Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain avec des équipement de qualité et très propre. WC privatif très propre. Ascenseur Calme malgré la situation en plein centre touristique avec beaucoup de monde. Parking privé Prix journalier élevé pour le parking privé de notre véhicule.

Petit déjeuner copieux et personnel très accueillant et charmant. Chambre Rigoletto spacieuse avec petit salon et belle salle de bain. Rue un peu bruyante et accès à la chambre au 2ème étage par un escalier étroit et raide.

Accommodation Well Presented. - Excellent initial greeting and professional valet parking service outside the front of their restaurant ( organised in advance ). The location is about as central as you could wish for.... The externals of the building and balcony are a little tired cosmetically but have their own unique charm, so look past the minor aesthetics and soak up the uniqueness of the historic location....

• Valeriy (10/5): Aufenthalt in Verdi Teehouse hat unsere Eindrücke von Brügge verstärkt!! - Sehr gute Lage, zentraler geht nicht, wir haben 2 große Zimmer bekommen, hat sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre, man fühlt sich wie nachhause angekommen, sehr sehr nette Personal, Chef und Angestellte sind äußerst hilfsbereit! Mann kann Auto in die Garage parken. Für das Geld bekommt man sehr gute und freundliche Service! Voll empfehlenswert!!!!! Man muss die Treppe nach oben gehen, es ist das einzigste was ich bemerken kann, für ältere Menschen wird vielleicht nicht so gut, aber wir haben ganz oben Zimmer gehabt, gibt es auch Etagen tiefer ;)

The room was big and cozy, clean towels every day. Wonderful position, near the markt square. Staff super kind. Self checkout, very easy The room was cold. The heating didn’t work well. There was no elevator, just a spiral staircase.

• René Verbruggen (8/5): Nette B&B midden in het centrum van Brugge - B&B zit op 50 meter van de grote Markt. Veel restaurants en winkeltjes in de directe omgeving. Ontbijt in het restaurant van de eigenaar van de B&B was heel goed. Eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hebben eigen parkeerservice. Niets, alles was zoals verwacht.

The hotel's location is ideal, right next to Historium, so you can easily reach all the city's attractions. The staff is very attentive to ensure that guests feel excellent during their stay at this hotel. The stairs leading up to the apartment entrance are a bit narrow, but you get used to them quickly.

Het leek me even spannend kwa toegankelijkheid met de auto. Ma dat goed ook heel goed. Niets. Het ontvangst ging een beetje snel. Maar de eigenaar heeft tenslotte ook een restaurant die ondertussen door gaat😀

• Shelley (8/5): A tranquil retreat almost in the heart of the square. - The property had everything we needed, was clean and location was amazing yet after a day of exploring it was a very quiet and tranquil retreat from the crowds. Breakfast was a nice addition. The pillows were incredibly soft to what we are used to.

• Guest (7/5): Séjour agréable grâce à la chambre spacieuse, l’emplacement et les services, mais fortement gâché par une très mauvaise - Très bonne expérience. Chambre au top, rien à redire, tout comme le petit déjeuner : complet et de qualité. Nous sommes arrivés à midi et la chambre était déjà prête, ce qui nous a permis de nous installer immédiatement. Le service de parking est très pratique, avec un voiturier qui prend en charge la voiture. L’emplacement est idéal, tout près de la place. La chambre est grande, spacieuse et bien équipée, avec tout le linge nécessaire. Gros point négatif : l’insonorisation. Nous avons très mal dormi car on entend énormément le bruit de la rue, comme s’il n’y avait quasiment pas d’isolation ou de fenêtres. Même si l’établissement est en ville, le bruit est vraiment excessif : chaque passage dans la rue s’entend clairement. L’isolation est clairement à revoir.

• Valentine (10/5): - Hôtel super, les patrons et le personnel sont super gentil, toujours un mot pour rire et à l'écoute Beaucoup de bruit , surtout le soir , mais en période de Noël aussi près de la place où se trouvait le marché de noël c'est compréhensible.
• RITA (10/5): Una piacevole scoperta - Ho prenotato questo B&B perchè vicinissimo alla piazza centrale e ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie esigenze. Stanza superiore alle mie aspettative, grande, arredata bene e pulita. Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Colazione squisita, buona scelta tra dolce e salato, viene servita nel ristorante sotto al B&B. Ho apprezzato davvero tanto la centrifuga di frutta fresca. Se dovessi passare ancora da Bruges, sceglierei senza dubbio il B&B Verdi. L'unico neo sono le scale, strette e ripide, non c'è l'ascensore. Però per quello che offre si può chiudere un occhio.
• ANTONELLA (8/5): posizione top con qualche ma... - La posizione è davvero TOP, a neanche 20 passi dalla piazza principale (motivo della scelta). Visto i problemi motori (che ho) il proprietario ci ha gentilmente riservato la camera al primo piano servita dall'ascensore. La camera era molto grande.. il bagno comodissimo con doccia enorme e acqua bollente (come piace a me). Il tutto era confrotevole e l'ambiente era caldo grazie ai grandi termosifoni che riuscivano a rendere il clima molto piacevole. Volevamo ringraziare il ragazzo che ci ha accolti.. a parte la sua gentilezza parlava anche un pò italiano e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie. il letto: scomodo, troppo morbido per come siamo abituati noi il caffè: imbevibile.. definirlo espresso è un'eresia, era caffè americano servito in tazza piccola.. per noi imbevibile la tv: non prendevano i canali internazionali (o almeno noi non siamo riusciti) i pochi gradini da fare per raggiungere l'ascensore (erano pochissimi vero - in totale 4 - ma cmq c'èrano)

• Vadim (10/5): A perfect location right in the center of one of the most beautiful cities in the world. - Location is perfect, spacious rooms with lots of closet space, breakfast is very good too. The stairs are a bit steep and we were on the top floor, but we didn’t mind, because the owner helped us carry the suitcase upstairs.

