• marcel (9/5): Bon séjour dans un bon hôtel - Cet hôtel est très bien,correspondait à nos attentes. Le personnel est très gentil et professionnel. Les repas sont excellents et variés et poissons à chaque repas,contrairement à certains commentaires que je ne comprends pas. Le manque de meubles de rangement,et un petit frigo-bar,ce serait un plus pour le confort de la chambre. Nous avons profité de la salle de sport,bien équipée,et je me permets une suggestion,afficher à l'entrée qu'il faut verser une caution à l'accueil de 20 Euros,car actuellement ,il faut s'entendre avec les occupants présents à notre départ,et avec la barrière de la langue,ce n'est pas facile.

Bebidas disponíveis também todo o dia em diferentes bares e restaurante. Recomendo. Para um casal como nós, o ambiente talvez seja demasiado familiar - muitas famílias, com crianças muito pequenas = muito barulho. No geral ok, mas a insonorização dos quartos é inexistente, o que fazia com que fossemos acordados a toda a hora com as pessoas e crianças a fazer barulho nos quartos ao lado.

Tolles Abendprogramm für Kinder Der Spielplatz war extrem klein für diese Größe an Hotel. Außerdem konnte man drinnen nix mit den Kindern machen und die Kinder disco war abends zu spät.

• Sousa06 (7/5): Mini Férias - O hotel tem um atendimento muito bom. Duas piscinas para adultos, uma para crianças. Ao almoço e ao jantar há sempre variedade de carne e peixe. O isolamento dos quartos não é de todo o melhor, se os vizinhos do lado não respeitarem quem está no quarto ao lado, ouve-se tudo. Levem tampões para os ouvidos, salvam as noites 😉 Os quartos precisam de ser reformados, mas nada que impeça de ter umas boas férias.

• Mindaugas (7/5): - All the staff were helpful and very friendly. The location was a complete disappointment. You have to walk quite a bit to reach the beach, and the beach itself was nothing special — that was very disappointing. The food was honestly not very good, as it kept repeating every day. I also didn’t like that there were no themed dinner nights, which was quite disappointing. It was basically a cafeteria-style buffet: a lot of food, but at the same time nothing really worth eating. Without a car, the place feels quite depressing and inconvenient. The activities and entertainment for children were okay, but for adults the shows and performances were very poor. Guests had to carry around the glasses that were provided to them. In a way, that’s actually a good idea because there are no cups left lying around everywhere, especially when some guests get drunk. I didn’t expect much since it’s a 3-star hotel, but I still wouldn’t give it more than 3 stars myself. It’s a pity, but mainly because of the location I wouldn’t come back — and probably because of the food as well, since there really wasn’t anything I actually wanted to eat. Even though the staff were genuinely good, there are still many things missing. I could also say something about the entertainment host, but I’ll keep that to myself.

• Andrea (6/5): - Me gusto que las camas eran cómodas y todo muy limpio. El precio también estaba muy bien. Y la ubicación también está bien. Se podía aparcar en la puerta del hotel. No me gusto que estamos en España y el horario por ejemplo de la cena finalice a las 21h cuando a esa hora empezamos a cenar en España. Está todo adaptado a los horarios de los guiris. Tampoco me gusto que se escuchaba mucho los ruidos de la habitación de al lado.

Además puedes pasear por al rededor y llegar a sitios MUY bonitos. En general muy bien calidad precio. El buffet es de buena calidad, pero es muy muy repetitivo, entiendo es complicado dar calidad y variedad. Estamos satisfechos. Las camas para mi gusto son incómodas. Casi nadie habla español y va mucha gente plan de borrachera y familias.

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos 2 enfants et tout était génial Le ménage est fait tout les jours dans la chambre si nous le demandons. Le mini club et la mini disco pour les enfants Les animateurs sont vraiment très gentils et souriant. Tous le personnel est sympathique ! Les piscine sont super. Il y a des transats pour tout le monde ! Pas de problème pour en trouver un. Le restaurant était très bien aussi. Ne vous attendez pas a du grand standing. Mais tout est là pour passer de bonnes vacances. Ma fille a été malade (insolation). Ils m’ont de suite demandé si j’avais besoin d’un médecin ou autre. Je recommande à 100% et je reviendrais je suis retourné à Majorque ! Éventuellement une petit remise en forme des balcons donnant sur la mer. Les garde corps ne sont pas en forme Et un système sur les balcons pour étendre les maillots de bain le soir serait super.

