• Kerstin (6/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne und Verkehrsgünstige Lage, Sehr gutes Restaurant Das Zimmer war winzig. Am Anreisetag war Ruhetag, dass hätte man uns mitteilen können. Die Extrakosten für die Mitnahme unseres kleinen Hundes waren hoch.
• Swiatlak (8/5): - Sehr nette Bedienung und da wir fast ganz allein im Hotel waren, wunderbarer Aufenthalt Da nur 3 Zimmer belegt waren fehlte es manchmal an Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer
• Antje (6/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Liegt direkt am See Zimmer zur lauten Strasse, man kann das Zimmer nicht dunkel machen und es strahlen die Scheinwerfer der vorbeifahrenden Autos herein 1 abgezählte Bettdecke es war wirklich etwas frisch ich habe kein Personal vor Ort gesehen oder gehört, es war unpersönlich und das Zimmer hat kein Charme

• Manfred (5/5): Es gibt Besseres !!!! - Kaffee aus Pumpkanne, an der Küste kann man auch Fisch mal zum Frühstück servieren. Zimmerreinigung nur auf Bestellung geht in einen Hotel überhaupt nicht !!!!

• Claus (4/5): Leider eine Enttäuschung - Ein Tolles Haus und eine schöne Umgebung Im Hotel gibt es keine Ansprechpartner!!! Zimmer kalt, da die Heizung defekt war.TV hatte keine öffentlich rechtlichen Programme, da noch ein Modul gewechselt werden mußte, was schon lange bekannt ist. Schlüssel gibt die Gaststätte aus, ist aber für nichts verantwortlich. Frühstück ist sehr mager. Das Hotel wird vom Hotel Residenz in Heringsdorf verwaltet und vernachlässigt. Nach Rücksprache sind wir nach Heringsdorf ins Hotel Residenz umgezogen.

• Frank (7/5): Altes Hotel an einem Schönen Ort - Parkplatz am Haus. Relativ zentrale Lage, Leider gab es keine Vorabinformation, dass es das Frühstück im Nachbarhotel gibt. Ein Wasserkocher für Tee wäre super gewesen.

• Mathias (8/5): Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, welches für einen Kurzurlaub wunderbar geeignet ist. - Das Hotel ist sehr schön am Wolgastsee gelegen. Die Seebrücke in Ahlbeck erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Min. Im Hotel befindet sich ein Restaurant, mit einer sehr schönen kleinen Karte. Alle von uns getestet Speisen waren sehr lecker. Leider sind der Hotel- und der Gaststättenbetrieb unabhängig voneinander. Aufgrund unserer Buchung außerhalb der Saison war die Rezeption nur am Anreisetag besetzt. Das war für uns aber auch kein Problem. Schlüsselrückgabe haben wir telefonisch klären können.

• Anke (8/5): Schön - Sehr nettes Frühstückspersonal. Bea ist sehr herzlich und betreut ganz persönlich….bei Rückfragen und Problemen, obwohl sie nicht zum Hotel, sondern zum Restaurant gehört! Personal / Empfang vom Hotel gibt es nicht. Nur 2 x in 10 Tagen eine ältere Dame gesehen! Reinigung der Zimmer nur nach telefonischer Anmeldung. Kein Empfangspersonal / kein Personal vom Hotel vorhanden !

• Mario (7/5): Es war ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub - Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Bedienung freundlich. Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel und es hat uns gut gefallen, vor allem die tolle Umgebung. Der See direkt hinter dem Hotel ist ein Traum. Die Außenanlage könnte etwas gepflegter sein.

• Marlene (9/5): Historischens Gebäude direkt am Wolgastsee - Die Lage am klaren Wolfgangsee mit Baumbestand und fußläufiger Badestelle ist super. Gerade am Abend hat man wirklich seine Ruhe. Das Frühstück ganz toll mit freundlichem Service. Man kann gut parken und auch Fahrräder oder SUP abstellen. Ein schönes altes Gebäude, vor allem der Gastraum hat Charakter. Draußen gibt es eine Terasse und ein paar Strandkörbe. Wir hatten das kleine Doppelzimmer, mit Schrägen und etwas verwinkelt und dunkel. Aber war dadurch preislich sehr attraktiv. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden auch mal wieder dort buchen. Matratze etwas weich und schaukelig. Unser Zimmer ging seitlich zur Straße und über diese läuft morges früh ab 5 Uhr der Berufsverkehr. Das sollte man bedenken, vor allem im Sommer, wenn man das Fenster üb er Nacht weit öffnen muss. Also Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen oder ggf. gleich ein Zimmer nach hinten raus mit Seeblick nehmen. Bedenken sollte man auch, dass die Ostsee zwar nur 3km entfernt ist, aber durch den Wald hat man mit dem Rad einen Anstieg mit 50m Höhenunterschied. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts, habe ich nur zur Info für andere Reisende aufgeschrieben.
• Manfred (6/5): Ganz ok - Die Lage am See ist Toll. Die Restaurantnähe ist angenehm. Keine Reinigung während der ganzen 3 Tage. Das hätte aus unserer Sicht verbessungspotential. Das wäre auch angebracht Toilettenpapier nachzufüllen. Die 3x EUR 20,— bei keiner Reinigung sind hoch genug.

• Monika (8/5): Sehr schön - Die Lage war super, daß Frühstück lecker und wen jemand vom Personal da war, war Alles sehr freundlich. Die Restauranttoiletten müssten schnellstens gereinigt werde.😅
• Charles (3/5): We will not return ! - Pleasant location. After a long journey arrived to find the hotel locked . We arrived well within the agreed arrival time . We were not told in any of our email correspondence that this would happen and if it did , what to do . In the end I phoned the number on our booking details to be told that the key was in a key safe !!!! Our room was prepared , no water or any other drink . Sloping roof caused difficulties. Bathroom needed upgrading . We were told on a few occasions that the restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday evenings . We are elsewhere on Monday . On Tuesday afternoon , having booked a restaurant where , we found staff preparing the dining room. We were told the restaurant would be open on Tuesday night . Why were we given the wrong information ? Breakfast was inadequate .
• Gülçin (7/5): Good - Our room was nice and it was looking at the lake which is beautiful. Also, the breakfast was really really nice! We loved it. There is literally almost no internet nowhere. Sometimes you might get a signal in the room, at least this was the case for our room, but in the restaurant and the other areas no internet at all. Also for non-Germans the atmosphere might be a little unpleasant as you might get a lot of attention from other people staring at you.

• Ludovica (8/5): Very good - The place is very nice: the building with its terrace in front of the small lake is great. Breakfast is also good and the rooms are spacious. There is unfortunately no WiFi in the rooms
