• Phongsavat (10/5): Will rebook again especially same location in San Antonio - The room blown me away of how nice, clean and the layout was just phenomenal! The room was very clean and had better layouts than many expensive high hotel that are considered high end. Also, the house keeping was trustworthy. When my daughters forgot their phone in the room it was not touch or moved. Our room was always taken care of with new towels and a made bed when we arrive back.

• Suzanne (10/5): Attending 45th HS reunion - I loved the location. Easy to get to everywhere I was going. The room is so large and comfortable. Enough outlets for charging phones. The pool is perfect for laps or lounging. And enough shade and sun. Also enough chairs. The breakfast was fabulous. The big fluffy biscuits were exceptional! Many choices. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was great.

TV did not ever work Iron needs to be replaced, had to have one person hold the cord in one direction while another ironed or it would not stay on Tub would get clogged every time we showered Could not get full shower pressure since tub spout would not close completely and still dripped

• Jack (9/5): Convenient, near many things, especially the airport. - Room was very nice You could use another "shelf" in the shower. The tiny one you have is way to small for even the simplest of necessities in the shower...razor, shaving cream, other small travel toiletries.
• HARODEL (2/5): You are not Welcome - At this place you are not welcome, the manager sent me to the street, turn around and left because I do not have a credit card to put a hold of ridiculous US $15, eventhough I had cash. The manager treat people in very bad way. This is América is what he said, I will tell him I Am your guest and I was a Hilton fun but from now never again, I would never recomend to anybody to book this place. Also they do not clean well , I found hair from prior guest in the bathroom. It was not a Hilton experience like I had before. Shame.

• Verified traveler (6/5): $10 nightly to park, no creamer, breakfast is cold - It is clear this hotel is franchise owned. They do not live up to the Hilton standards. The breakfasf is not kept warm, so its very cold. They do not use the normal warmers you are used to seeing at a Home2suites. They put the cooked food in the same kind of contraption hotels out muffins, bread slices and bagels. The 3 tiered kind but they say its a warmer. There is no creamer. Just half and half. No choices at all for your coffee. I have never seen that at any Home2suites or hotel i have stayed at. I had to go buy creamer at walmart. They also charge you to wash your clothes. Wheras at other Home2suites its free. Lastly, they charge you $10 a night for parking. I have no idea why. This is a normal parking lot, and Hotels.com didnt mention $10 to park. Do yourself a favor, if you're looking for a good Home2suites, stay at the lackland one. This is subpar. The one good thing I have to say is the employees were friendly

• Hardrocker8888 (8/5): Final Four Visit - We stayed here attending the Final Four. I liked the convenience of a hotel shuttle to and from the airport. Included breakfast was also convenient. There were several eateries nearby. And a shopping mall was just a short walk down the street. The room had all the amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice way to cool off.
