- Karl (6/5): Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise OK - Personal sehr bemüht! Fahrräder kommen in der Garage sicher angestrebt werden. Ein Zimmerwechsel war möglich, da die erste Wahl in eher schlechten Zustand war. 2tes Zimmer war zumindest besser. An der Sauberkeit ist Optimierungspotential vorhanden.

- Andrea (8/5): - Fantastic front desk employees especially Giorgia who really made sure everything was rigth! It is isolated, but very easy to get to and from the autostrada. You will need a car but if you are not planning to stay in Arezzo but rather use this as a base to visit surroundings or drive to Florence this can be a great choice.

Bed sliep heerlijk.Badkamer ruim, mooi, fijne douche.Het eten in het restaurant voor diner en ontbijt was erg goed. Je kon buiten geen ommetje maken, het hotel ligt aan een drukke autoweg. Vitrage was kapot, maakte een armoedige indruk.

- Wolfgang (6/5): Hotel in Toplage an der Autobahn und kurzer Fahrt ins Zentrum von Arezzo - Die Lage in der Nähe der Autobahn ist optimal, die Fahrt ins Zentrum mit dem Auto beträgt etwa zehn Minuten. Das von uns gebuchte Comfort-Doppelzimmer war für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung. Das Abendessen entsprach eher einem **Hotel als einem ****Hotel. Das Frühstücksangebot war umfangreich und gut. Das Hotel sieht sehr ansprechend aus, hat einen großen privaten und kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Eingang und kann auf jeden Fall weiter empfohlen werden. Leider war der Service an der Rezeption nicht besonders charmant. Dass der Gast primär das Wichtigste ist und nicht die persönliche Unterhaltung mit der Kollegin müsste jeder Mitarbeiterin bewusst sein. Auffallend war beim Betreten des Zimmers, dass die Fenster nicht geputzt waren und die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer sehr schlecht war. Das Fleisch beim Abendessen war sehr gut, nur die gerösteten Kartoffeln als Beilage waren nur lauwarm.

- Nadia (10/5): - Che bello! ☺️Il posto è incredibilmente accogliente e il personale è stato super simpatico e disponibile in ogni momento. Qualsiasi richiesta è stata accolta con un sorriso! La colazione è stata ottima e il personale in sala è stato davvero cordiale, ho anche avuto il piacere di fare due chiacchiere con loro. Consigliatissimo!

- fucchi (8/5): Relax vicino Arezzo - La SPA niente male, il cibo al ristorante pure, mi sono rilassato molto. A pochi minuti da Arezzo La camera dovrebbe essere un può più curata per un 4 stelle, diciamo manca un po'di manutenzione ma che non ha influito sulla qualità della vacanza.
