• Evgeny (2/5): Disappointment Instead of a Vacation - The Italian à la carte restaurant was one of the few pleasant places in the hotel. It was the only place where the tables even had tablecloths, although the waiters were rather stern and not especially welcoming. The animation team was friendly and did their best to make the stay more enjoyable, the entertainment team helped make the experience a little better. They are trying the best to save positive attitude at the hotel. Good animation team, I really appreciate their effort. Be careful if you do not want to ruin your long-awaited vacation. For this price, you can easily find a much better hotel in Kemer with far better service and overall quality. Unfortunately, my stay at Crystal De Luxe Comfort in Kemer was a very disappointing experience. The service was practically nonexistent. No one welcomed us upon arrival, no one helped with the luggage, and no one explained anything about the hotel — they simply handed over the room key and that was it. The first room we were offered smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Only after we insisted was it changed to another room. For a hotel in this price range, this is simply unacceptable. The building is old and clearly in need of major renovation. Many things look worn out and outdated. The hotel territory is very small — there is almost no real outdoor space to enjoy. Another big disappointment was the food area. It feels more like a cafeteria than a proper restaurant. There is no atmosphere of comfort or quality dining. The beach also does not meet expectations. It is public, poorly equipped, and does not provide any sense of comfort or privacy. One of the most shocking things was a bird cage placed right next to loud music speakers. Keeping singing birds under constant noise is cruel and unacceptable. Overall, it felt like the hotel was trying to get guests in and out as quickly as possible, rather than making them feel welcome and cared for. The situation with the birds was one of the clearest and most disturbing examples of this attitude. It reflected the overall hostile atmosphere of the hotel.

• Emir (10/5): - Location was exellent. Very near to the centar of Kemer, less than 5 minutes walking. Staff on reception was very polite. We have very nice room ( only view was not on sea side ). They clean the room every day. Food was exellent. You have oportunity to eat something 24 /7. Looby was very good but small advice staff should not alloved people to put their clothes and no body can sit like that they own privat seats. There is lobby bar oponed 24 hours and all the staff is very polite and proffesional. There is big choice of drinks and sweat program includ even ice cream. Room was very big and clean. All in all very good value for the money and highly recomanded hotel !!! Small thing, do not alloved people to put they clothes in the lobyy like they have privet spice and nobody can seat because they go somewhere and space stay empty cover with they clothes and when you come with your family you can not find space to seat.

We stay 2 weeks so the second week the choice of food wasnt 100 perceng for taste. This was the second year when we coming so its a bit disapointment for room cleaning service. During 2 weeks time tge room even once wasnt cacuumed, everyday something wasnt do right (forget coffe, give only one spoon, leave cleaning materials, not fill the minibar or etc.). Also last year the room was cleaned between 11-13. This year sometimes 9.30, but most of times 15-15.30 and you never know when comes. A bit disapoined for a bar, because even you ask to mix coctail from 2 utems, most if tine they fill so many alkohol that you cannot even drink. So even uf uts all inclusive, would be nice to have a quality not qyantity.

• Nikola (6/5): Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und nicht barrierefrei, die Ausstattung wirkt veraltet. Das Essensangebot ist begrenzt und zu - Das Positive am Hotel ist das Personal, das lächelt und bereit ist zu helfen. Die Zimmer waren deutlich zu klein für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel, und die Schränke boten nicht einmal genügend Platz für die Garderobe einer dreiköpfigen Familie. Die Nutzung mit einem Rollstuhl war sehr schwierig, da wir nur mit großer Mühe ins Zimmer gelangten. Das Essensangebot war eher bescheiden und zu stark auf Gäste aus Russland ausgerichtet. Das Kinderprogramm begann zu spät, ebenso wie das Abendprogramm für Erwachsene, wodurch der Lärm im Hotel bis tief in die Nacht anhielt. Insgesamt vermitteln die Zimmer den Eindruck, dass eine gründliche Renovierung dringend nötig wäre.

Yine ana restoran oldukça kalabalık oluyordu klimalı kısımda yer bulmakta güclük çekiyorduk. Yemeklerde lezzet hiç yoktu. Çay Lipton demlik poşeti ile demlenmisti. Türk usulü çay otuyla demlenmemisti. Deniz güzeldi temiz ve suyu sıcaktı ancak plajda sigara dumanına aşırı derecede maruz kalmak bizi çok rahatsız etti.

