Tag war es sehr kalt in der Wohnung Das Geschirr war nicht sauber abgewaschen Das Geschirr-Handtuch hat gefehlt Insgesamt ist die Küche nicht sauber gewesen…an vielen Plätzen war nur eine „oberflächliche“ Reinigung durchgeführt worden. Es fühlte sich „schmuddelig“ an! Die Duschtür aus Glas bzw. der Einstieg in die Badewanne ist nicht sehr komfortabel! Steckdosen waren ohne Strom v.a. beim Bett im Schlafzimmer

• Juan Luis (2/5): - El apartamento estaba bien. Cogimos dos apartamentos para 5 personas porque no caben todos en uno. Pero nuestro avión llegó tarde por retraso, y no eran horas de llamar a nadie. Nos dejaron las llaves de un apartamento en un cajetín y las otras llaves dentro del apartamento. Que sorpresa que cuando entramos en el apartamento para coger las llaves del segundo apartamento no había ninguna llave. Nos tuvimos que acoplar 5 en una cama doble y un sofá-cama. Se lo dijimos a los de la casa, en un principio parecía que no nos creían. Quedamos a las 18:00 para que nos las diera...y se presentaron tarde y nos dejaron las otras llaves el segundo día en el apartamento cuando no estábamos. Les sugerimos que económicamente nos devolviera una noche de un apartamento que no hemos usado, no siendo culpa nuestra, siendo fallo suyo, recibiendo la negativa de ellos. Ha sido un trastorno estar pendiente de los caseros en un viaje de 4 días en donde la casa la hemos usado para dormir y poco más, pues queríamos aprovechar a conocer la ciudad y la zona. Por todo ello no podemos poner una puntuación buena, con todo lo ocurrido.

• Pablo Jesus (5/5): Mal personal, buena ubicación - La ubicación estaba bien al estar en un barrio cercano a la ciudad alta y daba a una avenida abastecida por todo El personal del servicio al cliente muy malo, se le preguntan varias cosas y no contestan por WhatsApp, se le escribe por aquí por Booking y alegan a que en fin de semana no se trabaja. Les contesté que si no se trabaja en fin de semana o festivos que no alquilen los apartamentos en esos días por si surge algún problema y me contestan que es festivo, en vez de contestar “que intentarán mejorar este servicio”. Los canales de la televisión normal no funcionaban. El baño para acceder en el apartamento tiene escaleras que por la noche puede suponer un problema ya que son escalones bastante altos, sin hablar de los que tengan movilidad reducida…

• Ádám Tóth (8/5): - Excellent location: 5 minutes' walk from the main train station, and there are many cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. The tram stops almost in front of the house. The interior is nice, and the apartment is well-equipped. The area is rather noisy, and you can hear the neighbours, especially the upstairs ones, who were either training an elephant to jump or stomping themselves. The house was nicely refurbished, but you could feel it's an old one.
• El Roberto (10/5): - Ein riesiges Appartement mit Vollausstattung mitten in Luxemburg. Keine Parkplätze. Und abends begann es im Appartement trotz komplett geschlossener Fenster und Türen heftig nach orientalischer Küche zu riechen. Das war krass. Wir sind aber direkt ins Bett und zum Glück ist der Geruchssinn einer der Sinne der im Schlaf deaktiviert wird. Deswegen braucht man übrigens Rauchmelder um einen Brand im Schlaf zu überleben. Nur zur Info😄

A máquina de café não estava a funcionar (tinha que ser descalcificada), mas como não reportei não sei se seria arranjada/substituída ou não em tempo útil.

O sistema de aquecimento funcionou perfeitamente, em todos os ambientes. A casa de banho grande e confortável. Todos gostarame e pretendemos retornar. Sofá-cama fazia muito barulho, máquina de lavar loiça muito antiga, chaleira não funcionava e a única frigideira não era compatível com a placa de indução.

• Henrietta (4/5): Don’t be fooled by the name. - Bed was large and comfy. Apartment was spacious. A sharp shelf you walk into on the wall at the end of the bed. Needed earplugs as neighbours footsteps, squeaky floorboards and conversations could be heard. Stayed for four nights with no servicing. Same damp towels. Two cups of coffee bags provided. Why would I buy a box for the second two mornings for a machine I’ve never seen before? Contacted only number I had and was shut down saying that number was only for emergencies and no, despite the ‘luxury’ tag I was on my own. Grungy end of town.
• Joana (4/5): Decepção total. - Área do alojamento era generosa. Localização perigosa. Entrada para o prédio suja (estavam com obras mas não tinham o cuidado de limpar após trabalho). As imagens no booking em nada correspondem à realidade. O alojamento tinha odor a tabaco e apresentava alguns danos nos móveis. Não atenderam ao pedido por mensagem feito antes da estadia, em colocar almofadas extra. Nem tampouco responderam à insistência do pedido durante a estadia. Portanto não há assistência alguma. Apenas tínhamos 1 almofada mole. Foi muito desagradável e desconfortável descansarmos. As toalhas não são trocadas mesmo se necessário.

Het was erg smoezelig, servies was vies en leek niet afgewassen. Lakens van de bedden hadden vlekken. Badkamer was vies en de bodem van het bad (waar je in moet staan om te douchen) moesten we ook eerst zelf schoonmaken alvorens we konden douchen.

