных местах: можно выбрать, где отдыхать - у бассейна, у моря под навесом, совсем рядом к воде или на пирсе. Классный аквапарк! Горок немного, часы работы ограничены, но все очень хорошо организованно, безопасность на высоте, очень здорово! На территории есть птицы - можно посмотреть на павлинов, разных кур и голубей, цесарок, а также есть кролики) ну и конечно же везде котики, которых не сильно гоняют, в отличие от многих других отелей. Конечно, их ссаживают со столов для еды, но никто не пинает, это очень приятно. Анимация на разных языках - игры, дартс, стрельба и т.д. Можно хорошо разнообразить отдых. Не уверена, что это заслуга отеля, но вид вокруг просто шикарный! Горы, море - не оторвать глаз :) Есть нарекания по еде и коктейлям, но общая оценка питания - положительная. Было видно, что номер "слегка уставший" - плохо поворачивалась ручка входной двери, плохо открывалась дверца душа в ванной комнате, но в целом это не особо повлияло на впечатления)
• EVGENII (10/5): - Crystal Flora - это семейный отель. Здесь в основном отдыхают с детьми. И это прекрасно! Нет шумной ночной анимации для взрослых. А так как дети должны укладываться спать пораньше, то после 22.00 в отеле почти всегда тихо. Питание разнообразное и вкусное. Всегда есть рыба, что для очень важно для детей и взрослых из России. Пляж большой, чистый и комфортный. Песчаный. Есть пирс с шезлонгами. Семейные номера с двумя комнатами, комфортные. Убираются ежедневно. Территория отеля огромная и ухоженная, вся в зелени, есть даже футбольное поле. Мы приехали рано утром и нас заселили практически сразу, накормив завтраком и не дожидаясь стандартного времени заезда 14.00. За это огромная благодарность отелю. К сожалению, в отеле провели только половину срока бронирования, так как он внезапно закрывался на окончание сезона. На выбор для переезда предложили два отеля этой же сети Crystal - Deluxe или Prestige. Посетив Deluxe мы сильно разочаровались его пляжем, но тогда нам предложили ещё один отель сети - Aura, где мы и остались. С удовольствием бы написал отзыв и про этот отель, если позволит Booking. Так как Crystal Aura очень понравился.

I was genuinely delighted that the weather during this period remained pleasantly warm, allowing us to properly enjoy the sea and the extensive grounds. Accommodation and Dining: The rooms were genuinely great—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The catering deserves immense praise; the food was incredibly tasty and varied, offering a huge selection at every meal. The all-inclusive package, which includes various à la carte options and a complimentary minibar, certainly adds to the excellent value for money. Resort Highlights & Amenities: Beyond the personal experience, the resort itself is top-notch. It boasts a stunning setting nestled against the mountains, providing breathtaking views and a wonderful, spacious feel. The extensive aquapark and multiple pools are a massive bonus, especially for families. Exceptional Service: I must give a special mention to the staff who truly went the extra mile: The massage with Gosha at the spa was simply sublime—a brilliant, relaxing experience I would strongly recommend. A huge thank you to Ibrahim! When my father unfortunately faced a minor health issue, Ibrahim demonstrated outstanding empathy and efficiency, arranging for us to stay in our room until 15:50 (a much-appreciated late check-out) just before our transfer. This level of caring, prompt, and supportive service is a testament to the hotel's brilliant team. All in all, the Crystal Flora Beach Resort provided a seamless and highly enjoyable holiday. Absolutely recommend it!
• Kristjan (10/5): Family friendly, helpful, great value for money. - The food was delicious, and they had plenty of healthy options. The staff was very helpful and cheerful, keeping our 9 month old son entertained. Also plenty of entertainment options for the whole family. As our stay ended on the last day of the season, we could have had great discounts at the spa as well. The pool was a bit on the chilly side, but that's on us for visiting at the very end of October. The sea was nice and warm for swimming on most days, though.