Ēdiens vienveidīgs, bet svaigs un garšīgs, augļi kā no lielveikala- negaršīgi. Ļoti maz izklaides iespējas. Nevar baudīt rīta kafiju numurā, jo nav tējkannas, kā arī nav kafijas automāta. Ļoti plānas sienas istabiņām. Un tas nolietotais tepiķis pie viesnīcas ieejas radīja bēdīgu priekšstatu, ja to novāktu tad varētu piešķirt 4☆.

• eccleshollie (10/5): Lovely October Break - We’ve just returned from a 5 night stay and honestly had the best time. Arrived early hours and check in was easy. Only an hour transfer from PMI and arrived to the most insane thunder storm! Thankfully the weather was great for the rest of the week! Hotel was spotless, room was basic; double bed for us and bunk beds for the kids, small balcony but all we need on holiday is a space to sleep! As long as it’s clean we’re not bothered, bedding and towels changed daily and the view from our room was fab. There was a small tv in the room and I believe you can obtain remotes from reception but we didn’t use it. 4 pools to choose from, having two children aged 9 and 7 we stayed across the road every day so they could use the splash park as well as the bigger pool. Super clean again, plenty of drinks to choose from and bar staff really friendly. Seen reviews moaning about having to reuse cups, however you can exchange these for new/clean ones at any point as well as use the rinsing points. Slushies for the kids, fizzy drinks, tea/coffee, alcohol (and very generous measures may I add 🤩🤣). Also wine on tap in the dining room. Food was okay, we enjoy trying local food but the only criticism I’d have is that the kids struggled to always find things they’d like. They could do with a ‘beige’ section for them to fill up on chicken nuggets 🤣. Either way, no one went hungry, same kinds of things each night, but we went to a 3 star hotel expecting a 3 star experience and that’s what we got. Entertainment team were amazing, so so friendly, greeted the kids by name when passing, evening entertainment was great. We visited on the last week of the season and they still put so much effort in. The staff in general were lovely, so friendly, a stark difference to our holiday in turkey last year. The hotel is not located by lots of other hotels, bars, beaches etc and so if that’s what you’re wanting, this isn’t the place for you. But we wanted a relaxed break with some last bits of sun and we’ve had an amazing time. I think if you fully understand where you’re going and what you’re going to get, then your expectations aren’t going to be left unmet and you won’t be disappointed. We did have a little walk into the town one morning, took about 15 minutes. A few bars and eating spots, usual touristy shops and there are some shuttle busses that run from the hotel too but we decided to have a wander. Also felt really safe which is a big thing for me when travelling with the children. We would 100% go back!

