• David (5/5): What you see is NOT what you get. - The apartment was okay. Not excellent, just okay. It's just a few blocks from the train station, and it's close to the light rail and a selection of restaurants. We had two issues with this apartment: (1) There was black mold on the ceiling in the shower and on the shower curtain. Since we have respiratory issues that can be exacerbated by mold, we bought some disinfectant and cleaned the mold ourselves. (You're welcome.) (2) There were some notable discrepancies between the photos in the listing and the actual apartment. It had been "staged" with nicer things for the photos. See our photos for examples. They promote this apartment as "luxury living" and while "luxury" is a subjective term, this place was NOT luxury by any means. It had more of an off-campus college apartment vibe. It was decent enough and an okay place to stay (aside from the mold), but nothing special. The fact that they used deceptive photos to make this apartment appear nicer than it actually is left a bad impression.

Apt with fireplace. 2 bedrooms, double in each. Also double sofa bed in lounge. Kitchen, with coffee machine big fridge freezer. Which didn't really use, 2 night stay. Only one bathroom. With 5 friends, bit awkward, getting ready in the morning and evening. Shower over bath, old screen. Tricky getting in and out. Needs some attention.

• Peter (4/5): Great apartment let down by a faulty hot water system and poor service by the staff. - Very spacious and comfortable in a great location. The attitude and service of the staff. The hot water only worked intermittently and unpredictably. When we complained on the first morning (after cold showers), nothing seemed to be done. When we again complained on the second morning, a technician came while we were out and found the water hot at that time. We were sent a photo and video as if we were incapable of working a simple tap when we had clearly stated that we had hot water some of the time but not at others. If it was just us not turning the tap the correct way, then it wouldn’t have been hot at any time. The hair dryer also was faulty and that took two days and two requests to be replaced. We did have trouble contacting them around lunch time as they close, but then should have voicemail so that a message can be left.

• Lvandijk1964 (7/5): - Appartement is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Erg gehorig appartement. Airco in de woonkamer, werkt niet optimaal. In de slaapkamer heb je er niets aan. De ramen open is ook geen succes vanwege het enorme rumoer op straat tot diep in de nacht.
• Ahmadreza (1/5): - The location was good. Upon arrival at the apartment B22, we noticed that the apartment was not in good condition. The bathtub, in particular, was in such disrepair and presented such a safety hazard when trying to exit it that we decided not to use it at all. Moreover, there was no protection or barrier to prevent water from flowing outside the tub, which meant that any use would have led to a significant flood on the bathroom floor, posing both a safety and hygiene concern. Much more importantly, the bed in the smaller bedroom was infested with bedbugs. I, sleeping in that bedroom, suffered an intense and extremely itchy rash over much of my body, which was exposed to the pillow and mattress, with the respective symptoms, which required medical attention. After our departure, it became clear that the bedbugs had traveled with me in my belongings. I have now requested that the pest control services visit my property and conduct their investigation. I have also had to discard some personal items, including clothing and bedsheets. This situation has caused significant physical discomfort, stress, and financial loss. I therefore urgently request confirmation that the listing will be thoroughly investigated and suspended until these issues are resolved to prevent other guests from experiencing similar harm.

• Jan (3/5): lees eerst recenties alvortens te boeken - centrale ligging, schone bedden kapotte douche, ondanks meerdere klachten via review gewoon dus niets mee gedaan door eigenaar. 4 nachten geboekt, 2 vaatwastabletten, 2 rol toilet papier gewoon heel "stingy" Daags voor aankomst een mail gestuurd dat wegens omstandigheden (begrafenis) wij pas laat zouden arriveren 10pm geen enkele reactie - ja een standaard mail dat er een toeslag zou zijn als we na 10pm wilden inchecken - bijzonder spijtig Inderdaad, ik had de ervaringen van anderen kunnen lezen voor ik een reservering maakte - echter ik geef altijd voordeel van de twijfel aan eigenaar - echter wanneer iemand buiten de reguliere aankomst tijden arriveerd en daar ruim op tijd een mail over stuurd lijkt het me gepast een antwoord te schrijven. Die vaatwastabletten en toiletpapier verkochten ze om de hoek dus dat is dan weer een voordeel van de locatie. Echter had men de prijs 2 euro per nacht hoger gemaakt en hierin voorzien dan had ik me niet als product gevoeld maar als klant.

