• Raimondas (10/5): - Perfect location for the stay. Very friendly staff, greeted with smile and all the clear nstructions. The building and the room very clean. Exit and enter the premises right in the heart of the action, easy to reach every viewpoint. If you travel wih your own car, they have parking outside, but since it is right on the end of the bridge, chances to get a spot very low. It fits only 3 cars. Instructions say first come first park, no reservation, but it is hard to rely on your chances to get the spot, since it is very very busy street.

• Annette (10/5): An absolutey authentic central hotel with fantastic staff and the main restaurant and drinks were spot on and overlookin - Its proximity to the main square. Its staff had loads of ideas for wake etc. We had a noisy fan/boiler noise outside our room going until 11:59 pm every night which made it hard to get to sleep

The room we got was not cleaned properly since it was an overnight stay we managed it but was below standard by any means. The door lock was not functioning so we couldnt lock it at night!

• Jaime (1/5): Muy sucio y mala atención - La ubicación muy bien Muy mala experiencia llegamos el jueves 14 de mayo por la noche. El recepcionista muy borde. Al llegar a la habitación vemos que las sábanas están manchadas, nos dice que el no sabe cambiarlas pero que nos trae una y nosotros las cambiamos. Le decimos que sí, va a por ellas y vuelve diciendo que no tienen sabanas. No tienen sabanas en un hotel!!!! Además la cama no es de matrimonio son dos camas juntas y una de ellas está coja siendo imposible dormir en ella .Despues en el baño el vaso con los geles tienes dos pelos y las toallas no parecen muy limpias. Esto no es digno de un hotel con esos precios y en es a ubicación, que desperdicio!!

• Isabelle (9/5): Hôtel idéalement situé. - L'emplacement permet de visiter Ronda à pieds. Le restaurant de l'hôtel a une belle carte avec une terrasse à la vue imprenable ! Il y a aussi de bons bars à tapas à environ 200 mètres. Le parking situé à proximité dans la rue est très pratique. Bien que prévenus, une chambre sans fenêtre nous a paru finalement assez bizarre. Le prix du petit déjeuner.

Primeiro não gostei que não tinha estacionamento. Quando aluguei no booking diz que tem estacionamento e quando cheguei disseram que estava esgotado,se soubesse nao alugava Podia por menos avisar que podem esgotar. Tinha pagar estacionamento a parte. Pequeno almoço estava um pouco fraco para um hotel de 4 estrelas.

• SAM (2/5): - Getting outside for fresh air. Not a pleasant hotel stay. I know it was cheap but, - no windows except to the corridor through which strong light shone all night. A strange smell was present , there was a running a dehumidifier to compensate for inadequate ventilation. Only one pillow each. The breakfast although with stunning views was very basic.

• Javier 1250 (3/5): PAGAMOS CARO LA UBICACION - Lo que más nos gustó y lo único es la ubicación. Se puede decir que es el km 0 de Ronda El servicio de agua caliente no funciona, salia templada y tardaba una eternidad en llegar. La iluminación es para que te de un infarto. Las luminarias de sobre cabecero podían servir para iluminar la plaza de ronda. El mobiliario... que decir de esto!. Roto, escaso, sin criterio... patético. Ver foto. La entrada de luz por la puerta (cerrada) de acceso me permitía ver nuevamente el mobiliario... lo que me provocó pesadillas. El pasillo ... se puede decir que estaba adoquinado por lo que en la noche cuando alguien circulaba con un trolly... el descanso terminaba, la luz entraba y aparecían los muebles nuevamente en mi retina. Las mesita de noche... aún discutimos sobre si eran o no un paragüero del revés. Me encontré en el armario unos pantalones que no eran mio... supongo que de alguien con menos paciencia que yo. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba pero el mando indicaba, tocaras lo que tocaras 21°C... creo que era una pegatina, ni se encendía ni se apagaba... El detector de incendio en una posición más que sospechosa y la luz de emergencia probablemente de los años 60. El cuarto de baño amplio y bonito, solo le falto al fontanero subir la gritería de al antigua bañera a una posición más elevada evitando ponerte en pompa cada vez que tocabas el monomando. Hotel de 4 estrellas sin tlf.en habitación.
• Dorit (1/5): Nie wieder Hotel Don Miguel Ronda - Zentrale Lage Unfreundlicher Empfang bei abstellen der Fahrzeuge auf den vorgesehenen Hotel Stellplätzen. Informationen zum Hotel gab es beim Check-in weder mündlich noch schriftlich. Parkplatz sehr beengt, mehrmaliges Rangieren erforderlich ( 18€/Tag). Unterkunft war in einem Gebäude in der Seitenstraße ( war bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich). Bereits bei Betreten des Gebäudes war ein stechender Geruch in der Nase zu vernehmen ( giftige ? Putzmittel, Abwasser/ Kanalgeruch), welcher auch in den beiden Zimmern vorherrschte. Fenster konnten sich nur ganz zu einem frei zugänglichen ebenerdigen 5qm großen Lichtschacht öffnen. Der Aufenthalt war von einem ständigen Geräusch ( Klimaanlage, Lüftung) begleitet. Die Elektrik in einem Zimmer war defekt ( Licht ließ sich nicht ausschalten), ebenso war das Innenbad nicht be-und entlüftbar. Die Reklamation der Missstände wurde vom Check-in- Personal ignoriert. Frühstück im Haupthaus: ungepflegter Tisch, eiskalter Raum, abgepacktes Essen, Heißgetränke wurden von Personal an der Theke abgestellt mit verspäteten Hinweis zur Abholung dieser. Die Toiletten wurden vom Personal als geschlossen erklärt. Vorgenannte Umstände bewogen uns zur vorzeitigen Abreise. Die Erstattung der Übernachtungskosten für die 2.Nacht wurde mit dem Hinweis „die haben bei booking gebucht „ abgelehnt. Der Grund unserer Abreise wurde nicht hinterfragt. Mit den Worten „ you can go you are free“ wurden wir hinauskomplimentiert. Die Kategorisierung der Unterkunft als 4-Sterne-Hotel lässt den Verdacht einer arglistigen Täuschung aufkeimen.

