Hotel zlokalizowany kawałeczek od jeziora. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Bar w hotelu ma luźny i przyjemny klimat. Nr 1 to panel klimatyzacji, niby prosty w obsłudze ponieważ ma tylko 4 przyciski ale jak włączasz to wyskakuje błąd i nie reaguje na przycisk. Nr 2 to strefa wypoczynkowa czynna tylko do godziny 19.00

Ci era stato detto al telefono, due mesi fa, della possibilità di avere un pass per il parcheggio sulle strisce blu che garantisse uno sconto, come precisato anche sul sito, ma al momento del check in questo non è stato possibile in quanto il servizio è stato sospeso da quest'anno dal comune. Ci saremmo aspettati per prima cosa di essere quanto meno avvisati per tempo in modo da poter trovare delle alternative più economiche di quelle che ci hanno consigliato e che abbiamo dovuto usare, e come seconda cosa delle scuse per la mancata comunicazione. La colazione un po' dispersiva e non tutti i prodotti segnalati da apposito cartellino e alcuni non in lingua italiana.
- Maciej (10/5): Location, breakfasts and people! - I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Riva del Garda for the second time. The design is a blend of modern and minimalist style, it may not be everyone’s taste, but personally I loved it. What truly stands out, though, is the exceptional quality of execution. Everything feels premium, from the room finishes to the impressive soundproofing, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and clearly prepared with great attention to detail. But the real highlight is the atmosphere and the level of service: warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, this place delivers far above average in every aspect. I would 100% recommend it.

Ei ollut oikeastaan mitään , mistä en olisi pitänyt, erikoista mielestäni olivat suihkukopin/vessan lasiseinät, ja huoneessa oleva lavuaari.

The car park has a lift which is a tight squeeze if you have a big car. However the staff were on hand to help. The parking cost 30 euros a night. It was difficult to pinpoint the hotel on the first night due to the pedestrian zone but once it was located it is easy to get to.

Sinon tout était parfait! Autre que niveau logement, nous avons commandé un matcha qui est arrivé sans matcha mais sinon le reste parfait!

- patrick (9/5): Es hat uns gut gefallen - Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr guten Lage und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber . Die Parkgarage fanden wir überteuert mit 30 Euro am Tag . Das Personal an der Reception war nicht sehr freundlich .

- Filip (10/5): - Velmi příjemný pobyt. Hotel krásný, moderní. Umístění bylo také na velmi dobrém místě, na začátku hlavní ulice s obchody a restauracemi. Snídaně byly vynikající. Co je na fotce to skutečně dostanete.
- Shimaa (9/5): ممتازة كموقع وفطور - الموقع جدا ممتاز وقدامك بضبط سوبرماركت والفندق نظيف جدا حتى ان الاثاث وكل شي جديد وفطورهم انصدمت انه لذيذ واللوبي جميل ينفع تروق فيه اكثر من الاماكن الي حولك ماكان في سليبر لدورة المياه ولمن طلبت جودته سيئة صراحة وكان في موظف بالاستقبال عصبي قليلا صرنا نخاف نسأله ثاني😢💔

- Daniel (9/5): - Direkt im Zentrum, ideal gelegen. Autolift braucht bei einer Gruppe von 4 Autos recht viel Zeit. Am besten auf das Auto vor Ort verzichten. Das Hotel wurde ein paar Wochen vor unserer Ankunft gehackt und unsere Buchungsdaten gestohlen und missbraucht. Zum Glück bin ich nicht darauf reingefallen. Wir wurden weder vom Hotel, noch von Booking (wusste aber Bescheid) bis heute in irgend einer Form informiert.

- Anna Clara (10/5): - The hotel is perfect in every way—from the courteous staff to the location and the breakfast buffet. It is very well located, right in the center of Riva, with easy access to the port and the bus stop. The room is extremely clean, well-decorated, and the bed is comfortable. I have nothing to complain about and would definitely stay at this hotel again. Nothing.

- Marieh (10/5): - O hotel é bem moderno, mas para quem viaja de carro, fica um pouco mais difícil de chegar, sendo necessário entrar nas ztls. A entrada para a garagem é através de um elevador de carros, que leva para o subsolo. São poucas vagas, e o espaço é bem apertado. Recomendo enviar uma mensagem e verificar disponibilidade, visto que a região não possui vagas de fácil acesso nas ruas. No mais, café maravilhoso, quarto limpo, e muito confortável.

Posizione della struttura vicinissima al centro e molto comoda per muoversi nella cittadina. Bagno moderno ed accogliente, con tutti i confort. Siamo stati contenti di tutto, dall'accoglienza fino al giorno della ripartenza. Tutto di ottimo livello e grande gentilezza del personale. Grazie, è stato un piacere soggiornare presso questo Albergo.

- Anja (9/5): Wunderschönes Hotel, tolle Lage, wir kommen wieder. - Die Lage ist super, von dort kann man alles gut in der City erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett Design orientiert und grandios. Das Zimmer war großzügig und sehr modern. Viele Möbel-Klassiker....wunderbar. Wir waren bei der Ankunft sehr geflasht. Vom Balkon hatten wir einen schönen Blick in die Berge. Das Frühstück ist nach ausbaufähig. Es gab eine gute Auswahl, jedoch liegt der Focus eher auf süß. Es gab auch Brot und Brötchen, aber nur für Frühaufsteher, leider wurde nicht nachgelegt. Das ist aber auch der einzige Punkt der uns nicht zugesagt hat. Aber ich denke da wird es noch Anpassungen geben.

- Claudia (10/5): Perfekter Auftakt unserer Italienreise. - Sehr zentrale und schöne Lage. Zimmer geräumig, komfortabel, modern und sehr ansprechend. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. An sich nichts. Nur hinkommen muss man erst einmal. Mit dem Auto war das schon etwas stressig. Unser Navi hat das nicht gepackt. Unbedingt vorher im Hotel den Parkplatz buchen, wenn man das möchte (sind nur wenige Plätze in der kleinen Tiefgarage) und das Auto registrieren lassen, bevor man anreist. Hotel liegt in der zufahrtsbeschränkten Zone (ZTL).

- Laura (10/5): A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel, highly recommended! - The property was fantastic, the room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The location was perfect for exploring Riva del Garda, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Everything met or exceeded expectations.

I didn't like a room, grey and cold, A/C didn't work well, shower is located out of bathroom in the middle of corridor... Pretty good hotel but for the summer months Location of shower, no kettle and water in a room, no shampoo/ conditioner only shower gel