• Laura (4/5): Not what I was expecting from the photos and poor customer service. - The apartment was in a good location for getting to work. The kitchen facilities were good and had everything I needed for my stay. I was glad a clothes rack for drying clothes was provided. The balcony was very dirty and wasn't somewhere you would want to sit. There were very few windows in the apartment so it was very dark and oppressive. The TV could only be viewed when sitting on the bed and this was still not a good angle. I extended my stay and had to request additional consumables multiple times. I have requested an invoice multiple times and still not received one. The instructions said it was on the 1st floor but it was in fact on the second floor which caused some confusion when checking in as it was self check-in. There was a lot of banging one night which was quite disconcerting. The apartment was much smaller than I expected from the photos.

Vor Ort hat man mich informiert, dass ich in ein anderes Gebäude muss und somit auch ein anderes Apartment bekomme. Die Ausrede war: Es hat stark geregnet und das in die Wohnung rein!! Das Apartment: Bestückt mit alten, zerschlissenen Möbeln; keine Terrasse; WLAN immer wieder weg;

Airconditioning remote was no where to be found, appartement was extremely hot ( outside 30degrees was way cooler) and only response on the phone was OK without any solution. • Cameron (9/5): Great apartment in the city - We were given an upgraded room, and instructions for the new address were clear. We were greeted by staff at the front and they enured we were comfortable in the room. The actual room had a great living area, and the bed was comfortable. Great bathroom, and excellent lighting around the whole apartment. Also nice and close to the train station. Some people have mentioned the area as being not nice. This is not entirely true. At night, the main square does attract some more drunken behaviour, but during the day, the square is full of nice bakeries and plenty of families. But we didnt hang around much when we got back late at night.

The bedding did not work well, for the king size option of the mattress & bedding only sufficient for 2 single beds. The wooden cutting board in the kitchen smelled & even with washing was definitely not hygienic as it was impossible to clean. We had difficulty with communication with this same day booking. Messages were not responded to until we finally sent a message via WhatsApp.

It was cold inside though and we never got a response of how to make it warmer (the radiators weren’t doing enough and there was no remote control to turn on the air conditioner). The check-in restriction of arriving until 7pm (otherwise there’s a fee) doesn’t make any sense either because the keys were literally on the mailbox.

• Deb (8/5): Very good - It was an easy walk from the station to the accommodation. People talk about it being possibly sketchy close to the station. I had no such hesitation and was a single woman. The accommodation accommodated my request for an early check-in on the day and provided access just after 3pm. The studio was well equipped with all that you needed to wash clothes and self cater food if required. They even provided a couple of laundry detergent tablets. Those little things count. Bed was comfy and lift access very helpful The shower was over the bathtub. Not an issue for most, but be aware if you have accessibility issues

The facilities are good throughout the apartment. The terrace is a nice bonus and is good for sitting outside in the fresh air. The only thing that was not provided was washing up liquid, which would be useful if it could be provided for guests.

Place generally clean, oven clean, some basics in the kitchen to cook etc Good sound proofing, could hardly hear other people staying there. Some unsavoury characters always hanging around the station and in the area although it doesn't feel unsafe. Some long hair left behind in the bath. Some cobwebs that should be removed. Coffee machine to be replaced by Nespresso machines which would be easier to clean, the one there was not inviting and we could go it to work. Area outside should be cleaned all the time, again was not inviting and the weather happened to be nice. Could smell the restaurant food most of the time when it was running. The place is decent but it's not really luxury ;-) it almost felt like we were in someone's place.

• Stefania (6/5): Pleasant stay near Luxembourg main station - The bed was comfortable but we only had one pillow each, even though we would have really appreciated a second one. Also, the two single blankets for a double bed was weird and we would have preferred a double blanket too. Poor communication with host. I had to call the owner to their local number (not WhatsApp) as their communication was poor. They hadn’t told us about which one was the lock box for the apartment keys or the code to open it and get the keys. Then we messaged them again to ask about the water but there was no answer. Location was not great and felt dangerous at times. The apartment felt superficially clean with spider webs and dust on some spots. Apartment felt cold. We turned the heating on for a bit which was somewhat helpful. Overall not sure we would book here again.

Approximately 15 min walk to city centre on the flat...very doable. Apartment 22 is on second floor to rear of building. Lift available if needed. Although located off a busy main road, very quiet...no noise from outside. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Small kitchen but had the essentials...met our needs. Air conditioning in main area. We arrived very early and the host kindly let us check in around 11 am which was very much appreciated as we were both very tired. Dishwasher available...we did not use. Hob and microwave too...again not used by us. Sufficient crockery and utensils. Kettle and toaster used daily. Coffee machine not used by us. Extras like wash up liquid, sponge,kitchen roll, some coffee and tea too.Towels and plenty of toilet paper. Salt, pepper and a tea towel would be great additions to what is already there. TV and wifi available. We did not use TV. Wifi connection was good most of time. Would stay again because of location and the fact the host allowed us check in early. Apartment a little tired/ dated -.could do with a deep clean and freshen up of paint A bit dark ... especially in kitchen area. This did not bother us but it may bother others. The terrace is not somewhere I would sit out. Nothing attractive about it at all....very dirty and looking on to roof... definitely not for us. The shower is in the bath...so one has to climb in. This may not suit people with mobility concerns..it is a steep step up into bath. Perhaps a small foldable step would be helpful here and a hand rail. No clear instructions given on where to leave trash.

After checking in things went downhill. There was no hot water for our 3 night stay and no response to 2 SMS and 2 phone calls about it. That is unacceptable. There is no front desk, that's okay, but the phone number on the front of the building doesn't connect. I called the other number for checkin and it worked then but no more response after I found no hot water.
