• Gary (9/5): Perfect little base for our little trip to Haad Rin - Perfect location for Full Moon party last night, only 10 min walk. Pool was great and staff really friendly and helpful. Was a lot of stairs as we were top floor , but better view.

• Anthonin (6/5): Chambre au top, mauvais service - La chambre vue mer était incroyable, comme sur les photos. Le son des vagues au réveil. L'accès direct sur la plage. Ménage quotidien. L'espace piscine globalement n'était pas satisfaisant : des boissons y sont soit disant proposées, mais sur les 4 jours où nous sommes restés nous n'avons jamais vu le serveur ! Les parasols ne sont pas installés, on a du le faire nous même tous les jours et aller chercher le matériel derrière le comptoir du bar. Peut être que ce manque de personnel est lié au fait que nous étions en dehors d'une période de full moon... Pas de parapluies dans les chambres ni à l'accueil alors que tous les autres hôtels en proposent. Le petit déjeuner pas varié, un seul fruit par jour (pastèque ou ananas). Quand on a demandé pour organiser le transfert depuis le port vers l'hôtel, on nous a répondu que de nombreux taxi seraient dispo en sortant du bateau. Alors que nos autres hôtels faisaient le booking pour nous.

• Sonja (1/5): Schrecklicher Aufenthalt - Es war relativ sauber. Das war aber leider auch das einzig Positive. Die Unterkunft entsprach leider überhaupt nicht den dargestellten Fotos. Vor Ort wollten wir direkt wieder stornieren. Dies wurde uns jedoch trotz der großen Diskrepanz zwischen Fotos und Realität verwehrt. Zudem hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Als wir daraufhin fragten, ob wir wenigstens das Zimmer wechseln können, wurde auch diese Bitte abgelehnt. Man sagte uns am nächsten Tag würde sich jemand darum kümmern, wenn wir uns erneut melden. Bis dahin sollten wir doch kalt duschen. An dem gleichen Abend fiel zudem mehrfach der Strom aus. Zudem sind die Türen so undicht, dass man das Zimmer mit vielen Armeisen und Mücken teilt. Die Klimaanlage ist so laut, dass man nicht schlafen kann. Das ist aber aufgrund der harten Matratzen und der vielen Mücken eh nicht möglich. Wir haben mehrfach versucht unseren Aufenthalt zu verkürzen. Das Personal war jedoch extrem unfreundlich und fühlte sich für keinen der Missstände verantwortlich. Für uns war es ein furchtbarer Aufenthalt und das schlechteste Hotel, in dem wir je waren. Hier stimmte wirklich nichts.

• evgueni (9/5): - Tres bon logement ! La chambre était cosy. La climatisation fonctionnelle et très agréable. Les lits sont tres confortables. Un coffre fort est à disposition ! L'emplacement est top ! Pas loin des commerces et à 100 metres de la plage ! Petit point negatif : la vue depuis la chambre n'est pas folle : vue sur des feuillages et branches. La piscine est plutot bien également ! (Petit point negatif : elle est mal située niveau soleil, l'ombre arrive rapidement sur les transats l'apres midi) Tres propre, le menage est bien fait. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande vivement ! Personnel tres agreable. J'allais oublier : petit déjeuner excellent !

• Wolfgang (10/5): Schöne Anlage - Unser Bungalow (Standard) war klein, aber ausreichend. Es war toll, abends noch auf der kleinen Terrasse versteckt im Grünen zu sitzen. Es war nachts erstaunlich ruhig in der Anlage. Das Frühstück war ok. Das Personal insgesamt sehr nett und freundlich. Der Pool war auch super gut.

• Simon (6/5): Enttäuschen. - Pool ! Zimmer war tagsüber dunkel . Kein Fenster . Nachts war es hell. Bedwäsche war nicht weiß sondern gelb ! Aus der Dusche kam das Wasser überall heraus aber nicht da wo es soll .
• Julia (9/5): Die Villa ganz vorne ist echt empfehlenswert, sauber und zentral gelegen. - Super Lage und sehr zentral gelegen, die Villa ganz vorne liegt direkt am Strand mit vielen großen Fenstern mit Blick direkt zum Meer, Bett bequem, hilfsbereites Personal, tägliches Hauskeeping mit frischen Handtüchern und Wasser. Sehr hellhörige/dünne Wände, wenn z.B. die Nachbarn die Außenstiege hochgingen konnte man dies alles im Zimmer hören. Einmal hatten auch die Bewohner ober uns mitten in der Nacht einen heftigen Streit sodass man alles mithören konnte, jeden einzelnen Schritt hörte und man glaubte die würden neben einen Stehen - hier muss man aber sagen dass das Hotel selber nichts dafür kann.

• Marco (6/5): Nice place but the staff could do better - Facilities are very good, rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is very nice, quite big. They also have a nice buffet breakfast. Overall a nice place to stay. Staff was not very helpful. We parked the bike in front of the hotel and the following morning we found the bike moved to another spot and with a flat tyre. They told us they moved it but did not break the tyre, they also have cctv there but they couldn’t be bothered to check them. On top of that they tried to charge us for dirty towels (400 baht a towel, overcharge), we washed ourself in the sink and they came out clean - evidently they were not that dirty.

• Alexey (8/5): Близко к пирсу, спокойный закатный пляж, красивая зелёная территория - Останавливались в этом отеле на одну ночь, на Full Moon Party. При выборе опирались на расположение отеля (нужно было чтобы отель был рядом с пирсом и относительно недалеко от пляжа Хаад-Рин, где и проходит вечеринка). Территория нашего бунгало приятная, интересная и ухоженная, много зелени - это понравилось! Можно пользоваться бассейном соседнего основного корпуса отеля (бассейн понравился). Территория отеля с бунгало находится непосредственно на пляже Хаад Рин Най (это спокойный закатный пляж на западной стороне). Вечеринки же и улицы Haad Rin Walking Street находятся на другом пляже, куда пешком можно добраться минут за 10. Завтрак оценю как нормальный, предлагался выбор блюд. Персонал дружелюбный и услужливый. Сами же бунгало тёмные, неприглядные и точно требуют ремонта. Конкретно в нашем бунгало чтобы самопроизвольно не открывалась входная дверь приходилось что-то подкладывать) Не буду описывать другие минусы, так как в нашем случае надо было просто остановиться где-то на одну ночь, на вечеринку, и для этих целей нас устроило, а вот конечно для проживания на более долгий срок, точно выбрал бы другой вариант.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Fernseher mit Bildfehler wurde sofort getauscht. Weichere Kissen wurden nachgeliefert. Großer Balkon. Da wir wegen lauter Partynachbarn vor dem Full Moon Festival nicht schlafen konnten, war ein Zimmerwechsel ins Schwesterhotel möglich. Aber laute und rücksichtsloses Partyvolk gibt es leider überall. Rollerverleih, 7/Eleven und Wäscheservice ebenfalls in sehr kurzer Distanz Am Pool läuft von 8 Uhr morgens bis 8 Uhr abends zunehmend lauter werdende Bassmusik. Die Betten sind sehr hart und die Kissen sehr fest. Da liegt es sich unbequem. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Der Duschschlauch ist zu kurz.