Hiç şezlong sıkıntısı cekmedik. Denize akşam üstü girdiğimiz için orada da rahat yer bulduk. Genel anlamda ikramlar hem havuzda hem de denizde yeterliydi. Deniz klasik kemer denizi,temiz ve dalgasız. Personel genel anlamda ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Çalıştığım sektör nedeniyle üst segment otellerin neredeyse tamamına gitmisimdir. Daha iyisi olabilir mi, elbet olabilir. Kapalı şişede bira almak ya da daha kaliteli çerez yemek gibi. Ama onun için iki katı fiyat vermeye değer mi tartışılır.İlk cümlede belirttiğim gibi FP oteli.

Second, the employees in the hotel newer smile. That means they are not happy. When the vaiters are approaching towards you, they try to ignore you for not serving you. You have to shout to call their attention. Reservation employees are adressing at you in ordering manner, not in a requesting manner. Food and drinks are so limited bot in number and şn quality. I guess bosaes of this organisation shall take certain measures. Otherwise it will ruin their prestige. Although this hotel is barely a resort for the beach is somewhere else, they dont pay any attention to change their impression. Besides, we stayed in this hotel before

Pool place was take even you get breakfastand after almost 50 percent of place around pool were reserve by dropping towels and even guest not show up for a few hours.

Overall the trip was a nice memorable one however with some improvements it will be awesome being there. 8 out of 10

• Konstantin (10/5): - Great stay in the off-season with only a few guests in the hotel. It felt like the entire staff was attending to us. We were treated like royalty ;) Ksenia from the Entertainment team took us to see the nearby mountain and it was an awesome trip. Fantastic food and service. We had a lot of fun!
• Ruth Ellen (8/5): - Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a two room suite It was quite comfortable. It over looked the pool and outdoor stage area. The cleaning crews were exceptional. The all-inclusive food/drink was more than enough variety and interest. We loved being able to grab and go from the pool area or the beach when appropriate. You have to cross a street to get to the beach, so no true beachfront view from the hotel, but it is a private beach area with lots of amenities once you get there. The lounge areas, inside and out, where you can grab a coffee or a drink and just hang out, were delightful. The spa seemed great, even though we only used it for beach towels, other people seemed to be enjoying it. We did use the onsite doctor for some small injury assistance and he was quite quick and helpful. The guests were from all over the world and we enjoyed getting to meet friendly people and learn their stories. The hotel is gated and there is a person on duty at the driveway entrance. The street it was on, is a bit remote, but we had no safety issues. My only thoughts on improvement would be the loud music past 11pm (from the disco maybe - not sure)? Also the Guest Relations person I spoke to only knew about the hotel offerings and literally told me she didn't live around the area so she couldn't tell me anything about what I could find in town. I thought that was a bit odd. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

• Professor M N (4/5): - This is the worst so called 5 stars Hotel I stayed in. The reception staff and management were useless and hopeless. I had to sleep on the FLOOR for six nights because the mattress was very old, uncomfortable, sinking springs. I reported it to the management and they promised to change the mattress. All they did was to turn the mattress upside down, ending in a worse situation and resulting in back problems. After several complaints with the manager called Leila and even others, they suggested to change the room. Nothing happened at all. In addition, it was stated in the offer by Expedia to be given a bottle of wine on three occasions I raised the matter which was ignored completely. It seems they don’t value and appreciate Expedia’s Gold members. I hope the matter would be thoroughly investigated with the management of this hotel.

• Ekrem (8/5): - Einen großen Dank an das gesamte Personal . Besonders Mahmut, Hüseyin und Islam kümmern sich tagtäglich mit sehr viel Energie um die Gäste. Ich muss zugeben , dass das Personal 1A waren und die großen Mängel des mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommenen Hotels kaschieren. Tolle Mitarbeiter nochmals herzlichen Dank an Alle! Der Spa Bereich geführt von Serdar ist auch sehr sehr gut! Begonnen hatte ich mit einer Massage am Ende waren es drei Massagen, weil die Masseure mich sehr überzeugt hatten. Nochmals auch einen herzlichen Dank an Serdar und seinem Team ! 💪 Hut ab und weiter so. Schlussendlich kann ich sagen: Wenn Kemer dann Crystal De Luxe
• Islam (8/5): Excellent but the reception guy was horrible - The stay was good, the hotel is clean and all the stuff there was helpful except the reception guy his name is " Halit " he was terrible and his way in talking was too bad to complete the reservation and we were coming from a long airplane trip but he wasn't helpful at all. But the the hotel was good, there was a variety every day at the food.

Pour la plage, il faut traverser une rue et marcher qq minutes pas idéal quand on a des enfants. Le buffet, comparé à d autres hôtel, j ai vu mieux. Les salades, desserts sont bons et variés mais les plats chauds pas top.

