- Pedro (3/5): Experiência que não valeu a pena. Péssimo tratamento. - A localização do Hotel é muito boa, próxima a diversos bons restaurantes, atrações e também na região da Cidade Antiga. Dá para caminhar tranquilamente pela região. Há mercado e farmácia próximo ao local. Infelizmente a nossa experiência foi decepcionante. O tratamento que tivemos do pessoal do café da manhã foi o pior possível. O menu é a la carte, então havíamos pedido o prato "francês" com croissant. Quando chegou, não veio o croissant, sendo que ao questionarmos, nos informaram que estava em falta. Educadamente, perguntamos se seria possível trocar por outro item do menu (há itens extras), momento em que a pessoa responsável foi completamente rude com a gente, principalmente pela barreira linguística. O Hotel não possui um gerente e é nitidamente mal administrado. No dia que chegamos, ficamos 10 minutos lá fora na rua pois não tinha ninguém na recepção. O chuveiro do nosso quarto estava quebrado, pedimos ajuda para que fosse arrumado e informaram que "é normal" ele ser assim. Embaixo de nossa cama encontramos uma garrafa velha de bebida (ou seja, o quarto não era limpo de forma adequada). Por vezes no trajeto do quarto até a recepção vimos baratas andando pelo local. São anos de booking e essa foi a pior experiência que eu tive na minha vida com a plataforma.

Nos dejaron utilizar la zona piscina y jacuzzi despues del checkout y nos guardaron las maletas hasta que llego nuestro transporte a recogernos. Desayuno muy bueno. Las camas no eran muy comodas y faltaba un poco de mantenimiento. Alguna cosa mas en el desayuno se agradeceria.

The room was comfortable, with basic things to survive for a few days. During my stay, several aspects of the hotel’s upkeep and guest‑readiness fell below expected quality standards. The condition of the linens and room amenities was particularly concerning. Towels appeared worn and discolored, bathroom rugs were visibly dirty, and the blankets showed signs of heavy use, diminishing the sense of cleanliness and comfort. The property as a whole would also benefit from more consistent maintenance. The surrounding pots and plants showed neglect, with wilted foliage and unkempt planters that detracted from the hotel’s appearance. The pool area, while functional, lacked the level of cleanliness and care expected in a hospitality setting; surfaces and surrounding spaces needed more frequent cleaning and attention to detail. These issues collectively suggest the need for a more robust housekeeping and maintenance routine to ensure that guest rooms and shared spaces meet the standards of comfort, hygiene, and presentation that travelers expect. With focused improvements in these areas, the hotel has the potential to offer a much more welcoming and enjoyable experience.

- Bettina (9/5): - L’emplacement est parfait et l hôtel est agréable. Personnel attentif et arrangeant. Chambre bien équipée et fraîche. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre parce que celle qui m’était attribuée avait une forte odeur d humidité. On m a donc proposé une plus grande chambre au rez-de-chaussée. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et assez bon. C était mon 3 ème séjour dans cet hôtel et j ai déjà une nouvelle réservation pour juillet. Avant, il y avait de l eau à disposition dans l’entrée mais il semblerait que ce ne soit plus le cas...dommage. J’aime beaucoup cet hôtel pour sa tranquillité et ses services mais attention à bien maintenir la qualité avec un ménage plus approfondi (salle de bain pas toujours impeccable). Sur les 2 derniers séjours, je note un relâchement de ce côté-là mais sinon, il suffit de leur dire et ils vous trouvent toujours une solution. Cependant, la propreté doit rester un gage de qualité.

Al final me trae el yogurt con malas caras y quejas y cuando me lo estoy comiendo me dice de nuevo que me lo va a cobrar.evodemente no se trata del precio de un yogurt, sino del trato, muy malo.

- HUGO (9/5): Comentario. - El lugar y la ubicación son increíbles. La estancia es muy cómoda y el desayuno es muy rico, te dan varias opciones y de verdad puedes disfrutar y sentirte como en casa. Rachel y el personal de cocina nos atendieron de manera increíble. Siempre atentos muy buenas personas. La recepcionista de que estaba en la mañana, su trato era muy desagradable, le hacías una pregunta y te trata de una manera muy descortés. Incluso al hacer el check out se comportó con indiferencia. La chica de la tarde, Rachel, siempre nos trató increíble y muy agradable.

Excellente localisation. Nous avions une des deux chambres qui donne sur la patio où sont organisés les petits déjeuners et avons été réveillés chaque jour aux alentours de 6.00 hr du matin par le personnel de cuisine qui parlait très fort comme si elles étaient sur un marché ! Nous leur avons fait la remarque lorsque nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner mais elles ne semblaient pas s’en tracasser. Ce n’est pas très respectueux envers des clients qui viennent et paient pour se reposer. Fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain et pommeau de douche non fonctionnel.

- Ben (6/5): Het was oké, maar ik had meer verwacht. - Fijne locatie midden in het oude centrum. Mogelijkheid tot gebruik van zwembad en jacuzzi op het dakterras. Aanbod van 4 soorten ontbijten in de ochtend groot en ruim bed! Het is wat gedateerd en de kamer zag er wat onhygiënisch uit. Vocht plekken op de muren, gele vlekken in de handdoeken, plukken haar op de vloer en bij ons liet de vloer en het behang los.. helaas, moeilijk om een parkeer plek te vinden in de buurt vooral in de middag is het erg druk! ik had er meer van verwacht.

En nuestro caso, desde muy temprano se escuchaba el alistamiento para el desayuno, las conversaciones de las personas y para alguien que tiene el sueño ligero, no es tan chévere. Pero de resto, todo estuvo muy bien

- Eric (7/5): I really enjoyed my location and space and room and the amenities with roof top jacuzzi and spacious grounds I enjoyed - It was in a great location and the Decor Vibe was amazing Just 1 front desk Not Rachel and Jose were super amazing too me they were so delightful even helped get me a new tv since mines wasn’t working , but they went the extra mile beside the one front desk girl who got beside herself and showed me a video of my Comforter which was a violation of my privacy I’m going to keep it right there , Unacceptable oh and another thing how you serving Dominican 3 golpes without the cheese. Like that’s the best part
