- Yasir (5/5): Could be better, receptionist R not so friendly, (may be with people of color) , the dining staff are excellent though - Location There is a major renovation /construction next to the hotel . The street in front of the hotel is restricted, worse if you walking to the hotel dust all over the street, luggage , shoes and pants will be messed up big time with dirt, at least mention it n let the people the choose

- SAMI (9/5): Calm, comfortable, pleasant. - It’s in a great location, in the city center. Easy to reach and parking available in the front street. And the staff are just awesome, genuine and happy to help. Especially, Ms Ikram at the reception was welcoming, super helpful and polite. The hotel is adjacent to the train station where there is a big construction going on. They gave me a room facing opposite direction, so there weren’t any issues with that for me.

- PASCAL (7/5): Un confort derangé par les travaux de rénovation de la gare - Accueil impeccable, personnel très sympathique et respectueux, cuisine magnifique, accessible en transport en commun peu importe l’heure… Emplacement devant la gare en chantier, avenue bloquée, les taxis refusent de venir devant l’hôtel, bruit des travaux…

La propreté laisse à désirer, la chambre manque de confort avec de l’eau froide niveau douche, et le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur. L’hôtel aurait réellement besoin d’un grand rafraîchissement, car il ne mérite même pas ses 4 étoiles actuelles. Il est urgent de prendre en compte ces points avant la Coupe d’Afrique des Nations, afin de donner une meilleure image de nos infrastructures touristiques dans notre chère patrie

- Patrick (9/5): Tout confort et bon accueil en plein centre (gare, trams, bus) - Emplacement central, tout confort et bon petit-déjeuner; excellent accueil à la réception (thé de bienvenue!) et au petit-déjeuner. Malgré un accès difficile causé par un chantier les indications pourraient être améliorées. Mais une fois la rénovation de la gare achevée, l'hôtel sera certainement le mieux situé de tous les hébergements!

La rue de l'hôtel en travaux coupée plein de boue (et oui il pleut)j'ai du attendre plus d'une heure dans la voiture après une longue route. Le soir restaurant pas vraiment ouvert avec un menu a plat unique. On s'est fait livrer des pizzas......pour un 4 étoiles beaucoup de choses limite. Literie en 160.....baignoire avec rideau de douche......on sent que l'hôtel souffre des travaux de la gare depuis des années et pour moi cest fini je n'y retournerais pas.

- Arji (6/5): Moyen à cause des travaux à côté. - Le personnel est sympathique, accueillant et à l’écoute. L’établissement est beau et authentique. L’établissement ne précise pas qu’il y a de gros travaux à la gare de Rabat ville se situant juste à côté. Je trouve que 135€ la nuit pour être déranger, et ne pas pouvoir dormir, ce n’est pas correct. Le matin énormément de bruit, et la nuit également.
