And the bed I slept in was extremely lumpy. Like a extremely obese person was the last to sleep on thd mattress and it was so uncomfortable. I didnt fall asleep til around 430am and was up at 7am. Tossed and turned all night.

- ivyg554 (4/5): Very old establishment. - I’ve moved twice during my stay and have experienced furnishings that are totally shot. There isn’t one seat in either room that you don’t sink into and have to climb out of. The mattress in the first room was like sleeping on a box spring. The second is no better as both sides are sink holes. Pillows look nice but deflate / disappear as the night progresses. Electrical outlets either don’t support the plug or the plug must be forced into the outlet. Light fixtures in the ceiling flicker when the microwave is in use. The caulking in both bath tubs were dry and cracked. I can hear the wood framing under the tub creaking every time I move. Customer service is great. Although I was notified that, “All the mattresses would be the same, no matter which room I moved to”

The breakfast was delicious and the staff always friendly The entrance light going on and off so quickly but other than that it was a wonderful stay
- DB638 (8/5): Poor housekeeping - The lady who checked me in was so welcoming, so I was expecting a great stay. When I walked into my room, there was a dirty tissue on the floor to greet me. Not a great start. The next morning, I found out my coffeemaker was broken. Ugh. Breakfast was average. Commissary eggs are not a good thing. When I checked out, I mentioned the broken coffee maker and the lady said something like she had heard that. If that is true, why wasn’t it fixed? Will try another hotel next time.

There was a guy sitting outside front door that done it and staff said he was bothering people before us so I don’t know why they let him stay there doing that. It completely ruined our trip. Law enforcement was contacted afterwards

- Mark (4/5): - This hotel suites was a nice place to stay but not anymore for us , dogs barking , they walk the do on the property and do get the dog mess up and some people is allergic to animals so some floors or part of the place should be animal free.

- TravelingBender (8/5): Good spot outside Cincinnati - I’ve stayed at multiple Homewood Suites. This one was just as nice as the others. It’s always my go to hotel for my family because they have bigger rooms. All around, great hotel. It’s in a great location as well and close to many restaurants, shopping, and Cincinnati.

- Coritta (10/5): - Staff are professional and welcoming. Property is clean, safe and spacious. There was a slight mix up at check in however the manager Stephanie promptly stepped in and made sure everything was perfect! Free parking, hot breakfast, comfortable beds all without breaking the bank.

- LGRSocial (8/5): Decent Stay with Some Quirks - Overall, a decent stay. The room was spacious, full kitchen, family-friendly. Cleanliness was okay, though we did notice some mildew in the bathroom ceiling. One kitchen outlet didn’t work, and it was a bit frustrating that they were so stingy with basics like trash bags and dish soap (we just wanted to take out our own trash). Their trash policy was confusing; they told us not to leave it outside until 9:30 PM when they collect it, but there was no clear drop-off spot either & they did not offer trash pickup. On the bright side, the front desk staff was friendly, and breakfast was surprisingly good. They offered a nighttime “happy hour,” but it was inconsistent one night it happened, the next it didn’t. The location is convenient, with plenty of nearby food options and a Kroger and Walmart just down the road if you need extra supplies. Would we stay again? Maybe.

- m2esquire (8/5): Good not great. - The team there was very kind and accommodating to our small requests that included requesting a room with a bathtub and letting us check out a skosh later to accommodate our schedule. The rooms were good. It may have the Hilton name, not the Hilton care. When we walked in, it smelled like someone had smoked in it. We notified the team and stated we would not need to change rooms. It was tolerable. The rooms need some attention. See the photos below. You’ll see lamp fixture in the bathroom has brown rings in the bowl and there is a missing towel hook.
- Kristin S (6/5): Disappointed - I stayed here a month before and my stay was great. Unfortunately this time was not. The room was in need of updating, bathroom had water damage, furniture in rough shape, sheets on bed were too narrow. Room only serviced every other day yet then they didn't make bed or clean surfaces. I asked for it to be cleaned the next day then and asked for surfaces to be cleaned and supplies to be replenished, again it wasn't done. We said something to front desk at checkout and he could care less. Plus we could hear the people above us constantly walking around. This was a 4 day stay of a weeklong trip with 3 other hotels, this was the most disappointing. I know hotels are struggling for help but other hotels in that area are great.

- Jo (10/5): - My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The staff was all kind and courteous. The breakfast had a nice variety for everyone. The hotel was clean and quiet. We will definitely stay at this chain again; even in other cities. Great deal for the price!

The hotel is always clean, quiet and coffee is great. When visiting this area, don’t hesitate to book this hotel. My preferred hotel when I need to come to the area.

- Itzdapitz (9/5): Great Suite Hotel . . . almost perfect - Fantastic cleanliness, brand new appearance and upkeep, great breakfast quality and variety, wonderful courtesy of friendly staff, and the camaraderie of other satisfied customers. PILLOWS were very flimsy, flat, unsupportive, under stuffed, and uncomfortable even when stacked. The housekeeping service's schedule was not explained at check in and was unreliable. During our 5 night stay, housekeeping visited our room once. We had to make a front desk visit one night to pick up new towels. We were apologized to for the over site but in the end it appeared that housekeeping is the short pole in the tent.
