• Abi Bibat (7/5): Fair for a last minute long weekend stay, but overpriced for the room price - I stayed at Fenix Inn for a last minute booking during a long weekend. The price was quite fair considering the high demand during that period. However, based on the room size, facilities, and overall cleanliness, I feel the cost could have been lower. The room was quite basic and did not fully match the price paid. Some areas could also be improved to provide a better guest experience. That said, the location is convenient and may still be suitable for short stays, especially if you need a place on short notice.

It's smaller n there are marks n stains on the room n toilet floor. Renovations marks n stains not clean thoroughly. Noises from the renovations on the corridors n other rooms can be heard.

• S CHONG (6/5): - I like the clean room and the good location, near to mahkota parade, dataran, mahkota hospital. it's also near to bus stop point like estadia. basically it's a walking distance to many key places. although the room is clean, but time has caught up with them. this is an old hotel that has been around for more than 10 years. the room start to have smell. and they dont replace old towels, which has been used for 8 years - there is a label in the towel stated 2017. pls pls pls rejuvenate your hotel. probably you have a hard time during covid, but i believe u can fight back and refresh back.

• Ng (3/5): - But, the room is still ok, clean and comfortable. There is no reserve parking for hotel customer, and that area is difficult to find parking lot. And there is no lift, it is not friendly to senior citizen and also those who have large luggage.
• Adeera (9/5): Suitable for short trip - There are 2 rooms for 1 apartment. Each room has a bathroom. There is a simple kitchen equipped with necessities. There is a TV in the living room. The house faces the main road allowing you to see the traffic conditions to plan your trip Each room is not equipped with a mirror. It is a bit difficult to tidy yourself up because only the bathroom has a mirror. Iron is not provided in the apartment, but in the space outside the room there is one provided for sharing. Car parking is also not provided, you have to park far away and pay.

• Nurshamimi (10/5): A comfortable and affordable stay in the perfect location. - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel located right in the heart of Malacca! It’s surrounded by all the major attractions and everything is just within walking distance which made it super convenient to explore the city without needing any transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and definitely worth the price I paid. It had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly too, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended if you want a strategic location, cleanliness, and great value for money! I’ll definitely come back again. The hotel does not have a lift, so it may not be suitable for elderly guests or anyone with knee problems, especially if your room is on a higher floor. Also, basic amenities like a toothbrush are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own.

• Nurul (6/5): it was an okay stay bcs i only stayed there for one night - it was very close to dp and jonker walk, the staff were friendly. this is my sec time here, the first time i booked airbnb which was sooo nice and we got the privacy we wanted. recently i booked only the room but it wasnt as nice as the airbnb. great for the price so we couldnt expect much from it the room was a bit smelly and i can hear people from outside the room VERY CLEAR. we aint got no privacy but it was a budget hotel so its okay i dont mind honestly.

• Ryunami (8/5): A good location hotel to stay - Stayed for 3 nights in a queen bedroom without window with Booking dot com, got rate RM261.00 and ended up paying almost RM300.00 when too many taxes were added (I forgot to ask for receipt when I checked out) The front desk staff, the hotel crew and the guard are friendly and helpful in many ways. The hotel is still under renovation right now; they are expanding the hotel building to build more rooms so during the days the guests have to bear with the construction noises from 9.00 am till 5.00 pm. The hotel has no lift or elevator so I was grateful when given a room on 1st level because I carried such a heavy backpacker and hand carries and the stairs are quite steep. If you have old family members with you, you should check the room with the hotel first before making a reservation. The room is quite old but it is large, comfortable and clean upon check in. The aircond is quite old and always take sometimes to cold down the room. The TV has a limited of choice for tv stations but I'm glad the tv is functioning very well unlike the previous hotel stayed before coming here and I can enjoy a few random movies at night. The selling point of the hotel is it's location. A walking distance to Atlantic Nyonya Restaurant Melaka Raya (Muslim friendly), shopping Malls Dataran Pahlawan and Mahkota Parade, as well as A Famosa, the museums and Jonker Street. There is also a Starbuck, Family Mart, mamak restaurants and halal restaurant Ee Ji Ban.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Our room had no window and smelt of mold. We asked for a bigger room and the receptionist immediately showed us a big apartment space with two rooms and bathrooms. It was clean and very spacious. we paid extra 70 MYR for two nights. It was close enough to the center of the historic site (about 11 min walk)
