• Irish_traveller_world (6/5): Overall, a mixed stay. Good location and staff, but room comfort and WiFi need improvement - Good location in Gueliz and polite staff. I experienced repeated issues with the air conditioning in multiple rooms, with weak cooling in some cases, especially in balcony rooms. The issue improved temporarily after maintenance but was not consistent. WiFi in the rooms was also unstable at times. The hotel upgraded me to a suite for the last night, which I appreciated. .

Roof top pool area was good, but had too few sun umbrellas for the number of beds. Bars and variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. Would stay there if visiting Marrakech again.

Colazione intercontinentale buona sia di salato che dolci. Pulizia estrema da parte del personale. Top per posizione ( distante dalle attrazioni maggiori una 20ina di minuti a piedi) e in una zona recente della città che merita davvero per servizi e strutture. Rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero valida. la stanza non proprio insonorizzate al massimo

• Darra (10/5): Amazing hotel for the price. Will 100% be staying here again. - The room was very spacious, with great facilities. The staff were very accommodating. The location was great there was a shopping centre that was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. And sone of the best restaurants we eat at while we were there, were all in walking distance. The hotel were great for getting us a taxi, which was only €8 to the medina Heated pool would’ve been nice and if the breakfast had a few other options.

• Sven (1/5): Hotel Mitarbeiter griff uns körperlich an! - Absolut schockierende Erfahrung – meiden Sie dieses Hotel unbedingt. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer für zwei Personen gebucht. Bereits beim Check-in verhielt sich der Rezeptionist extrem unfreundlich, arrogant und vollkommen desinteressiert. Ich informierte ihn ausdrücklich darüber, dass mein Kollege später anreisen würde. Da das Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht und bezahlt war, sollte das selbstverständlich kein Problem sein. Er sagte dazu nichts. Als mein Kollege gegen 22 Uhr einchecken wollte, eskalierte die Situation plötzlich völlig grundlos. Der Rezeptionist wurde aggressiv und behauptete plötzlich in einem herablassenden Ton, dass dies „nicht erlaubt“ sei. Er schrie uns an und behandelte uns wie Kriminelle. Als mein Kollege ihn ruhig bat, nicht zu schreien und das Problem sachlich zu erklären, rastete der Mitarbeiter komplett aus. Was dann geschah, war unfassbar. Der Rezeptionist nahm das Hoteltelefon und warf es meinem Kollegen mit voller Wucht an den Kopf. Mein Kollege taumelte blutüberströmt aus dem Hotel, während der Mitarbeiter ihn weiter beschimpfte und hinauswarf. Wir standen beide völlig unter Schock und hatten Angst um unsere Sicherheit. Ich packte sofort meine Sachen zusammen und verliess das Hotel aus Angst vor weiteren Angriffen. Die Polizei musste eingeschaltet werden und nahm noch vor Ort Ermittlungen auf. Mein Kollege musste anschliessend ins Spital, wo seine Platzwunde genäht werden musste. Selbst das Krankenhauspersonal zeigte sich schockiert über diese rohe Gewalt innerhalb eines Hotels. Ich bin viel gereist und habe noch nie etwas auch nur annähernd Vergleichbares erlebt. Kein Gast sollte Angst haben müssen, von Hotelmitarbeitern körperlich angegriffen zu werden. Das war nicht nur schlechter Service — das war Körperverletzung. Bis heute hat das Hotel den Betrag für die ungenutzten Übernachtungen nicht erstattet. Reagiert hat das Hotel Management nicht auf die Beschwerde/sich nicht entschuldigt. Finger weg von diesem Hotel!

• Tammie (5/5): Okay location, but the hotel does not match the price in terms of comfort or upkeep. - The location is convenient if you want to stay near Gueliz, and the hotel is relatively easy to access. The hotel feels very dated and in need of renovation. The carpets and rooms felt worn, and there was a lingering smoke smell despite having a non-smoking room. Breakfast was also disappointing, as staff started removing food well before the stated closing time.

Breakfast was decent choice & slightly different hot options most days. The pool area looked nice although we didn't use it & the location was good for walking to the medina area. Also next to a bureau de change & the train station. The room was outdated & some staff were friendly but others weren't so.

• Gemma (7/5): Agradable y limpio. - Todo muy limpio, las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. El servicio y la gente encantadora. Buenas instalaciones,con una piscina en la azotea con buenas vistas. Mucho ruido del exterior y en los pasillos del hotel, las puertas golpean mucho. No recomiendo las habitaciones de la primera planta cerca del comedor/ cocina. Desayuno, bueno pero poca variedad.
