L’hôtel est bien situé, proche de plusieurs restaurants. Dans la salle de bain, la douche ne fonctionne pas correctement, le jet du haut ne fonctionne pas. Heureusement il y a la douche de la baignoire en remplacement.

(They personally should not turn off the room heater) and they should change their lobby water filter its too old and the micro-oven in the kitchen is also very old.

The bed was heated too which is nice. The room we got had cobwebs when we entered. We sat on the sofa for a while and got itchy after. It seems like it hasn’t been maintained well. Good thing the bed didn’t get us itchy. It’s hard to get to when you’re a commuting tourist. You have to walk to get to the main road. If you have a lot of luggage, it’s not ok. We didn’t see mant taxis around the area too but front office can call

• Verified traveler (2/5): - 호텔이 아닌 모텔이구요... 솔직히 말해서 요즘 모텔들 관리 잘해서 깨끗한데 많습니다. 근데 여긴 객실내 먼지들 쌓여있고 곰팡이까지 껴있더라구요. 결국 청결도가 너무 안좋아서 숙박 안하고 중간에 다른 호텔 잡아서 잤습니다. 건물 들어설때부터 나는 이상한 냄새에 산 바로 옆에있어 방도 굉장히 습하구요.. 정말 최악의 숙소였습니다.

• Paola (9/5): It perfectly matched and went beyond my expectations since the really low price. - The staff at the reception was incredibly kind. I arrived a little bit earlier than the expected check-in time but they welcomed me without problems, and the old man at the receptions explained everything in English, and since it’s age and the position it was a pleasant surprise, since my Korean is still really basic. The room had all the amenities I could have needed and also the checkout was really quick and smooth. It’s a perfect location if you are considering visiting Heyri Art Village since it’s 10 minutes by foot from it.

• Morgan (10/5): Exceptional - The Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and spotless, nice atmosphere. The staff spoke English very well and were very helpful in helping us get taxi locally and to the Airport and even helped us order in on the few nights we stayed in. The hotel is quiet at off to itself, there are all types of restaurants and cafe within walking distance of hotel. Very nice will definitely stay again.

The rooms were cute and very comfortable I love the heated beds and floors. Plenty of restaurants and cafes and shopping within walking distance of hotel. Even on the bus line...the red bus 2200 takes you into seoul. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

• Travelgirl9 (10/5): Good location and clean room - Convenient location. Within walking distance of many restaurants, bus stop, and Heyri Art Village. Staff was friendly and English-speaking. There is a water dispenser in the entrance. The hotel is set on a hill, that is a bit of a steep climb to get too. And the parking lot has a fence that blocks your view of North Korea from the 1st floor windows.

Can't say enough about the staff who were extremely accommodating. 1 min drive from Provence theme park, 3 min drive from Heyri art valley. Extremely convenient. The spa tub in the bathroom was another highlight, massaging aches and sores, simply delightful.