The stone beach is much more quiet. Cat friendly vibes. :) Warm sea at the end of octobre Nice girls working in the kids club open til 23.00!! Good size of the Water slides for the kids - interesting not only for the babies but for the kids 10-15 years old The sound isolation in the rooms. You hear everything. Also a bit noisy at the main restaurant - but its always like this in Turkey.

Питание отличное, разнообразное и для взрослых и для деток. Детский клуб работает с 10 до 23 до самого конца сезона. Деткам 8 и 4 года там нравилось. Мы выехали с отеля 2 ноября - все еще работал. Нет бассейна с подогревом. И слабое покрытие Wi-fi по территории отеля. В номере интернет работал хорошо.
• Yasin (6/5): Her şey dahil tatilimiz! - Konumu güzel. Ulaşımı kolay bir noktada. Her şey dahil konsept güzel bir hissiyattı. Deniz, havuz ve kokteyller güzeldi. Yemekler fena değildi. Tüm gün havuz başında bişeyler yiyip içip takılmak keyifliydi. İbrahim beye ilgi ve alakası için bizzat teşekkür etmek isterim. Banyodaki koku için hızlı bir çözüm üretmesi bizi rahatlattı. Hijyen. Maalesef bizim için kesinlikle sınıfta kaldı. Otel personelini de anlamak istiyorum. Onca insana 24 saat açık büfe bişeyler sunmak kolay olmasa gerek. Fakat hijyen takıntısı olan insanlarsanız bunu bilerek tercih edin derim. Yatak da maalesef rahat değildi. Özellikle eşim sırt ağrısıyla uyandı sabahları. Yani daha yazacağım çok şey var aslında.

• Patrick (10/5): Séjour 6 nuits à beldibi - Nous ne connaissions pas la Turquie et nous avons été agréablement surpris. L'hôtel où nous étions était vraiment top. Les animations du soir, les différents restaurants et bars, la grande piscine et les toboggans, la proximité immédiate de la plage. • Stanley (9/5): - We've had a great time staying at the resort with a group of friends and families. The facilities provide ample options for entertainment and our kids loved the beach and the waterslides. Food was very good at the 4 full service restaurants, but you need to get there early to avoid queues (or after 7:30pm) The staff is very attentive and the place is very clean. Despite large number of guests, the resort never felt overcrowded. The highlight of our stay was the spa treatment and massage - hands down one of the best massages we've had anywhere. Our 13 year old son had a chronic pain in his leg following a ski accident and the massage completely fixed all the pain for the first time in almost 2 years! Overall we've had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday at Chrystal Flora. Thank you! Check-in experience could be improved. The clerk at the front desk took an hour to check-in our group of 9 people.
• Mikko (8/5): Ihan hyvä mutta hotellin ikää näkyy sisätiloissa. Ruokaa oli paljon mutta se ei ollut kovin hyvä- paljon uppopaistettuja - Huoneet siivottiin joka päivä. Vaikka huoneet siivottiin sen olisi pitänyt olla vielä peruustellisempi kuten vessan ovet saippua dosaattorissa oli edellisten asiakkaiden hammastahnaa jne. Osassa huoneista oli kosteusvahinkoja. Huoneisiin spreiattiin jotain hyvin myrkyllisen tuoksuista raikastinta joka päivä.
• ALIKHAN (10/5): - Замечательный отель, встретили с улыбками, по территории приятно гулять, нам дали корпус рядом с бассейном, а там и до пляжа рукой подать, вид на море и горы открылся потрясающий. На мой день рождения отель предоставил мне бесплатно павильон-беседку на пирсе, хотя обычно это платная услуга. О дне рождения я предупредила сама перед заселением в отель,а менеджер Guest Relations Ибрагим был очень любезен и организовал для меня с мамой эту беседку на пирсе, а также он всегда был со мной на связи по ватсапу, интересовался как проходит отдых, отвечал на вопросы, это было очень приятно и удобно, спасибо ему большое! Питание и напитки в отеле на приличном уровне, есть место, где подают отличный кофе, разные напитки, включая импортный алкоголь. Везде чисто, персонал очень приветливый. Пляж тоже чистый. Спасибо отелю и менеджеру Ибрагиму за наш отличный отдых Нам очень не хватало подогреваемого бассейна, было бы намного комфортнее в октябре купаться в бассейне с подогревом

