Location within Kuta is great - a few steps away from the main street with all amenities, restaurants, supermarkets, scooter rental, money exchange, etc... The beachfront - under construction, no access at all. Breakfast options became a bit repetitive after a few days, but it's OK - you always find something you like

- Rosie (7/5): Its location is very convenient, the resort is beautiful, good food and good vibes - The resort is beautiful, the staff is very kind, very good breakfast. There's squirrels and ducks in the beautiful garden. There's not much activity for teenagers. Our bathroom was small for a family of 4, the shower had only one glass screen, which made the bathroom get wet. There's no window, so poor ventilation.

- 8c0769776ffe732a137b5f0d237c0695 (8/5): High End Resort - Room: clean, large and the bathroom was well maintained. Our balcony was also a good size. We stayed on the 3rd floor towards the road and it was so quiet. We also got bottles of water each day provided free. Pool: Was always clean and pool lifesavers were always present (even at 10pm) they constantly walked round the pool to clean up rubbish and pick up leaves and flowers dropping from the trees. They had activities daily that kept everyone from young to old engaged. Kids Club: it was good, my daughter never wanted to leave haha. The only thing I would say is that there should be an option to not provide dinner with movie night because we preferred to have our daughter eat with us and then go to movie night and it was an extra cost. Resort was right in the middle of Kuta and you can access everything you want. H2O bar: food was really good. We enjoyed themed nights because we weren’t always eating the same thing. Breakfast was also really good. We never got sick and we ate fruit and vegetables there, so safe to say you were using filtered water to clean your foods. Always a massive plus. The free shows at night during dinner were such a win for our family, it was something we truly looked forward to. Happy hour was really good too, well placed in the day at 12pm and 5pm We had a pair of earrings that went missing from our room on the first day there. Whether they were taken or accidentally thrown out by the cleaner 🤷♀️. The duty manager didn’t do much as a follow up until I completed the check out comment card and then they tried to help us. It was disappointing as I found everything to be so high end at this resort except for the duty manager following up. The concierge also made an error on the amount of nights we were to hire an extra bed but they fixed it up straightaway for us. This however would not stop us from staying here again as we truly had a lovely time and the resort is very well looked after and the people who work there are just beautiful.

These amenities place a strong emphasis on catering to families, particularly women and children. In addition, the resort organises a variety of activities to further enrich the overall stay experience. We received a scam message about a week before our arrival, which appeared to be related to our booking and asked us to click on a link to “secure” it. This was quite alarming. We hope the resort management will take this matter seriously, conduct a thorough investigation, and strengthen measures to safeguard travellers’ information.

- Anne-Charlotte (8/5): Je recommande pour les enfants à partir de 4 ans - Globalement sympa pour les enfants, je suis venue avec mes 2 enfants de 2 et 3 ans. Un kids club est proposé mais en dessous de 4 ans il faut impérativement prendre une baby-sitter par enfant, et anticiper et la booker la veille. Les chambres sont correctes et propres. Ils nous ont gebtillement mis un lit bébé à disposition. Le petit dej est top , beaucoup de choix et adapté aux enfants ! Je trouve dommage qu’il faille booker la veille la baby-sitter parce qu’on anticipe pas toujours ses envie de break avec les enfants. Les jeux dans la piscine sont tournés pour les enfants de 4 ans et plus. L’acceuil a été décevant à la réception. Je vis la depuis 2 ans j’avoue que j’ai l’habitude que les gens soient agréables sympas et souriants. Ça fait toute la première impression. Dernière élément dans notre chambre ça sentait l’humidité. On nous a changé de chambre après que l’équipe admette que ça sente très fort, ça sentait moins dans la chambre d’après mais toujours un peu.

- Tarsha (8/5): Good value & location. - Great pool, friendly staff & you wouldn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to as it has everything there. Good walking distance to waterbom. Kids club separated our youngest from the 2 eldest. She was fine and enjoyed herself but I got some confusing calls from staff that my eldest wanted to leave with a friend group.
- esther (4/5): We were not impressed with our stay. The room was smelly and wet. Room was outdated and kids bunks beds the sheets need - The staff were all very lovey. Lots of restaurants if you want to stay in with small kids. The property is very old. Our room was damp and smelt musky.

- Catherine (4/5): Over-priced, small, outdated accommodation. Closed in - no view of beach. Tiny bathroom. - The lagoon pool access from our room was good. The rooms are very small and out dated. The resort is not right on the beach, even though it looks like it in the photo's. Everything is jam packed in - not spacious. Better options out there for the price
- Ellie (4/5): Not worth the price. - Buffet breakfast was great IF you don't get turned away due to full capacity...even though you've pre booked. The children's pool/splash pad seemed to be a hit with the kids but no shade at all throughout the day. My room was covered in mould, leaky/dripping air con vents. Pillows/bedding had a very strong smell of dust/moth balls. Simply not upto standard for the price you're paying.

- Stacey (8/5): We will return - Kids pool was great and the main pool. The buffet breakfast was great. maybe the kids menu for lunches and dinner cold have had some more option but still satisfying. Close location to everything and a swift drive from the airport.

- Meggie_13 (10/5): - A really great place for families lots to do, good food options, great breakfast buffet and the ability to rent a microwave was a plus for sterilising bubs bottles. The bathrooms need a really good scrub down as there was a lot of soap scum/mould in the shower area

- Alexandra (10/5): Fantastic, will definitely return. - Fantastic for young families, but great for adults as well. Plenty of amenities, excellent pool, amazing breakfast, bed was comfy and staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
