Tienes la playa y la avenida justo al lado, restaurantes cerca y un supermercado bastante completo justo enfrente del complejo de apartamentos. La zona de la piscina súper tranquila, sin barullos ni ruidos. Había disponibilidad de hamacas y el apartamento estaba súper limpio. Me hubiera gustado que los colchones fueran mas confortables y las almohadas un poco mejores. Sino te gustan las almohadas bajas mejor llevar tu propia almohada porque las que había eran prácticamente planas.

Ideale Lage: direkt in der Nähe des Ozeans, Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Abendunterhaltung bequem zu Fuß erreichbar; die Bushaltestelle vom Flughafen ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Gute, feste Matratze (10 von 10). Bequemer und unkomplizierter Check-in. Blick auf den Ozean. Abends und nachts ruhig. Um Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden, lesen Sie die Beschreibung des Apartments bitte sorgfältig. Wenn Sie einen 5-Sterne-Service erwarten, werden Sie ihn hier nicht finden; schauen Sie sich auf der Website die angegebene Sterneanzahl an. Übrigens wurden die Anforderungen für die ausgewiesene Sternezahl vollständig erfüllt und sogar übertroffen. Die gesamte Beschreibung entspricht der Realität. Es ist nicht angegeben, dass das Apartment automatisch gereinigt wird (dafür müssen Sie den Administrator im Voraus informieren – das erfahren Sie vor Ort, wenn Sie eine Reinigung wünschen). Es steht auch nicht, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt werden (auch dafür ist eine vorherige Anfrage erforderlich). Die Kissen sind unbequem (das wird jedoch durch die gute, feste Matratze ausgeglichen). Die Fensterscheiben sollten idealerweise nicht nur mit Wasser gereinigt werden (dies hinterlässt starke Schlieren, weshalb das Glas trüb wirkt). Der Boden war bei der Ankunft nur gefegt, ohne Nassreinigung; es lagen noch einige Zellophanreste vom vorherigen Gast herum. Die Möbel sind insgesamt alt, funktionieren aber gut. Geschirr sollte – wie üblich – vor der Nutzung gespült werden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind sauber. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, daher ist zu vermuten, dass ein Ventilator in der Hochsaison nicht ausreichen wird. Die Raumaufteilung ist ausgezeichnet – bequem und praktisch. Trotz der genannten, teils erheblichen Nachteile bleibt der Wunsch, wiederzukommen.

• Juliana Spanemberg (6/5): Hay mejores opciones en la zona - Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, ya que está muy cerca de la playa y de supermercados, lo que resulta muy cómodo. Además, la comunicación fue buena y el check-in online facilita mucho la llegada. También valoramos positivamente que haya recepción disponible durante algunas horas del día, lo cual es de gran ayuda. Tuvimos una experiencia parcialmente negativa durante nuestra estancia. En primer lugar, los vecinos del apartamento contiguo eran extremadamente ruidosos: discutían y gritaban durante todo el día, y por la noche llegaban en estado de embriaguez, generando aún más molestias. Además, al llegar encontramos cucarachas muertas en el pasillo y, lamentablemente, también una dentro de uno de los apartamentos que habíamos alquilado, lo cual resulta totalmente inaceptable. En cuanto a las instalaciones, el termo de agua del apartamento 13 no funcionaba correctamente, por lo que durante los tres días de estancia no pudimos ducharnos con agua caliente. Esto nos obligó a utilizar el otro apartamento, siendo un grupo de 8 personas (4 en cada uno), lo cual fue muy incómodo. Por otro lado, la puerta del baño de ese mismo apartamento no cerraba, lo que eliminaba completamente la privacidad. Tampoco disponíamos de la llave del salón para acceder directamente a la piscina, por lo que teníamos que pasar constantemente por el otro apartamento para salir. Para terminar, la experiencia en la piscina también fue desagradable: había un adulto con dos niños grandes, y uno de ellos estaba orinando en la ducha delante de mis hijas, sin ningún tipo de reparo. Los apartamentos necesitan una reforma y mejorar la limpieza.

• Zaraida (1/5): No volveré - Nada Todo, llegamos y tuve que lavar toda la losa porque estaba llena de comida, no hay limpieza solo si la solicitas, pedi almohada extra que nunca me llegó, pedí limpieza y tuve que hablar en varias ocasiones y cuando vinieron que solo queria que limpiara el baño y el piso lo dejaron fatal, una fregona humeda y un pañito al baño y se fueron, el apartamento lleno de humedades cayendose a cachos las paredes literalmente me dijeron de cambiarme pero al dia siguiente y pa 2 dias que me quedaba pues no valía la pena, la piscina tanto de lo mismo con óxido y el agua congelada 2 veces me metí en 5 dias y no duré ni 5 minutos porque es insoportable...

• Andreas (6/5): Einfaches Appartement für geringe Ansprüche - Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage. Bis zur Strandpromenade sind es gerade 5 Min. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich extrem spartanisch. Es gibt nur das Allernotwe digste und manchmal noch nicht einmal das (z.b Pfannenwender). Das Bett war unbequem. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.

