They only needed to activate the pumps as to mix the hot water on top (due to the searing sun) with the colder water on top. Our bathroom was clean, a bit outdated, but clean nonetheless. - Neville (1/5): Don't be fooled by the opulent lobby and driveway. - Well located. Nice lobby and driveway The property is not well maintained. The room was dated and shabby. The old air conditioning unit was so noisy it kept me awake. This property is in urgent need of care. Don't be fooled by the lobby and driveway approach. The reception staff, when we checked 8pm, was unwelcoming and barely raised a smile. All things considered, this stay was poor value for money. Breakfast service was between 6am and 9am. This is ridiculously early for leisure travellers. I would have expected to be able to get breakfast at least until 10am.

- Davide (8/5): - hôtel très sympa avec plusieurs maisonnettes séparées, grande piscine très agréable, accès à la plage privée il y a des courts de tennis à disposition magnifiques mais nous n'avons pas pu jouer; ils n'avaient pas de raquettes à nous prêter ou louer.. dommage.. la route devant l'hôtel est plutôt fréquentée (route de transit avec bcp de camions).. c'est un peu dangereux le soir. Heureusement le resort est en bien en retrait, donc aucun souci.

- Patrick (8/5): Très bon séjour. - L’emplacement sur une plage magnifique hélas jonchée de détritus dès que l’on s’éloigne un peu. Heureusement le personnel nettoie la plage devant le resort. Les chambres sont vastes et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet offrant beaucoup de choix (plats vietnamiens en majorité, normal : le resort accueille principalement des vietnamiens, tant pis pour les occidentaux grincheux qui ne veulent pas s’adapter à la vie locale !). Personnel sympathique et chaleureux avec une réserve pour le personnel à la réception. Une vaste piscine et un cadre arboré superbes. L’accueil à la réception plutôt froid. WiFi peu performant Salle de bains vétuste notamment baignoire d’un autre âge. Dommage.

Ăn sáng không có nhà hàng mà phải ngồi ở bên ngoài trong thời tiết nắng nóng, đồ ăn nghèo nàn. Đây là ngày nghỉ đáng quên nhất trong chuỗi kỳ nghỉ lần này của gia đình tôi.

Avevamo prenotato una camera vista giardino: carina, niente a che vedere con le altre ma la differenza è evidente dal prezzo. Ottima la colazione Il personale alla reception cordiale ma non accogliente come abbiamo trovato negli altri posti dove abbiamo dormito in giro per il Vietnam. Immagino dipenda dal fatto che è una struttura molto grande. Unica vera pecca le camere vista giardino hanno pareti troppo poco insonorizzate. Si sentono russare i vicini e la mattina siamo stati svegliati molto presto dai rumori della stanza accanto

Chỗ ngồi ăn ở nhà hàng lại cạnh bờ biển, tuyệt 6. Thích nhất là resort có hàng hiên rộng để ngồi thư giãn, uống trà, tám chuyện rất chill

Hotel destinado a turistas locales. No tenían libre el tipo de habitación reservada y nos dieron otra supuestamente mejor. La cortina del baño tenían manchas raras y el baño, en general, sucio. Las toallas tenían ronchas marrones, incluso pidiendo una nueva limpia. Una de las camas olía mal. El minibar estaba vacío.

- Nikolaos (9/5): - We enjoyed very much the location and our room!The resort is in front of a very pristine beach and our room was spacious, bright, very clean, with a beautiful veranda facing the ocean, quiet at night (just the sound of the waves) and had everything we needed (including a bed canopy). The staff was very polite and professional, overall it was a very pleasant stay and we could easily spend several days relaxing at the beach or enjoying the peace of the beautiful lake on the other side of the road! We had dinner at resort beach restaurant and the food could be better (little variety, fish overfried) and more flavorful given the fact that we were in Vietnam where almost everywhere food was excellent. The fish restaurant at the edge of the beach was really memorable though!

Nguyen Thi Hai (restaurant) always had a smile and was so lovely. The beachfront rooms need comfortable chairs to relax on in front of each room instead of only the one shared set for 3 rooms in the middle.

- Anna (7/5): Beautiful but don’t eat breakfast! - The resort is beautiful. The beach and rooms are stunning. We unfortunately got food poisoning from their breakfast buffet on our last day. It was pretty horrendous. Unfortunately there was no offer of compensation despite us being unable to use the hotel for our last night as we were bed ridden. We were pretty disappointed.

What made the experience even more special was the lush greenery and blooming flowers that surround the area, creating a refreshing, nature-filled environment. The swimming pool is impressively large and always well-maintained. We appreciated seeing the staff diligently cleaning and caring for the property every day. Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Housekeeping was consistent and efficient, ensuring our room was always neat and comfortable. - Minh Nguyet (2/5): Cảm thấy kém và thất vọng nhất trong tất cả các địa điểm dừng chân trong suốt kỳ nghỉ dài ngày - Không có gì ở mục này Quá nhiều muỗi -1 điểm Điều hoà chảy nước đầy nhà phải gọi nhân viên sửa, -1 điểm Đèn hỏng -1 điểm Nước lúc mạnh lúc yếu, muốn tắm phải gọi lễ tân mở máy bơm áp lực mới tắm được, không thì như mèo tè , -1 điểm Cảnh trước phòng rất xấu, không được chăm sóc -1 điểm Phòng bé và xấu, như cái phòng nhà nghỉ, không xứng đáng với chuẩn 4 sao , chỉ đẹp trên ảnh quảng cáo thôi, -2 điểm Đi lại từ phòng nghỉ ra các vị trí không thuận tiện, đường đi lại xấu, đặc biệt với gia đình có trẻ nhỏ đang dùng xe đẩy, xe điện có nhưng không hỗ trợ di chuyển trong khuôn viên mà chỉ để chở hành lý, khuyến nghị nhà có trẻ em cần dùng xe đẩy không nên đến đây , -2 điểm Nhân viên thiếu nhiệt tình, đứng không ngay cửa sảnh nhưng đợi khách tự xách hành lý vào dù rất nhiều, khach xách vào rồi mới ra để lên xe đẩy, -1 điểm Khu ăn bố trí ko hợp lý, sáng ăn ngoài sân nắng chiếu thẳng bàn -1 điểm Tổng kết lại, địa điểm này xứng đáng được -1/10 điểm

- Chloe (10/5): The staff were amazing at making sure you had everything you needed. The stay was so so clean. - I sadly had food poisoning from another place and the staff were so amazing at helping me and making sure everything was okay! The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms we stayed in were amazing, definitely coming back. Nothing.

La responsable de l’établissement se préoccupe de la satisfaction des clients , je recommande cet hôtel aussi pour son bon rapport qualité /prix . Le restaurant qui situé à l’extérieur de l’établissement qui n’appartient pas à l’hôtel , de l’autre côté de la route juste en face à côté de la station des taxis est délicieux et très propre avec un large choix de plats c’est une belle découverte
