Problem w kontakcie z personelem- musieliśmy po przybyciu czekać ponad pół godziny pod drzwiami, mimo, że we wcześniejszej wiadomości podawaliśmy godzinę przybycia.

The staff member who attended to us was super friendly, polite and very attentive, 100% perfect. The cleanliness of the hotel, a factor that did not go unnoticed, was the first time I stayed in a hotel where everything was clean and they cleaned every day. We honestly didn't like the breakfast. It was very basic, with almost no variety, no fruit, and no eggs (scrambled, fried, or boiled). It was the only negative aspect I had with the hotel management, so I have a special request: please improve the breakfast.

• Thayna (6/5): Localização excelente, mas a frente nao parece hotel e pelo visto é algo comum lá - Gostei muito do atendimento do Alex, nos ajudou, nos deu dicas, mto solícito, nos explicou tudo desde o começo e com uma simpatia excepcional, o lugar é bem localizado, próximo de tudo, fizemos tudo a pé, absolutamente tudo.. 3 min do metrô.. poucos minutos das principais atrações, da pra fazer um roteiro muito legal a pé e conhecer realmente Roma Apesar de ser num local próximo de tudo, no termini, a frente do hotel nao parece hotel, esta lais para um local abandonado, acredito que é como se fosse um hotel por andar, confesso que a 1 impressão nao foi boa, mas para quem nao liga muito pra isso, depois ficamos de boa. A noite ficam umas pessoas estranhas por ali, mas como tem um excelente policiamento nao fiquei com medo, mas é um pouco sinistro, apesar de nao terem feito nada, nao mexeram conosco, nem olharam para nós.

• Fabrice (5/5): Sans plus. - Très mauvais contacts avec l’hôte. Pas présent lors de notre arrivée (alors que l’heure d’arrivée était précisée via booking) ni lors de notre départ. Seules des contacts what’s app étaient présents. Petits déjeuners minimalistes, sans parler du peu de souplesses du prioritaire. Impossibilité de laisser les bagages dans la chambre le dernier jour mais seulement dans la salle de déjeuner. Avec tous les risques inhérents. Sans parler des bruits de la chasse d’eau se remplissant, et de la minceur des cloisons séparent les chambres. Un hall d’accueil à la limite d’un ghetto. Presque tout.
• Philip (8/5): - The room was clean and was cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable, good shower. The breakfast was basic. The guest house is on the fifth floor of the apartment block, thankfully the lift worked when we stayed. There are about 120 stairs to get to the flat on the top floor.

• MICHAELA (5/5): Decepcionante - Distancia de la estacion Termini. Afortunadamente, las camas tambien eran muy comodas. La habitacion que tuvimos era pesima, excepto de camas. Las sabanas tenian un agujero y parecian de haberse utilizado al menos 30 años. No habia agua fria en la ducha, sí en la pica y en el bidet, pero para ducharse despues de todo el dia en Roma de 40 grados, realmente yna ducha de agua caliente, bastante desagradable. Desayuno, que solo tomamos el primer dia, constaba de pan bimbo, mantequilla y quesito. Zumo de concentrado.

Peut-être prévoir du pain frais et de l'eau fraîche pour le petit-déjeuner, et un coup de neuf pour la cabine de douche.

• Iordanis (10/5): Great stay! Recommended! A little pricey. - Very clean friendly quiet atmosphere. Heating works great, they offer standard breakfast and have open kitchen 24/07. I believe they could reduce their margin and still be very competitive in the hospitality space in their area.
• Maureen (8/5): Close to taxi stand and eating station. Not fancy but super clean and comfortable beds. - The staff was so nice. We were welcomed by Alex and he was very helpful and explained everything so well. We felt very welcomed. We were at first a little worried about the location, being so close to the bus station, which did feel a little sketchy at night, but we could walk to things pretty fast and there was great food options at the station and it made it easy to get a cab there. We also loved that there was orange juice and milk, cereal, and breads available. We didn't know the space would be shared with another guest. We did have locked doors and private bathrooms but the kitchen was shared and the general space was shared. That felt a little uncomfortable especially because I had kids. We didn't see the other guest so I am not sure they was someone else staying there but there was another locked room in the space we shared.

I did not like the included breakfast, ended up buying food to have a proper meal. The lift was not working and the appartment was in 5th floor, it was not a problem for me, but it could be a problem for someone.

• Maria (6/5): - The property is convenient to termini station and coach buses to fuimicino airport/24 hours a day. If you are not fussy it's ok to have a bed to lay in, although my mattress is not comfortable, it's sunken in some parts, shower is good, toilet seat keeps movin to the left side and the cover keeps dropping behind my back. As long as the elevator is always in good working condition and the people who uses it follow the instructions. Otherwise is a long hike will be added from your walking tour of Rome

Como única pega, deberían cambiar los colchones y el agua fria de la ducha debería tener más presión. Si se corrigen estas cosas no dudariamos en repetir.

