• YUKI (9/5): - フィレンツェSMN駅から歩いて7.8分位。主な観光名所もだいたい徒歩10～15分でアクセス抜群です。ミケランジェロ広場にはバスかタクシーで行くのがいいと思います。 近くにはコナドスーパーや遅くまで営業してるメルカートがあり気軽に立ち寄れて便利です。 ホテルに早く着いた場合荷物を預かって貰えるのも良かったです。 部屋も綺麗でお湯もしっかり出ます。9時半チェックアウトになってますが、スケジュールの関係で早めにチェックアウトしたい場合は伝えておくと対応してくれます。 周辺の治安は悪いとは全然感じませんでした。 安心してこの施設で宿泊できます 周りの宿泊者の物音が少し聞こえるぐらい。 カードキーではなく鍵で全て空けなくてはならないのでそこが少し面倒だと思ったぐらいです。

• jarrod (8/5): - Really close to all the important tourist spots and only 5 minute walk from the train station. It also had a lift to the 2nd floor. It suited our needs, it was clean, simple, presented well. The room is tiny. Not alot of space but they made the best use of the space available.
• Sharon (8/5): Great for a night or two - The hotel was in a good location, not far from a food market and leather stalls and a short walk to the old town. We had the small room, although it wasn't too small for the one night we were there. There was tea making and biscuits. The pillows were great, best we've had in Italy so far.

Das Badezimmer bzw. die Duschen waren allerdings sehr alt und wirkten ungepflegt und dreckig, wodurch man sich beim Duschen unwohl fühlte. Wenn das Bad besser gepflegt und moderner gewesen wäre, wäre die Wohnung insgesamt wirklich super gewesen.

• Melanie (9/5): - Adorable apartment and very stylish. The showerhead was horrible and just produced a light mist instead of streams of water. However, the excellent location more than made up for that small inconvenience. Please note it is a walk upstairs with luggage when the elevator is not working.

Gecikmeli de olsa bi uyarı geldi hotelden ama nasıl güvenebilirdim. Hotelde de sadece “tel no” hacklendi dediler ama huzursuz olduk bi kere…

• Pascal (4/5): Construction site with noise - Massive construction site directly opposite the hotel with constant heavy noise. We were not informed about this in advance, despite the obvious impact on the stay. The hotel showed absolutely no willingness to accommodate us and handled the situation in an unprofessional manner. Very disappointing service.
• Claire (9/5): Ausgezeichnete Lage - - Ausgezeichnete Lage. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ebenfalls zu Fuss erreichbar. Ausserdem gibt es viele Restaurants und einen Supermarkt gerade neben dem Hotel. - Alle Geräte im Bad und im Zimmer haben einwandfrei funktioniert. - Das Personal war freundlich. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können.

• Maxime (10/5): Tres bon sejour, le logement est parfaitement situé - L'accueil est très bon et le logement est très bien situé proche du marché centrale et à 15mn à pied du centre de Florence. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. La rue est assez passante avec parfois un peu de bruit le soir mais pas très dérangeant.

The staff were friendly and let us store our bags on the day of check out. The shower head would not stay upright which was a bit frustrating.

• April (9/5): Recommended to Stay in Florence 🇮🇹 - what I like about this property is its located in the center of the city. It’s surrounded by very good restaurants. It is near to the public market and it’s also walking distance to the tourist place that I want to visit. The employeeyee are very helpful and friendly. I feel safe also staying here. Take note: The hotel has a brown door 🚪. I recommended 👍 Nothing.

• Bartłomiej Lis (6/5): Expected little bit more for that price - Staff is great, but to be honest I wouldn’t come back. As said, staff was amazing - good communication, help when needed, very friendly. Asked before if we wanted a room with view to the inside of building or on the street. There was a problem - water was completely shutdown in the building due to work outside but staff gave us multiple water bottles. In the end water came back the same day evening so it wasn't much of a problem for us - so again good job of the staff with handling the situation. Location is definitely great. The problem is in the place itself. Place could be cleaned better there was a lot of dust, wall behind the desk was dirty from something spilled, radiator in bathroom was cleaned only in half and some small mold under a shower. About shower itself the water pressure was sometimes almost not existing. There were 2 of us and taking a shower was irritating because of that as it was taking a very long time.

• Rahaf (5/5): Nicht wie ich erwartet - Standort war super Das Zimmer war am Abend sehr kalt, da die Heizung kaum funktioniert hat. Die Minibar war kaputt, sodass ich mein Essen wegwerfen musste. Auch das Waschbecken war kaputt und das Wasser floss nicht. Das Zimmer war nicht gut gereinigt, im Schrank war viel Staub. Einmal habe ich erwartet, dass die Putzfrau das Zimmer putzt, während ich weg war, aber sie hat nur das Bett gemacht und sonst nichts.

• Patrizia (6/5): più empatia e gentilezza con i clienti - ottima posizione , pulizia abbastanza adeguata e la stanza di buone dimensioni , staff poco comunicativo e per niente disponibile. L'ascensore era rotto e abbiamo dovuto fare due pian a piedi per 49 scalini e per chi ha problemi "seri" al ginocchio non è stato il massimo; è stato chiesto un rimborso parziale che non è stato accordato - perdersi per così poso avendo causato un disagio al cliente non gli fa per niente buona pubblicità. Inoltre il letto non è stato rifatto e la camera non è stata pulita... non so se fa parte della loro politica Non ci tornerò mai più e non lo sconsiglierò vivamente.

• Bernarda (9/5): Would recommend - Excellent location! The accommodation is just a 5-minute walk from the cathedral, which is perfect for exploring the city. It is also very close to the train station and tram stops, making it easy and convenient to get around. The hosts were very kind and accommodating—they allowed us to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which we really appreciated. The only small downside was the cleanliness—there was something on the bedside table that looked like spilled juice, and the entire side of the table seemed to be sticky/not properly cleaned.
