Please note that check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. For arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and up to 12:00 a.m. (the latest possible check-in time), a late check-in fee of €40 will apply. At check-in guests are required to show a valid ID card with photo, as well as a copy of the credit card used for making the reservation. In case this is not presented, the entire amount of the reservation will have to be paid. Claus-J. (7/5): Zentrales, aber teures Apartment mit toller Aussicht über Luxemburg - Das Apartment liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig in direkter Nähe zum Bahnhof. Man wohnt im 8.OG und hat einen 360 Grad Blick von 2 Terassen über ganz Luxemburg. In direkter Nähe fahren eine Straßenbahn und mehrere Buslinien, die alle kostenfrei genutzt werden können. Das Apartment ist modern und funktional eingerichtet und verfügt über die wichtigsten Ausstattungen inkl. Spül- und Waschmaschine. Die Absprache mit der Unterkunft hat problemlos funktioniert. Das Apartment liegt leider direkt unterhalb der Flugschneise der startenden Flugzeuge, die bereits ab 6:00 Uhr bis ca. 22:30 deutlich wahrnehmbar sind. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist leider mit ca. 1,20 m Liegebreite für 2 Personen sehr schmal, für kleinere Kinder noch eben o.k. Die Zimmergrössen sind für 4 Personen sehr knapp. In Summe bewerten wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis als nicht gut und nicht besonders luxuriös.
WPV GmbH - Thoralf (10/5): - Von Kommunikation bis zu Ausstattung und Erreichbarkeit war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Kleines Elektroproblem wurde umgehend gelöst, Respekt für die top Organisation. Jederzeit zu empfehlen 👍 Keine Beanstandungen
Fatma (10/5): Excellent séjour a conseiller pour une autre fois - L'appartement bien situé au pied de tram 1, 1 station a la gare Centrale Luxembourg et ainsi les boulangerie au bas de l'appartement restaurants, Bar , Monoprix, epicerie a côté, La ville Haute c'est excellent pour ce balader la journée et la nuit a pied ou en tram bien desservi directement 25 min au centre commercial,... L'appartement très propre bien equiper , et surtout niveau sécurité y a pas a s'inquiéter jai passe 4 jours avec les parents agee l'ascenseur fonctionne bien et y'a pas des souci dans l'appartement ni avec les bruits de voisin c'était très calme et les voisins aimable en communicant avec eux.

Irina (6/5): - Nice bed, lovely view from the balcony The bathroom was dirty with lots of hair and some dead bugs. Sofa in the living room is just horrible. The elevator broke down (apartment is on the 8th floor), so i had to bring my several bags on foot. No communication with the host.

Heather (6/5): The host was very good with communication but too many issues to be classified as a luxury stay. - excellent location, short walk to Gare central. restaurants and cafes. balcony. towels. Good supply of crockery Stains on kitchen countertop underneath coffee machines, which didn’t produce decent coffee anyway. Sofa was very uncomfortable as it was actually a sofa bed and the cushions which were so hard they kept slipping down. Noisy water pipes. First time using the shower the water gushed over the bathtub because there is a seal missing on the shower, also stains on the bottom of the screen a buildup of calcium deposits and unsightly. Several cutlery items in the drawer still had leftover food stains. Television remotes didn’t work, we had to replace the batteries.