L'hôtel est structuré de manière à ce que les clients puissent se déplacer dans le complexe sans difficulté pour choisir l'environnement qui leur convient le mieux, tout en bénéficiant des services tout compris proposés par l'hôtel. À notre avis, il existe 4 zones distinctes avec des services et une qualité qui diffèrent également d'une zone à l'autre. Dans la zone de la piscine, un bar et un buffet simple avec du personnel moins qualifié, mais qui, dans l'ensemble, finit par servir la clientèle de la zone, composée davantage d'enfants que d'adultes. La zone du bar de la plage, excellente, avec de magnifiques cocktails préparés par le super barman Cerdar, toujours souriant et prêt à proposer quelque chose de nouveau... Le restaurant de cette zone, bien qu'il propose également des snacks, est différent de celui de la piscine et sert à table. C'est notre zone préférée pendant la journée, avec accès à la plage et à proximité des toboggans. La zone centrale, près de la réception, en face du restaurant principal, avec le bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24 et la zone des desserts et des glaces. Zone agréable, point de rencontre pour tout, massages, sauna, mini-supermarché, etc. Nous comprenons que le bar de la quatrième zone, près des courts de tennis, était fermé car la saison touchait à sa fin et que la logistique nécessaire pour tout maintenir ouvert est importante pour un faible afflux de personnes. Cette zone est spectaculaire avec son très beau jardin. Le fait qu'il y ait des tables, des chaises et des transats partout est un point très positif, car il est impossible de ne pas trouver un endroit pour profiter du meilleur de ce qu'ils ont à offrir. Le manque de compréhension de l'anglais de certains employés fait que le service final laisse parfois à désirer sur certains points. Cette lacune n'influence toutefois pas le travail général de l'ensemble du personnel. Les canapés proposés comme lits dans la chambre familiale n'étaient pas très confortables. Même s'ils sont destinés aux enfants, je pense qu'un matelas posé sur le canapé permettrait d'obtenir un résultat final bien meilleur.

• Õnne (9/5): Great stay with family - Very friendly staff, we felt truly welcomed. Roof top live music in the evenings was a splendid surprise. Hamam at the spa and massage were great. Many activities during the day by the nice entertainment team. Shows were excellent (yet could be more frequent). Housing was cosy, area was functional with direct access to the sea and waterpark for all ages. Maybe gym needs some refreshing and stronger air-conditioning, and an extra table tennis table would be nice.

Немного тесновато стоят лежаки. Они часто пустые, но заняты полотенцами и так часами. Хорошо бы за этим проследить персоналу и убрать через часок 😉. Действенная мера в других отелях.

• John (10/5): A really fantastic week by the sea in September - This was our second stay at Crystal Flora so it is not a surprise I can write a very positive feedback , we really did have a great stay. Overall the hotel complex is quite large but 'human sized' area so there is plenty of space to move between several restaurants, pool and beach areas. The beach has plenty of sun loungers along the sandy shore as well as on two small jetties. (think to go down early with your towel if you prefer a place on a jetty). The main restaurant is large with fresh fruits, cheeses, desserts, etc as well as various cooked veg and fish & meat dishes....All inclusive provides white & red wines, beers and local versions of main spirits as well as plenty of soft drinks and water available even by the beach. There is also food available at the pool bar , café bar and a beach side restaurant ( which also doubles up for late night snacks ). There is a medium sized pool usedmore by families with children as well as a water park with slides....There are plenty of staff everywhere from lifeguards , entertainers, food & drinks staff, cleaners,...;it is a very well run hotel complex. The rooms are bright and clean in buildings of no more than 3 floors with 4 rooms per floor so this makes quite a small village of bulidings in a wooded area, again very well maintained. Overall this is a secure hotel complex and while the evening entertainment can go on till 11-12 , it is quite family oriented so the night is calm with no problems to sleep. It was a good balanced mix of adults with no children and family groups with pre-school or young children. A last call out is for all the staff who were always friendly and responsive. Big Big thanks to Ibrahim and his guest team , very very helpful for some small requests !! There isnt much not to like here if you came for a relaxed holiday by the sea it is mostly superb...... A small point in the queue for the A la carte restaurant. While the food is good and its in a nice setting. I would say that you need to be there early (18.10/18.15 ) or could have a bit of a long wait...

