• Gabor Denes (10/5): Hidden gem in the heart of Val d’Orcia - Beautiful location, stunning view, very calm quiet place, an enchanting gem near the beautiful city of Montepulciano. Alex made our stay great, giving advice on secret locations to visit. The appartment is brandnew, well equipped and comfortable. Great location to visit Val d’Orcia and Chianti region. Highly recommended! Only thing to be careful is the entrance gate which is in the curve of the road so be very careful when turning to the entrance of the house.

Depuis peu nous avons un bébé qui nous a rejoins dans l’aventure. Je crois que c’est l’endroit où nous avons été le mieux accueilli. La gentillesse des propriétaires est incroyable! Ils ont tout fait pour que nous puissions venir plus tôt (car il faisait très chaud) et profiter de la piscine. Ils ont mis la Clim en amont pour notre bébé, nous ont donné de super adresses. Les hôtes sont prévenants, délicats, bienveillants, élégants. Le lieu est propre, soigné. La vue de la piscine est magique. Leur vin est très bon. Merci pour tout

• Claudine (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, lots of information and suggestions were given, only 5 minutes drive from Montepulciano. The place was clean and well equipped with everything you need. Alex was friendly and very responsive. Highly recommended, Don't think twice and book your stay!
• Clarksonz (10/5): Relaxing spot - We stayed in the one bedroom cottage. The location was perfect with beautiful scenery and cosy accommodation. The pool was beautiful and had an amazing view across the vines. The host was very helpful and friendly, we had one of their wines for a pre-dinner drink, it was lovely, if we were not backpacking we would have bought more. The air con was a blessing as the temperatures were in the mid 30's. There is a restaurant within walking distance but it is all on the road, no pavements.

It was my first time in Italy, and I was admittedly nervous about traveling to a new country without knowing the language, but the hosts made everything seamless. Check-in and check-out were easy, and they spoke excellent English, which made communication a breeze. The room was thoughtfully equipped with a smart TV, allowing us to connect to all our streaming apps, which was a great bonus. The view from our windows was peaceful and serene, offering a perfect glimpse into the surrounding beauty. The pools were spotless and offered a surreal view of the mountains and the vineyard. The entire property was immaculately maintained, and we were especially impressed by the handcrafted furniture made by the property owners, which added a unique and personal touch. We also appreciated practical amenities like the onsite washing machine, ironing board, and iron. The location was ideal. Super close to town and just a short trip to the nearest grocery store. The hosts also gave us fantastic recommendations for nearby towns and must-see spots. All in all, it was an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return! Nothing!

They grow their own Olives and have their own wines. He quickly got us wines and olive oils when we asked for it. Super responsive on whatsapp. Hands down, the place to stay in the Pienza / Val d’orcia region. Everything was very good.

Close to the city, and various wineyards around. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was good, bed was comfortable, and the local served wine was good 👍 Although the place is great, I think we would have enjoyed it better if it wasn't for the rain storm that was present throughout our stay. Try booking closer to September ✌️

Our apartment was the perfect size for two, it was clean, cosy and embraced a rustic design, with some handmade furniture by the owner and his brother. • Eli (10/5): Magical - Alex and his family are amazing hosts and they truly want your Tuscan experience to be memorable. They are very passionate about this and also passionate about Tuscany and their home. We arrived on a rainy day and we stayed for 3 nights. Alex was communicating with us in advance to our stay and already providing many suggestions. However, given the rain, some of those original suggestions were not suitable when we arrived. So Alex proactively gave us other suggestions which was very helpful so we could still enjoy ourselves despite the weather!! As soon as we arrived, he provided us details of the local grocery store and gave us tips on how to navigate the town and find parking. Anything we wanted or needed to ask about, Alex and his family provided and were very responsive when we called or texted. It helped make our experience so nice because we got good local advice. The place is stunning. The view by the pool is spectacular!! Sweeping green hills and mountain views that go so far and makes you feel like you are in a different world. We truly wish we had more time to enjoy it and could have stayed there longer. The small towns are also very close by (around 10-15min drive) and the green hills are everywhere!! It's so lovely to drive around the area and see all the greenery but it's even more magical to wake up with it on your front door in the morning while having your coffee. This place is beautiful. Alex and his family made some great recommendations. We really loved Montechiello and the thermal pools too. Dinner at Lieviti for pizza is so yummy and is inside an old wine cellar, so it's a beautiful venue and only 5-10 min drive. Order the Bufalina pizza yum! There are so many other nice restaurants too. If you want to enjoy real Tuscany, this is the place to be. It's away from the crowds, so very peaceful but still close to everything. And because it's family run, they truly care about your experience and will try their best to help you.

This villa is just a few minutes from Centro - so it was perfect and we avoided the crowded streets of Centro. Alex is a wonderful host! Our apartment was wonderful - clean, comfortable and well stocked. The views from the property are amazing and relaxing. Grab a bottle of wine from Alex's cellar and sit overlooking the pool and vineyards. We would love to visit again!

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Above all, Alex’s kindness and hospitality made our stay so special and he provided expert recommendations and was able to answer all of our questions.

Just a 5 min drive from Montepulciano town, everything we needed for a relaxing time for our first time in the Tuscan countryside, definitely recommend!

The location was excellent - very peaceful surrounding and close enough to visit the surrounding amazing hill towns. Alex, our host, could not have been nicer. He was immediately available for all our needs and he gave us great tips in regard to sightseeing and restaurants in the neighborhood. During the mornings, we - consisiting of 2 four adults and 4 kids - enjoyed ourselves at the amazing swimming pool and in the afternoons we explored the surrounding area.

We were only message away from reviving a delivery of his family’s delicious wine. The farm house was lovely and stocked with anything you could need. We couldn’t find the corkscrew. Alex hand delivered one. The view from the terrace was to die for. The historic town is amazing and close to other beautiful small towns. would definitely stay here again.

He gave us loads of recommendations for the area which we followed and we had an amazing time in Val D'Orcia. The property is also very quiet and well located. The grounds are super nice to wander around and the view is lovely. The pool was a little too cold but still a nice bonus to have for a quick dip! Highly recommend! Not much to complain about! The only thing if I had to pick is that the interiors look a little old and a bit tired, but this is a very minor complaint.