• Ashleigh (8/5): - We had a great stay at Sixtythree. We had booked last minute and Gaetano was very fast to communicate a flexible check in time with us. Alex greeted us on arrival and was very accommodating. The place is right across the road from the train station and many food places otherwise a short walk to the main town. Was really nice that the apartment was cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels and sheets after a couple days stay. Would recommend!
• JUAN FRANCISCO (6/5): - El alojamiento está justo al lado de la estación Termini, muy bien situado para cuando llegas y te vas. Muy atento el Sr que nos recibió y nos dio las indicaciones. No había agua fría en la ducha y tenía muy poca presión. A 20 minutos del centro. No hay ruidos y se descansa muy bien.

• Maria (9/5): Don’t let the area deter you from a great accommodation - We really like to stay near the Termini. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Around lots of shops nd restaurants. Across the street from Termini station, where there is very good food and services, nd great shopping. The host was exceptional. I mentioned that I was gluten free, he gave me a package of sweets and a loaf of gluten free. Read to keep in my room!!!! Coffee tea and hot chocolate is available all day. The breakfast is a self serve continental type, Ceareal, bread, milk, juice,preserves, cream cheese. Filled us up. Nothing really,,,the property is great, just the area looks a bit sketchy,,dirty, walls filled with graffiti. We didn’t have any issues and didn’t feel unsafe,,,,

• Diego (9/5): Pretty good in general ! - The location is perfect. 2 minutes from Termini Station. From where you can take a bus 8€ to the Fiumicino Airport 50 minutes. Then have a metro station close too 8 min. walking. The neighborhood is not the best, it's dirty in the streets, you get the impression it's not safe, but actually nothing happened to us and we felt good. It's because the building are old and some people sleeping in the streets.

• Kirsty (8/5): Great property in a good location. - The guesthouse is clean and is in a good location to walk into Rome. Good air conditioning with private bathroom with stable water supplies. Noisy with window open but not an issue as we had aircon.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et souhaitons vous faire part de nos observations. Les aspects positifs : L'emplacement, les lits confortables, la climatisation, l'accueil initial, les serviettes et la propreté étaient excellents. Les points négatifs : L'escalier menant à la chambre est dangereux, l'absence de fenêtre dans la chambre est inconfortable, la lunette des toilettes ne tient pas, attention l'évier est bouché. Et en dernier, plus aucun accueil après le premier accueil. Il nous semble que votre prix par nuit (tous frais compris) devrait être au maximum de 80€ pour ce logement. • Arianna (10/5): - Situato a pochi passi dalla stazione di Termini la struttura si presenta dall'esterno non al meglio delle aspettative ma appena si entra in struttura cambia totalmente la percezione. Complimenti ad Alex per l'accoglienza, la simpatia e siamo stati davvero contenti di aver soggiornato all'interno della guest house. Alex ci ha spiegato itinerari e ci ha spifferato qualche luogo da visitare assolutamente. Abbiamo potuto entrare in struttura grazie al check in fatto ad hoc e il check out è stato ottimo. Abbiamo anche potuto lasciare lì le valigie fino al momento della partenza.

El aspecto de la entrada y del portal, así como del ascensor muy mejorable, aunque eso no creo que esté a mano del establecimiento.

• Birgit (6/5): - Das Hotel liegt super zentral. 5. Etage über einen sehr wackeligen und engen Aufzug erreichbar. Das Personal ist super freundlich, nicht vor Ort, telefonisch erreichbar. Frühstück macht man sich selbst. A gepackte und nichts Frisches. Es ist eingedeckt, wenn man später kommt muss man selbst neu decken. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Das Bett und die Kissen sind super. Eigentlich ist es eine MehrzimmerWohnung in der man ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad hat (wir das 3Bett Zimmer) Nachhaltig nicht zu ertragen ist die laute Wasserpumpe (vor allem wenn Mitbewohner nachts duschen) und die Hellhörigkeit. Na ja, man ist ja nicht häufig da... Rom ist interessanter.
• severine (8/5): Séjour pro - Chambre propre et agréable, on se sent comme à la maison. Bien placé près de la gare.
• Gerald (10/5): - Room was spacy and clean. Breakfast was basic, but we got good coffee, some toast, orange juice and cereals ... that is all we need for a good start into a day. Excellent location for a visit: Next to the Roma Termini trainstaition, With busses to the airport, Metrostation. Several Restaurant, fast food restaurants and minisupermarkets arround. We had the room to the street, which was to loud for us to sleep, so we closed the window and turned on the aircondition - worked fine! Rooms are in the 5th floor, and the elevator worked fine, when nobody forgot to close its door ;-) Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to friends.
• Claudio (8/5): - Buona accoglienza, l'addetto ci ha fornito indicazioni utili turistiche. Pur in un contesto condominiale che necessita assolutamente di ristrutturazione la camera al 5 piano raggiungibile con ascensore risulta gradevole, ha l'aria condizionata, manca il bidet, la cucina per la prima colazione è un po' sguarnita. La camera è vicinissima alla stazione Termini e alla metro. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Très bon accueil de Gaetano qui a été très gentil et à tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The host was very nice. His english wasnt very good but he tried and at the end we understood each other. The place is nearby termini station and within 10 minutes your in the centrum of Roma. Only thing was that there was no free parking space, the closest parking garage was a 10 minute walk away, and you pay 20 euro a day.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - This is a horrible property, the elevator did not work and they wanted us to stay at 5th floor. The area is really bad. The room was not clean. There are so many nicer and cheaper properties in Rome, i do not recommend this property at all.