Everything was as described or even better. The staff was very attentive, my son had a birthday and they brought us a cake, balloons and a bottle of wine. The food was delicious with a lot of great options. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Especially I recommend this hotel to single couples who can find here night shows, nice bars with amazing sea view. Especial many thanks to the manager of the hotel (don't know his name), Melisa and Elmar( staff working with guests), those 3 people were ultimately professional, very helpful and friendly. The person on check-in Rifat is not on his place, unfriendly and gives you zero information, avoid him. aquapark, 3 beaches , 2 of which are with sand, cabanas on the pier, beach bars, sea food, Italian and Mexican restaurants.

• Schahin (10/5): This is one of the resorts you would definitely like to come back. Thanks to the whole personnel. - The facility has everything to offer what you need to spend your holiday. The long beach with three piers was fantastic to enjoy the sun in the water, at the sand beach and on the piers. The room was updated providing all amenities a traveller would look for. Room was cleaned everyday and the free minibar was filled with new drinks as well. There are quite a few restaurants you can choose from and I have tried all of them and would only recommend to do the same in order to get the best out of the different cuisines. The main restaurant has changing grilled meat everyday and they do a very good job to prepare your meat to your taste. Just ask the friendly cook over the counter.

Есть 2 волейбольные площадки, теннисный корт и дартс и фитнес зал. Очень классные тематическике рестораны. Удалось сходить в итальянский и рыбный. Все было очень вкусно, концепция действительно, как в ресторане, где можно пройвести пару часов. Но надо приходить заранее, за 30 минут до сеансов, чтобы сесть) Теннисный корт мало пригоден для хорошей игры, потому что цвет покрытия такой же, как у мяча. Еще и крыша сделана с маленькими дырочками по всей площади, из-за чего на корте точки из солнца и тени. Но это, если важно для вас. Просто покидать мяч через сетку не составит проблем :) Так же советую купить пару нормальных волейбольных мячей) Однажды играли каким-то резиновым Также рекомендую наладить какую-то коммуникацию между ресепшеном и аниматорами. Потому что, чтобы что-то узнать про активности, приходилось искать аниматоров, а на ресепшене про это ничего не знают. Это будет большим плюсом, думаю:)

We want to especially thank to Mr. Ibrahim, Mr. Arif, Mr. Bugra and Mr. Selcuk at the beach bar. House keepers chief and her personal was great. Special thanks to Karol and Mia. They go above and beyond to make people happy. Room was clean, and if we wanted a get clean, they were there immediately. Food was nice, drinks was nice. We will see you again... • Brad (10/5): An unbelievable resort with amazing staff and excellent food. - Staff were INCREDIBLE! Prior to our arrival we were already in contact with Ibrahim from guest relations. This was a great touch as he answered any and all my questions prior to checking in. Check-in was smooth, friendly and fast. Entertainment staff were outstanding and kept us laughing and engaged will all their planned activities (there are many every day). Bartenders were friendly and experienced. Waitrons were equally good. We particularly enjoyed all the ala carte restaurant. Rooms were newly renovated. The pool and beach cabanas were a hit with the adults and the water slides a hit with our kids. We were a family group of 9 and we were well accommodated wherever we went. most staff had good knowledge of English which was a great help. Our overall experience was amazing and would come back in a heart beat. Only points I'd share here is that the housekeeping staff needed more training. Rooms took ages to be cleaned and sometimes towels and drinks were not replaced. I'd also like to suggest that they supply double bed duvets for the double beds as my wife and I had to each use separate duvets.
• Stanislav_19 (10/5): Very nice place to come back - Cozy hotel with well-kept area on the first line, close to Antalya airport. A large beach, divided by small piers into several sectors. There are sunbeds that are closed from the direct sun almost all day, which is very convenient. Flat entrance to the sea, where there are areas with a clean sandy bottom and rocky - the water is cleaner, but aqua shoes are recommended. A variety of food and drinks in the main restaurant, you can always find where to eat or snack during the day. The rooms are located in 2-3 storey buildings, not too spacious, but good enough, sound insulation is fine. The rooms have everything necessary, with special requests you can always contact the staff. In general, the staff deserves separate praise. Everyone is very responsive, always very quick to respond to any request. Our SPECIAL thanks to the managers Ibrahim and Melissa, the barman Anton and, of course, Gosha.