La habitación de abajo pensábamos, según las fotos, que no estaba en un sótano sin ventilación y sin baño. Con lo cual había que subir escaleras y bajarlas continuamente. La habitación de arriba sin armario.

En la cocina teníamos todo lo necesario para 4 personas. Las camas son cómodas La zona del apartamento está bastante cerca de la estación. Por las noches se congregan allí bastantes indigentes

Beschreibung hatte übertrieben, keine Terrasse, sondern Hof mit Auto drauf, ein Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster und ohne Klimaanlage . Toilettendeckel kaputt, keine Stangen oder Haken für die Handtücher im Bad, Geschirrspülmaschine ungünstig zu beladen, die Teller passten gar nicht. Fehlende Schere.

• Terry (4/5): Great location but not worth the money and unclean - Great location but that is about it. Apartment was overpriced for the condition. Shower did not work properly (fine for a male but no so much for females). Dirty on arrival, the floor was very dirty and even after a shower and a short walk in the kitchen area and I had black feet again. The long large black hairs on the “fresh clean” towels and in the shower. Also a few small bugs in the shower which was not pleasant to see. At over £450 for two nights, it was not worth the condition. Reported to the man that gave us the keys and never got a response.

Highly recommend! The location, parking was incredibly difficult and there were homeless outside in the streets which made it seem a little unsafe once outside the private gate.

L’emplacement est idéal pour quelqu’un qui arrive par la gare de Luxembourg . La situation générale de l’appartement est plutôt bonne il y a bcp de commerces et de transports en commun. La bouteille d’eau, les dosettes de café et de thé sont une agréable attention. L’arrivée et le départ sont faciles à gérer. L’appartement était froid, il n’y a que trois fenêtres qui donnent sur une cour intérieure pour 120 m², il fallait attendre plusieurs minutes pour avoir de l’eau un peu chaud chaude au niveau des douches. Au niveau de l’emplacement, le manque de parking et problématique dans la rue il y a de la place à partir de 19 heures mais attention le lendemain on ne peut rester que deux heures à partir de 8h du matin. Et cela coûte deux euros/ heure.
• Susanne Lopdrup (6/5): Fin lejlighed med 2 badeværelser og 2 værelser. Lå meget centralt. - Lå centralt, gode senge og store håndklæder. Der var mørkt i lejligheden, lille altan som lå med udsigt til gården. Bruserne trænger gevaldigt til afkalkning! Det var flot men ikke særligt praktisk. Der var kun lige det antal glas/tallerkner , det kunne være fint med lidt ekstra.

• Ivan (10/5): - My friend and I stayed at the Queen apartments for 2 nights and we had amazing time! The two bedroom apartment was clean and has a lot off space. The location is fantastic! Couldn't ask for more to be honest!
• Montse (8/5): Buena opción para Luxemburgo - PROS: La atención del personal fue excelente. Nos pusimos en contacto con ellos en el aeropuerto y al llegar al apartamento ya prácticamente nos estaban esperando. Incluso nos dejaron hacer el checking antes. Las camas son cómodas y en la cocina puedes encontrar de todo para cocinar algo si quieres. El agua de la ducha tiene muy buena presión y sale muy caliente. La calefacción funciona muy bien. En ningún momento pasamos frío La parada del tranvía está a un paso, al igual q la estación central CONTRAS: Lo que menos me ha gustado es que algunos muebles de la cocina estaban desencajados o rota la bisagra, con lo cual era difícil abrirlos. La habitación del apartamento del piso que está en la planta cero es bastante pequeña. No tiene espacio ni para un armario, con lo cual no tienes donde guardar la ropa. En el piso inferior, faltaba iluminación

• Grace (8/5): - Large space is definitely a highlight. Two bathrooms gave us lots of convenience. Besides, the process of check-in was smooth. That's most important. In bedroom, I can smell other people's cooking. That's not a good kind of smell when I tried to take a rest.
