• Frank (8/5): - Close to metro to arrive in London. Close to shops. The bathroom was clean. Possibility to park the car for free, was nice. You get milk and cereals for breakfast. It is a nice place to visit London. You stay on second floor with more rooms. It is a bit “noisy”. You hear sounds from room next door.

Microwave plates, bowls and a flat screenTV. Hoping to stay again very soon Although there was a shower and wash basin in the room the WC was outside but it was very easily accessed

Breakfast was provided the room had a fridge with water and milk. Could not fault the property at all! Great for travel up to London as station was a 3 min walk away There was nothing we did not like!

If I had to pick perhaps the décor could do with modernising but this didn't detract from the stay and for the price I paid I thought it was excellent value for money

A warm welcome from Leon, and helpful advice on where to shop. Having arrived after a red eye flight and long day in meetings I just wanted a shower and comfortable bed and I had both. Bed was extremely comfortable and I slept really well. No complaints from me.

• David (10/5): It was the perfect place to stay for my hospital visit and so comfy there was a decent size tv also. - I did not expect a microwave and a fridge. There was even milk in the fridge. The bed was so comfy. There was plenty of sockets. I could not fault the room. I needed the room for a visit to Harefield hospital. I booked for two nights so that I could leave my car there while I was at the hospital which was not far in a taxi. The price of the room was really cheap,there were even breakfast cereals available. There lots of grocery shops, two pubs and places to eat close by. Would definitely recommend this establishment. There was nothing that I didn't like, it was superb.

TV in there (although we didn’t use it, Hairdryer, my wife did use. The owner was friendly and informative. Shower head sprayed all over! Replacement shower head would be good, fridge was a bit noisy at times, Lamp light outside was too bright!. These are all minor points and didn’t stop us having a very good two nights sleep and stay at Ivy House. Thank you.

• John (9/5): I only stayed one night as I attended a party locally, but it was altogether very good. - It was close to the station, the room was clean with fridge and microwave. Cereal was available in the morning. The location was quiet, but, if needed, there were a couple of pubs close by that sold food as well as a parade of shops. There was no soap. It didn't matter to me as I was easily able to get some - but it did seem slightly surprising. Otherwise everything was superb.
