- Greene (1/5): Unprofessional front desk associate - Location There was a front desk associate working night shift who kicked my kids and I out in the middle of the night due to her pride over not knowing how to handle a noise complaint that she was recieving even though I was getting my kids ready for bed and it wasn't even 7pm yet. It's not my fault that the hotel was empty and echoed. Still felt that she was very unprofessional and could have listened to the customer and resolved by moving me to another floor where there were less people. I am traumatized from this experience. I have 4 kids ages 1, 2, 9, and 13. If you have young kids then you understand that it is hard sometimes to keep them quiet but i do have them on a strict schedule for naps and bedtime. I felt that the young lady could have not let kicking us out be her line of resolution. She talked to me really entitled. I was in tears when i left here.

- Vickie (4/5): Will never stay there again - Worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at They gave us a handicap room, when you took a shower it was all over the bathroom floor. The WiFi did not work. Smelled funky.

- Blake (4/5): - Check In - waited for someone to check us in at like 7:30p because nobody was at the front counter. We tried to use the mens room downstairs and it was locked and we told the front desk this after we determined there could be nobody in there, and they didn't seem to care. In our room, we had reserved for 4 people, only enough towels for 3 people. We also had to go ask for linens for the pull out couch we had in our suite, no pillows were given for this also.

- Michael (10/5): - Toilet seat was very loose. Light fixture cover missing. The shower didn’t work very well.
- aaron (6/5): Cheap bed mattress, but friendly service - Beds were below par for a holiday inn. Mine was creaky, and felt cheap. Everything else was ok though. Service was friendly. I just expect a nice comfy bed when i stay at a holiday in, and this was more like a motel quality bed. Also, used condom in the parking lot. My friend nearly stepped on it after we had parked.

- Amanda (9/5): I enjoyed my stay. The manager was amazing, the room was very clean, and breakfast was great. - I was close to Walmart, huddle house, and Colton steak house. The manager was amazing. She made sure that we were comfortable. The lady that worked the evening/over night shift was rude. I notified the manager about her customer service the next day

- Hailey (8/5): - The room I was in had a slow shower drain. The tub drain was open but the bathtub was filling up with water while I was showering and I didn’t like that. Otherwise it was a good stay.
- Becky (10/5): Very clean, nice staff, good hot breakfast - Clean and nice staff. Breakfast was good. We noticed a small leak over the window during a heavy rain, but it stopped when the rain stopped. I just turned it in to be repaired.

- Kristie (9/5): Comfy, cozy room with great bed and nice breakfast. - Convenient location and comfortable bed. Nice staff. It is starting to show a bit of wear, particularly in the bathroom. Clean but dated and plain.
