• Herlinda (2/5): - Very noisy, staff were laughing and talking loudly just outside the room since it was by the reception, there was a bed bug and spider in the room, the drain in the shower was plugged with lots of hair, not a centric place. Transportation was available right across the street and some nice places to eat and have coffee. The staff people were nice and kind.

• Nubia (6/5): - Fuimos por una urgencia y por unas horas ya que lleve a mi hijo valga la redundancia a urgencias del civil nuevo,no lo dejaron internado eran las 4 am y tocó buscar hotel me gustó por las opiniones de limpieza y está cercas del hospital tenía que ir a las 9 am a consulta así que solo lo buscamos para poder descansar unas horas,todo muy bien solo por la mañana como a las 8 AM llegaron al parecer empleados y Dios mío parecían guacamayas se gritaban de orilla a orilla,platicaban se carcajeaban y uno queriendo descansar,pedi habitación planta baja porque llevaba a mi hijo en andadera, deberían de tener más empatía uno va a los hoteles a descansar no a escuchar sus pláticas ni mucho menos sus gritos, de ahí en fuera muy bien, el recepcionista que nos recibió muy amable y habitación limpia.

• Ricardo (2/5): Decepción - Las fotos públicadas en la aplicación distan mucho de la realidad ya que en físico el hotel se encuentra con la habitación sucia, específicamente los cojines y almohada huelen a sudor de otros huéspedes, hay cabellos en el piso, y el baño está extremadamente incómodo y sucio con moho en la uniones de mis azulejos y suciedad y humedad en paredes piso y tasa del baño la verdad pagamos para poder arreglarnos y nos tuvimos que cambiar el mismo día de hotel porque viajamos con un bebé y son condiciones insalubres para el.

Hay unos cerca del Centro Médico de Occidente, pero son hostales, poca privacidad. CONTRAS: - Edificio antiguo, eso no es el problema, el problema es la falta de mantenimiento - Agua caliente: me hospedé de Domingo a viernes, lunes y martes me tuve que bañar con agua fría. Viernes no hubo agua. - El ruido de la recepcion llega hasta las habitaciones. COSAS A CONSIDERAR: - Zona: La zona no es de lo mejor, pero está a pie de una de las avenidas principales, el acceso es rápido, hay Uber, taxis... Cerca del CMNO - Básico: no hay amenidades, no esperen agua para tomar. Pero, como en mi caso, que ya conocía el hotel por una estancia hace 7 años. Solo necesitaba un lugar para bañarme y descansar. Así que no tuve problema alguno. En el lobby te venden agua, a una cuadra hay un seven eleven y Oxxo.

• Juan Carlos (4/5): Chequen bien antes de reservar - La vdd cuando llegue la persona me dio la opción de ver el lugar pues creo que vio mi impresión y no es por que el hotel ya es antiguo si no que nada que ver a las fotos y en mi caso la habitación que me tocó la primera el ventilador estaba quebrado y la segunda que nos dio sólo tenía ventana en parte trasera así que si hizo un calor extremo, solo había un rollo de papel para 5 personas y la tele nunca prendió creo que el señor de primero se molestó por mi cara pues la vdd si quería cancelar pero por la hora ya no pude buscar así que me quedé pero si hace falta más ventilación a las habitaciones el personal que me tocó por la mañana muy amable y sin nada que decir

Al regresar no había toallas en la habitación, solo 2 cobijas para las 3 camas, había papel y cabello en suelo y no había shampoo para el aseo personal. Aparte de que por la zona donde esta ubicado el hotel había demasiado ruido de autos y ambulancias.

Secure parking. Clean room, no bugs. The hotel was in walking distance of INM (immigration) which is why I chose it. no A/C but did not need it, no coffee maker, Lots of stairs. A very basic Hotel but the price value ratio was very good.
• steven (10/5): Great place to stay, I recommend this place - Brought the dog to see a specialist in Gaudalajara and this place is the bomb, it is central quiet well protected and very friendly staff, clean hot water and high speed fans. No a.c. in my room but due to the design the building was cool at night even with the hot temperatures. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially people traveling with dogs. They accept pets not sure about filthy stinky cats but you can check. The place did not stink of cat piss or feces like the owners of cats so with any luck no cats allowed. I must say of all the hotels I have stayed at the bang for buck and satisfaction i got from staying there ranks on the top of my list. Not the highest end hotel but it sure foots the bill nicely if you want quiet central clean and have your pet with your.