Кондиционеры новые, холодильник с минибаром работают исправно. Туалетные комнаты небольшие, но душевая кабина вместительная, в комплекте: зубная щетка, мочалка, гель для душа, шампунь, одноразовый станок и крем для бритья. Еда хорошая, напитки, мороженое, сладости тоже не плохие. Виски-четыре вида Red label, Jameson, JB и местный сорт; вино сухое красное/белое местного производства пить можно. Коктейли, ликеры, битеры, текила тоже есть. Развлекательные программы, дискотеки вечером - скучно не будет. В отеле отдыхают и семейные пары с детьми и пары без детей, контингент смешанный. Обслуживающий персонал: местные ребята и инданезийцы (официанты, бармены, клининг). Территория зеленая, красивые виды на горы, пляж хороший, море чистое. Отдохнуть 7-10 дней можно вполне комфортно… Очень плохой Wi-Fi, постоянно отваливается - это проблема! Администрации отеля надо что-то с этим делать… Из-за этого снизил оценку в категории «услуги»

Есть бассейны для взрослых и детей. Очень много вкусной еды и напитков. В конце июня море уже было теплым, понравился пологий пляж. Хорошо провели время. Благодарим за чудесный отдых!
• Olga (8/5): Great staff and location, but manage your expectations - We stayed here for a few days with friends and kids, and overall had a good time. The best part of this hotel is definitely the staff — warm, attentive, and genuinely trying to make sure guests are happy. Big thanks to the team for their kindness and customer-focused attitude. The location is another highlight — the hotel is set against beautiful mountains and surrounded by pine trees, which adds a really nice atmosphere to the whole stay. The resort offers all the standard services you’d expect from an all-inclusive Turkish hotel: food and drinks 24/7, a kids’ club, entertainment for children, a small waterpark, spa center, and evening shows and festivals. It’s convenient and family-friendly. The territory is quite compact for the number of rooms and guests. It can feel crowded, and the rooms themselves are very small. In general, the facilities and overall quality are more basic than what you might expect from a 5-star hotel — and it does get quite noisy at times.
• Ivan (10/5): - We had big problems with arriving to Antalya due to Turkish Airlines, we cake to resort 3 days late and that was a bad way to start our vacation but thanks to Mr. Ibrahim who did everything in his power not just to save our reservation but did much more to make our left days wonderful. We cant thank him enough. Resort is beautiful, personel are such warm and welcoming people. We had very nice memories from Antalya The only thing i didnt like is leaving that nice place