• Palins (10/5): - The best Hotel i've ever been. Price x what you get for it ate amazing. Food was tasty and various, cocktails, food outside near the swimming pool, and on the beach. Swimming pools inside and outside, spa complex, sauna. Really close to the beach, and the sea is the cleanest and nicest and warmest I've been to (beginning if September). Highly recommend.

Out of 4 restaurants only one is working, Only Local alcohol, I tried to buy Remy Martin or Hennessy Cognac, They don't have it. I booked there best room with Jacuzzi on the terrace, then was waiting all Day for them to clean that Jacuzzi, it was very dirty when we checked in. My reservation was for 5 nights, I only stayed 2 nights and booked different hotel. This place is very outdated, No Entreatment at all.

• Arie (10/5): GREAT, BUT A COUPLE OF THINGS TO CONSIDER - All in all, it was a very good experience. Comfortable beds, nice showers, excellent food, and good service. The only things I didn't like: the A/C was very weak. It wasn't that big of a deal due to very pleasant weather in May, however, out could be a real problem in hot summer months. The other thing is that there is very loud entertainment right into the very early morning hours, this does make getting a good night sleep would a challenge. I will still recommend this place, but thought you should know...

Havuzlari gayet guzel.Hersey dahil olmasindan midir bilmem ama yemekler 4 yildiz ayarindaydi. Odalarda ve oturma alanlarinda internet zayif zaman zaman hic cekmedigi oldu. Duzeltilmesi gerekiyor. Otelin konumu gayet iyi. Temizlik konusunda biraz daha ozen gostermeleri lazim. Personel kilik kiyafetleri kesinlikle 5 yildiz bir otele yakismiyor. Personeli yardimsever pozitif insanlar. Otel biraz yipranmis odalarda ve diger bolumlerde biraz tadilat istiyor sezon sonu oldugundandir diye dusunuyorum. En onemli kisim bir daha gidermisin derseniz neden olmasin derim. Iyi gunler.

• Julie (10/5): Supert hotell! - Flott hotell med bra beliggenhet. Full service og virkelig ett deluxe hotell med alt inkludert! Maten var god, variert og noe for en hver. Både til frokost, lunsj og middag. Spaet var bra og du får det du blir fortalt at du får. Standen ligger bare 5 min gåtur unna med bar hvor der også var alt inkludert! Etter middag var det bra og variert underholdning. Både for barn og voksne. Jeg og venninnen min ønsker å reise tilbake neste år.

• Kulsuma (10/5): Excellent Hotel with the best location - This was Our first Holiday and it was the most amazing experience ever. Having no expectations I absolutely admired the Hotel, location and the people there. Kemer is full of Hotels but his hotel provided a lot of comfort for those who did not wish to leave the hotel with a nice pool side, kids pool play area and unlimited food buffet. Food was not three times a day, as one closed another opened with an amazing snack bar that provided everything you could crave for such as pizza, donner kebab, burger, spaghetti muffins ice cream which all came with the package. I was truly shocked and appreciated this as I was unaware of how much i was getting for the little price I paid. Despite the Hotel like normal providing three cause meal they also provided additions food throughout the day which I found thoughtful and those who don't wish to leave did not have to as it was all catered for. If you would like to go out then domino's, Mcdonald and Burger king is distance away and also Halal. Therefore perfect location, even with night clubs and other things to do in town. Location of the hotel is perfect as you get the views of the mountains and the stoned beach with amazing view. As you walk down the sea you will come to the Mcdonald and Burger king side where the view gets even more better with green ocean and a Yacht company where you can hire it out with also a tour side on the private boat. Just outside the hotel is a bazar which has majority of the things you want to buy.
• S (10/5): Great hotel close to beach - Nice friendly staff, truly 5 star accommodation, very clean and well kept, huge buffet selection, all stone/marble flooring throughout and good pools including indoor pools and spa is 5 star treatment. Very pleased, only downfall is that the beach is pebble and no sand.

• Alison (6/5): Crystal de Luxe at Kemer - This was our second visit to the Crystal, 12 months apart. We would have to say this year was a little disappointing. Compared to last year, cost cutting seemed very evident. Examples; no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, very limited (and only local) drinks available in the bar, over our four night stay non of the a la carte restaurants were open. To be fair this did not affect our stay. The hotel has a fantastic location and for the deals on offer it is still good value for money. Enjoy :)
• Verified traveler (2/5): Won't be back - Turned up given room on a main road very noisy at 2am neighbours having massive argument told to wait till morning to change room gave us new room OK but no air conditioning as apparantly it's winter just a fan open the doors mosquito heaven bitten to pieces then call to faith every day starting around 6am over loud speaker then you get the Cockerels screaming all night put us off turkey for life don't waste your money go somewhere better
