- Yoong (7/5): An Honest Review ... - Convenience of the location that I can just find food anywhere nearby. Getting a cab/taxi is not a problem at all. A lot of cabs around the area. The single bed was not facing the TV. By right all beds should be facing the TV. The bath and shower is not separated from the room, no door, no curtain and all widely open making it inconvenient for family with kids. There is a wide range of food within the vicinity including local food and fast food all within a couple of rows or blocks away but there is not a single cafe or restaurant that serves western breakfast such as sausages, bacon or chicken ham, and it is unhealthy for kids to eat KFC, Burger King and McDonalds all the time. The local food around the area are more mixed with a fusion style and spicyness which aren't suitable for kids.

- Maxine (6/5): Decent room but a few snags - Nice amount of space and good bathroom facilities. Bed was comfy and decent cleaning service. Location was decent, we hired bikes and were able to get into the centre quickly, also a choice of 2 metro stations nearby 5-10 mins walk away. Very disappointed that the jets in the bathtub didnt work - was one of the deciding factors in choosing this room type! Also the room was HOT, I couldnt get the air conditioning to work properly the whole time. The staff weren't as welcoming as you might hope.

- Stefanie (6/5): Decent if you don't plan on spending too much time in your room - The property wasn't a really cool tucked convenient location downtown easy to get to things and close to a 711. The advertisement in the photo described in the pictures and inside of the elevators of the facility do not resemble what you would typically get within your stay. Our hotel had two beds. There were several stains did not look like the pictures whatsoever my tub no shower did not work only the retractable showerhead, which I just had to sit in and wash up and rinse the towels that were given were a bit small but that's OK. They came in and clean daily that was not a problem. In the beds were actually pretty comfortable.

- Hinaho (6/5): 立地は最高ですが、衛生面は気になるホテル - KSPOドームから9号線で一本で行けます。総合運動公園駅が最寄りですが、急行の停車駅でもあるので電車を間違えることもなく、とても便利でした。また2号線の新川駅へのアクセスやバスの利便もとてもよかったです。飲食店も近くにたくさんあり、栄えている街なので買い物や食事に困ることは特にありませんでした。とにかく、立地は最高です。 一番最初に泊まった部屋で、朝起きると手足、首に赤い虫刺されのような跡が数箇所にできていました。最初は蚊だと思ったのですが、とてもかゆく、帰ってきてからも腫れが引かないため日本に帰って診察してもらうと、どうもトコジラミがいたようでした。連泊だったため、オーナーさんに部屋を変更してほしいと相談すると、快く部屋を変えてくれたので、ホテル側のスタッフの対応に不満はありません。変更後の部屋で噛まれることはなかったのでホテル全体ではなくその部屋が問題だったのかもしれませんが、大変な思いをしました。

And helped booking a taxi without any issues for a wheelchair.The room was good for wheelchair access. My son would say there was no smart TV and no YouTube channel 😒. There was self check in and check out which was aweared and unconfortable as foreiner are not used of those ans there was no one at the reception to help. The room we're not clean daily and the staff were not phisially present at the reception downstairs every day which put us in difficulties as we wanted to ask things and could not. The doors were too heavy for a wheelchair user to open, and not having anyone there, I could not get into the building or get out easily. The bathtub jacuzzi was not working, and it was difficult to regulate the shower hot and cold tab. There was no bathroom door, which was embarrassing when one of us had to go to the toilet. No smart TV and no YouTube channel 😢 for kids.

Shower was leaking and making the bathroom floor very wet and slippery.. Housekeeping daily would clean it. There's no pool as we were fooled by the pictures... only a pool in suites. - Ng Guo (8/5): - Good Location, 5-10 mins walk away from 2 different lines, walking distance to Jamsil sports complex and a 15-30 mins away from Lotte world tower. Lots of food around with a local market nearby too. It allows maybe check in maybe 15 minutes before the indicated check in time of 3pm only though. Room is big and there is a bath tub with jacuzzi, however the bubbles are not working. Good enough for a repeat stay in my opinion.

Not well maintained - broken tap, paint peeling of the furniture. You can’t talk with the hotel manager - you are forced to talk to the camera with microphone. Also, they give only one card for a twin room.

I had to repeat my name multiple times talking to the CCTV, then that staff left me hanging after confirming my booking. I waited for more than 10minutes at the reception until another staff came in physically to the counter. And even then I heard them having mixed up with my booking although I already informed them twice that I will be arriving the next day of my booking. I really hope this check in system can be improved, it's so frustrating.
- Remko (9/5): Best place in seoul - For the lotte tower, shopping mall and lotte world, go out to the right at the end of the street go right and walk straight on till you see it. Also olympic park is nearby go right and at the end go left cross with burgerking to the right ant cross again then you are at the olympic park. The checking is on distant but the rooms are nice and clean and the staff was so sweet for my baby. Best place where we stayed in seoul.