What I didn’t like about the hotel was, first of all, the uncomfortable mattress and pillow. I also think the area designated for children’s play should be better arranged. When it comes to food and drinks, it was decent, but the quality of the food could be much better. The staff working at the beach bar were not friendly to me at all, while the rest of the staff were great. Also, the shower drain needs to be fixed, and I don’t understand why there is no ventilation in the bathroom.
• Liliia (6/5): Мы с мужем поняли, что в сеть Crystal больше не поедем. - Понравился персонал, проблемы были постоянно и персонал старался все решить. Сервис в плане официантов хороший, всегда подходили спрашивали что принести, всегда быстро убирали со столов. А вот тут больше) Номера, они вроде как после ремонта, все новое, но вот только это новое все ломается или не работает. Нам поменяли 4 номера, в первом в душе была только горячая вода, пришли починить, в итоге плитку всю разбили, кран выкрутили, а вода как была горячая так и осталась. второй номер, треснул после первого посещения унитаз, я как бы не бегемот, если что)) Третий кондиционер не работал, четвертый вроде в к норм, но через день кондиционер вырубался и нужно было звать мастеров. С кондеями вообще похоже во всех номерах проблема. Мы бронировали два номера муж с сыном в одном, во втором я с дочкой. Так у мужа через день кондер ломался. Еда, она как бы норм, голодный не останешься, но почему-то все каждый день одно и тоже, ничего не меняется, выбор не большой, если сравнивать с другими отелями где мы были, сильно уступает. Детская анимация, девочки стараются, но как бы это далеко до 5ки. Домик с детский комнатой, это одна комната, где как в советском садике. Пляж тут тоже интересно все, три зоны, камни и они огромный, песок от него вода мутная и купаться противно как а прудах у нас возле дома) третий какой-то тоже кривой. Сама территория небольшая, особо не погуляешь. Детский бассейн вода всегда там холодная, но это на любителя, кому-то может норм, моим детям было холодно. Пирс, ушатанный, нужно менять однозначно !!! Забыла дописать в + лежаки всегда были и в столовой или кафе тоже места всегда были, это хорошо. Искать ничего не нужно. Либо просто нам так повезло и людей было не много. В общем и целом, это 5ка, но слабая. Если вы были в хороших премиум отелях, сюда лучше не ехать. Это не тот уровень. Мы это поняли и приняли))
• khalid (9/5): Nous avons passé un très beau séjour, porté par un personnel chaleureux et accueillant. L’emplacemen - Buffet varié, avec plusieurs restaurants proposant des spécialités culinaires. Service à table attentif, assuré par un personnel aux petits soins. Un grand merci à Ibrahim, toujours disponible via WhatsApp, pour sa réactivité et son professionnalisme. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, idéal pour un agréable séjour en famille. Vous y profiterez d’une vue imprenable sur la mer, d’un excellent niveau de service, d’une piscine aquatique, d’un beach club pour les enfants, et bien plus encore. L’amplitude horaire des restaurants proposant des spécialités passé 21 h difficile de trouver une table .

• Leila (10/5): - Fantastisk hotell med närhet till havet och alla bryggor som är tillgängliga. Mycket trevlig personal i buffé restaurangen. Mycket trevlig person som står i glass- och kakdisken i cafeterian. Dock hade det varit bra om det fanns en till person som hjälpte till så det inte blir så lång kö. Det tar ju tid för barnen att bestämma sig vilket glass de ska välja osv.
• Mohamed (8/5): - The property is fun and full of activities for adults and children. Management is willing to listen to your concerns and support you if you have any issues, specially Ibrahim from guest relations. The SPA is also worth visiting, they are cool and professional, and George will be happy to help. The food options are very good and there is a lot of varieties. It was a cool trip and we have enjoyed and we recommend it as a family. I wish they can improve the WI FI as it keeps logging you out, and the commotion in the morning by the house keeping team can wake you up.
• Ibrahim (10/5): - Excellent staff,they go over and beyond, they do everything with a smile , amazing customer service . Sadya and Ibrahim at guest relationship are superb and an asset to the resort. Muharram at reception is extremely helpful and is a star. Food is amazing Everything is worldclass Nothing

• Illia (10/5): It exceeded my expectations in every way. - We had a great night’s sleep at this quiet place. The staff at the front desk and guest relations were very helpful. There was plenty of beach space, so we never had trouble finding an empty chaise lounge. The food and beverages were okay. There were no rude or intoxicated guests. The hotel didn’t feel crowded. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the evening entertainment and day activities weren’t audible from our room. (tip: ask for a room inside the block, not on the first line.) The mattresses are firm, but you could ask for a couple of extra comforters to add on top. Restaurants are open at 6:30 PM, not 7:00 PM as the booklet stated.