Également le petit déjeuner très copieux, et la chambre très spacieuse. Il y a effectivement un peu de bruit dans la rue, mais ce qui est logique au vu de l’emplacement.

• daniel (4/5): Nous ne sommes pas difficiles mais là c'était très décevant et loin de valider la cote affichée. - accueil, parking, en plein centre de Bruges restaurant superbement décoré, très chic, musique de Verdi en fond musical, carte attrayante. Se démarque par rapport aux brasseries à touristes de la grand-place. -chaleur toride à l'entrée et vannes bloquées. Le chauffage a donc été coupé en central. Pas de chauffage le lendemain dans la salle de bain. Châssis de façade avant impossible à fermer. Bouteille d'eau à moitié entamée sur la table en entrant. Belle tache de graisse sur la petite nappe en papier du plateau déposé sur la table. Porte de la douche branlante, peur qu'elle ne s'arrache. Le matin dès 7 heures bruit infernal du trafic intense dans la rue. Dans la chambre, un bruit haut en décibels (douche voisine, chauffe-eau...?) pendant près d'une demi-heure. Petit déjeuner : fruits sûrs, 2 tranches de jambon et 2 de fromage et un peu de confiture. Buffet = fruits secs. Restaurant fermé ou vide de clients un samedi soir à 30 mètres de la grand-place de Brugge.

• Evelien (10/5): - De klantvriendelijk was top! Benny is een op en top gastheer, hij is grappig, behulpzaam en zorgt dat het je aan niets ontbreekt. De ligging is perfect, midden op de markt en de kamer is heel schoon. Er staat zelfs een klein koelkastje erg fijn voor een koel drankje o.i.d. Kortom een perfecte plek om te verblijven tijdens een weekendje Brugge!
• Sandra (9/5): Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!!! - Das Hotel befindet sich mitten im Zentrum, das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Bett sehr komfortabel, alles sehr sauber. Gibt nichts zu meckern! Der Hausherr Benny ist supernett, hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ist ein Traum!! Wir wollen definitiv wiederkommen. Wie geschrieben- nichts..

Die Lage einmalig genial, wobei bitte auch an Lärm gedacht werden muss durch feiernde Leute vom Marktplatz etc. Der Gastgeber nimmt den PKW entgegen und bringt ihn bei Abfahrt zurück, sehr sehr toll!! Keine Lüftung im Bad.

• Raena (9/5): Calm and comfortable - The breakfast was lovely and filling. The apartment is spacious with everything you need, and so convenient, just a couple of steps from the main square. And the balcony had a great little view into the square.
• Deniss (1/5): - Хорошее месторасположение, завтрак скромный но нам было достаточно, хозяин дружелюбный. Дом старый, узкая винтовая лестница к номерам. Была неприятная ситуация с парковкой машины.(поэтому такая оценка) Когда подъехал к отелю, вышел хозяин и помог с багажом, делали всё очень быстро потому что улица узкая и стоять там долго нельзя. Багаж отнесли в номер, хозяин быстро всё нам показал и попросил ключи от машины, чтобы отогнать на стоянку, я сказал что могу сделать это сам, он возразил и сказал, что стоянка частная. Я нехотя отдал ключи, он отогнал машину на стоянку. Ключи остались у него до следующего дня. На следующий день, когда мы выезжали, он подогнал машину к отелю и когда заезжал на бордюр повредил колёсный диск (краску до метала). Когда я ему на это указал, он только развёл руками и сказал, это не я!🤷‍♂️ Короче, отдых и настроение было испорчено! Естественно компенсации я не получил…

• İsmail Serkan (10/5): Awasome! - Just imagine — you arrive right in the heart of Bruges, at Market Square. Verdi takes your car key to park it, and your vehicle is now safe. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — literally one step from the square (I’m not exaggerating, just one step!). A spotless, comfortable room awaits you, along with a lovely breakfast and coffee in the morning at the restaurant just downstairs. Right across the street there’s a large supermarket (sandwiches, chocolate, beer, fruit — you name it). All around you are chocolate shops, waffle stands, restaurants and everything is within walking distance. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay — all you need to do is enjoy the city. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, and both he and the staff are always smiling. They assisted us with everything we needed. The hotel has three floors — yes, there are stairs and no elevator! So, either book a room on the first floor, or just take the stairs — I don’t think a little exercise will do any harm. • Christine (2/5): Not comfortable at all for elderly persons. - Location This was a present for an anniversary for my parents 84 yo and had to go 70 stairs up and down. On our arrival they said we choice for this room, what wasn't correct at all. Another room on a lower floor was not even proposed after seeing my parents. It was said parking available at the hotel; but only later on we found it was 50 Euro, a real rip off. More expensive then one would park at a public place. Most accommodations off free parking.

• Johana (10/5): La estancia fue inmejorable, excelente lugar, gran desayuno e inmejorable ubicación. - Los propietarios son personas super amables. Cuidan los detalles de la habitación, el desayuno es magnífico, servido por ellos mismos y al final de la estancia nos permitieron dejar las maletas sin ningún inconveniente.