• Paulo (5/5): Pésimo - S es Muebles antiguos, el sofá para 3.persona no era apta para dormir. Por problema en casa d mis amigos donde me alojaba tenía que pasar unas noches con mis padres en este apartamento y el sofá en salón está muy estrecho, además no había ni una almohada. En el dormitorio para cubrirse en la noche solo hubo una manta fina, sin funda ninguna manta adicional. Las noches eran muy frías y dicha manta no cumplía nada. El wifi jamás ha funcionado. No conecta a la red de Ficus. La vidrioceramica no fucnionaba. Y solo hubo dos toallas pequeñitas, hasta en esto máxima escasez. La pared al lado de puerta de entrada se crujía cada vez cerrando la puerta. Nada de seguridad ya que puerta de balcón no tiene ninguna tipo de cerradura, siempre se puede abrir. Entonces no dejábamos ahí nada de valor lo que era bastante incómodo. Alumbrado fatal, todo parecía recordar los años 80, muy gastado e incómodo

• Maria Isabel (1/5): CUCARACHAS, FALTA DE MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA - Únicamente la ubicación Es una vergüenza la falta de limpieza y mantenimiento que tienen en la piscina, habitaciones y pasillos. La cisterna del water no tira bien, tenemos que echar un cubo de agua por no tira la cadena. Hay humedades en una de las paredes de las habitaciones y en el pasillo fuera del apartamento. Ayer había un cúmulo de cucarachas muertas que estuvieron ahí durante toda la mañana y nadie las recogió, incluso la limpiadora estaba limpiando la habitación de al lado y no las limpió hasta que lo comunique en recepción. La piscina está sucia, se nota que no se limpia hace semanas por todos los bichos, pelos etc acumulados. NO SE ALOJEN AQUÍ

• Nicole Tyck (7/5): Goed voor een weekje te relaxen, zonder veel luxe. - Wij hadden een appartement aan het zwembad, gelijkvloers; 's Morgens hadden we de zon op ons terras wat heel fijn was om te ontbijten. We hebben geen propere badhanddoeken gekregen De dekens die voorhanden waren , waren heel oud en stoffig maar het was te koud om alleen met een laken te slapen. Niet goed als je allergie hebt.

• Timothy (8/5): - Die strandnahe Lage der Anlage, einschlieslich eine vielzahl an Restaurants um die Ecke, war einfach fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und super hilfreich! Nichts.
• gema_m2 (9/5): Correcto alojamiento en gran zona - La ubicación es excelente, en segunda línea a 5 minutos de la playa y a 15 del mirador de las dunas. En general el apartamento es correcto con lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Destacar los colchones y las almohadas muy confortables. Faltaban algunas cosas que se decían en Booking pero lo hablamos en recepción y enseguida lo solucionaron. Me dejaron cuna y trona para el bebé, sombrilla y toallas para la playa. Hace falta un mantenimiento en algunas cosas, especialmente en la zona de piscina que pide una mano de pintura. Nuestro alojamiento en la última planta tenía unos calzos de madera en la valla del balcón, lo cual no daba mucha confianza. Las ventanas de las habitaciones no cerraban bien, con lo que se oía mucho ruido, en temporada alta puede ser un problema. El aparcamiento en la zona, en febrero no resultó difícil. En verano seguramente si. Se echa en falta un horno o grill en el microondas.

Stuff was welcome. It's overpriced. For £100+ per night, we expected more. The apartment is not well furnished, and all the stuff is very cheap.

About property…we was so tired after early morning travel..i txt before that we coming @11:00-12:00 and thay know we hv small bby. Then we get to the gate-and gate was clouse..we ring the bell,we call to the number no one answer-it was so hot and we cant get in.We wait 15min +/- on the gate.Someone who rent there walk outside and open gate for us.Then we go to reception and wait again 10-15min.Then coming reception girl and say sorry-i was in toilet. Ouuuu, in toilet 30min.and more? She wasnt even come from toilet-the toilet is nxt to reception and she come from different way. Then she say we cnt get in…we can only from 3pm.So we leav bags on reception and change ourselves in toilet.🤦‍♀️ When we come back we get the room.When we go inside the chlorine-bleach smell so much.But it was ok you know its clean.😂 Showe water go away very slow…shower doors need to push to propa open. The bathroom door trim is damaged. Behinde the door was The cleaning brush-full of hair. The microwave was not cleaned for some time. Everything else was perfect.Propably the start when you standing and waiting outside and no one answer the door and phone was pissing us off thats why we see other stuff what is not good. Swimming pool thay clean every day. In early morning. There was 3 pools different sizes. Balcony-perfect…where to dry clouths aswell but no washing machine-we wash with hands. • Árpád (5/5): - Minden közel, van, saját medence Jó nagy csótányt volt a fürdőszobában.
• Michele (6/5): Good location to beach and restaurants and grocery stores. - Location. Ariel in reception was kind and helpful. Did not get the room pictured in our reservation. Large bug in our bathroom found the morning we left. Reception was closed that morning so didn’t report it. Man above us was smoking and dropped his ashes on our outdoor table.

• Katarzyna (7/5): Dobra lokalizacja. - Super lokalizacja. Bardzo czysto. Wszystko co potrzebne było, ale w bardzo podstawowym standardzie. Nowsze wyposażenie kuchni typu lodówka, czajnik, mikrofala. Bardzo podstawowy obiekt, starszego typu. Podniszczone meble, odpadająca farba. Plastikowe krzesła.