• Angel Luis (6/5): Un 4 estrellas que te deja estrellado - Sin duda, lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación. Está en una de las bocas del Puente Nuevo y las vistas desde la habitación son muy bonitas. El personal también es bastante amable, pero ahí terminan las bondades de este hotel. Lo primero fue el parking. Aunque te informan que las plazas no se pueden reservar, yo la hice con más de dos meses de antelación. El mismo día, a mitad de camino, volví a comunicar que necesitaba una plaza y volvieron a decirme el precio y que se asignaban por orden de llegada. Cuándo llegué al hotel, por supuesto, estaba completo. Me tuve que ir al parking de la Plaza del socorro. El resto regular. El hotel está viejecillo, con cierta falta de mantenimiento. La habitación, grande, eso si, pero amueblada muy antigua y sin nevera y sin otros equipamientos de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Le sobra, al menos, una estrella.

Mantas antiguas, frío en la habitación sin poder manejar la temperatura en la habitación. Decoración horrorosa y barata y muy vieja para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Sin ningún criterio ni unidad. Muy decepcionados. No repetiremos.

• Sinan (1/5): Suspected Bed Bugs in Room 511 - Near the bridge Very disappointing experience at Hotel Don Miguel in Ronda. We stayed only one night in room 511, and the next morning my wife had around 30 bite marks all over her body, clearly consistent with bed bug bites. The itching during the night was extreme and the marks are still visible days later. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff, who were unfriendly and showed little interest or concern when we raised the issue. The location of the hotel may be good, but cleanliness and guest safety should come first. We strongly recommend that the hotel urgently inspect and professionally treat room 511 to avoid other guests having the same experience.
• Nadege (5/5): Heureusement que nous n’y sommes restés qu’une seule nuit. - L’emplacement était optimal L’accueil de la dame a l’arrivée était détestable. La propreté laissait à désirer. C’était très bruyant: portes claquantes dehors de notre chambre, comme si on n’avait pas de portes avec des allers retours toute la nuit. La lumière dans le couloir ( encore une fois impression de ne pas avoir de porte). Serviette de douche sales. Petit déjeuner qui laisse à désirer.

Manque de serviettes, flexible de la pomme douche percé, paroi de douche inadaptée (inondation),chambre envahie de fourmis, porte d'accès rue cassée, garage parking trop cher et mal agencé, personnel ne parle et ne comprend pas le français, à l'accueil le personnel ne répercute pas les consignes des clients et personne au moment du départ pour nous redonner notre clé de voiture et ouvrir la porte du garage .

• Cassanelli (5/5): Camera inadeguata. - Staff molto professionale, estremamente cortese e disponibile. Colazione buona. La stanza: non c'e' un armadio, ne ripiani per appoggiare qualcosa. Solo un appendiabiti a vista. Sopra l' appendiabiti due piccole mensole sovrapposte: la prima e' più' in alto della mia testa ( Io sono alto 1,78 CM. ), la seconda arrivavo appena a toccarla con la punta delle dita, col braccio tutto allungato. In ogni caso le due mensoline erano gia' occupate da un cuscino e una coperta di riserva. Facendo una vacanza itinerante di 11 giorni, avevo molta roba in valigia, e la ncessita' di sistemarla ogni giorno. Dovessi tornare a Ronda cercherei sicuramente un altro albergo.

Personal sehr freundlich, Checkin tiptop, Parkplatz für Ein-/Ausladen direkt vor der Tür, Parkgarage wenige Minuten entfernt Service und Ausstattung minimalst, Zimmer sehr klein, kaum Platz für Gepäck - aber die Lage am Hang lässt nicht mehr zu :) Leider kann das Restaurant und Frühstück nicht mit der Lage mithalten - da lässt man großes Potenzial liegen

• Volker (9/5): Atemberaubender Ausblick auf die Brücke. - Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon zur Brücke - das ist zu den unterschiedlichen Tageszeiten mit den sich verändernden Farben wundervoll und Abend bei Beleuchtung atemberaubend.

Allerdings konnte keiner hineinsehen, da Sichtschutz, wir sahen allerdings auch nur Füße und tagsüber roch man die Abgase, aber da waren wir unterwegs.

• manuel (10/5): Great stay - The pictures led me to think I would be seeing the bridge from my room. The room I stayed in had a partial view. But the bridge was next to the hotel, so I did get some beautiful sights and pictures of it. NA

La 310 … día 6 de mayo de 2026 Una vez que me descalzo Me clavo un tornillo en el pie ..tropiezo con la pata de la cama que está suelta en el suelo … me falta una toalla de ducha… lo comunico , sigue el tornillo y retiran la pata de la cama … me colocan la toalla de ducha y falta de la del lavabo … en general … mal