• sarahbQ5452GK (10/5): Enjoyable holiday - Just returned from a 5 day trip. Honestly cannot fault the place at all. Drinks have been spot on, great selection of food to choose from and no one in our party has had any tummy problems. Bar staff/restaurant waiters were polite and chatty, and gave a welcome smile, all you got to do is be friendly and they are friendly back. Cleaners and hotel reception staff, all very friendly and helpful. Free mini bus into town-fab (although can be hit and miss). Entertainment going on all day intermittently for both kids and adults (zorb balls in pool on a night maybe once a week) ; also pony rides on a morning (both chargeable so have some euros). Overall, really good, enjoyable and pleasant holiday. Would 100% return to this hotel without a doubt.
• S9579QCjadeg (4/5): 50/50 good & bad but unfortunate food poisoning l. - I had a 50/50 good and bad hoilday here. Checking in was easy, we arrived late night, checked in, asked for a tv remote at reception for tv. Simple, quick. Me and my family have mixed reviews of the rooms, mine was clean, dated but usable, bathroom was clean, had hair dryer, shower had good water pressure, bath was great, small balcony. I'm 409 Cleaner came everyday if needed. My sisters room, ended up flooding in a storm and she was just given towels and blankets to wipe up and put around the balcony doors which was stressful and smelt damp, so wasn't great. The bath was cracked and the taps where coming off the walls. The sheets also had stains which looked like blood. The doors lock when shut but have no extra lock on the inside you can use. The patio doors didn't lock either. The wall are paper thin so you can hear almost everything. Next day we asked for a kettle, only to find it was full of limescale, not in a good standard of use, reception was reluctant to give out deposit back but eventually did as we couldn't use it. The hotel was bustling but not over whelming at this time of year. There were alot of kids so if your looking for a mostly peaceful time, not for you as we found out. Night entertainment wasn't the best. Cocktails are premade in a machine, they ran out of the only drink my sisters liked/bareable but the drinks are standards for a 3 star. The food was the worst part. 2nd night I got food poisoning, it was hell, I was so ill. Food was always cold, didn't look appetising, selection was tiny. To be fair to on floor staff they kept the area around the food tidy and clean but I'm not sure its stored correctly or its reused left overs. Unfortunately it ruined my hoilday as then I was to scared to rest or drink because of how unwell I became. Also location there isn't much near by, more a 20/30 min walk, so doing that everyday while being ill in the hot sun wasnt really doable. Vending machines, some take card, others cash. Had minimal things, mostly cans of coke, bottle of water, cheese doritos, ham/smokey type bacon crisp, few bags of jelly type, few bars of chocolate. Little shop on site but it was more of a souvenir store not much in there but the lady working there was very pleasant and lovely! Checking out was easy, we had a late flight, they have a locked room you can leave your luggage in until pick up as you have to check out by midday. (There is a room next to this you can shower and get ready if you decide to swim before you leave) If this hotel made more changes it could be great, the pool areas are great fun, plenty of sun lounges, staff from who I met where respectful, fun and friendly and work hard. It was Unfortunately overshadowed by the bad bits. I know people say you get what you pay for but food should never make you sick.

Os quartos não têm isolamento nenhum, ouve-se tudo o que se passa nos outros quartos e corredor, o quarto no geral é pouco moderno, bem como a casa de banho e é impossível controlar a água no chuveiro, ora vem fria, ora vem a escaldar. Em relação à comida a experiência também não foi muito agradável e a sala é extremamente barulhenta.

Avoid rooms above the entertainment stage it’s so LOUD we had to request a move to a quiet section which was done the next morning. Hotel is clean rooms good food 🥘 was average. Always plenty of sun beds!!

• fionasN2763UD (8/5): Good family holiday - Don’t listen to the bad reviews Perfect place for a simple chilled out family holiday, kids loved the splash pool, reusable cups are a good idea and can change at any time for clean ones, bar staff are very nice, entertainment was fine, food was good, mostly the same kids of things but always something different each night, town is a 15/20 mins walk and there’s a nice walk round the cove to the beach which has a nice bar, the only bad thing is some of the other families not controlling their kids and using the holiday as an excuse to get s**t faced,
• Companion60930290868 (4/5): Awful waste of money and ended up being ill. - We were really looking forward to our holiday but what a disappointment we had. The hotel is outdated our bedroom was very bare not a hint of colour anywhere. The tv was hit and miss as was the air conditioning. The room was very clean and the water was always hot with a power shower. The plusses end there the food was awful mostly cold the choice was minimal. The dining room was so noisy with children crying running around messing with the food coughing over the food. I have had 5 children and they were never like this. Chips that were just cooked were put on top of the colder chips. Flies over the cold cuts. Breakfast time there were 2 tea and coffee machines by 11am one was cordoned off breakfast went on till 12. My friend ended up in bed with sickness and diarrhea for 4 days I also heard many other people were going down with it as well but nothing seemed to be done. The "beach" just down the lane was down a rutted uneven road no good for people with mobility issues. I'm sorry about the review I don't complain normally but the holiday was a washout.
• Jayne465 (2/5): Smelly damp hotel - Where do I start. When we got into our room, the wardrobe smelt really bad of damp. Went to reception, waited 30 mins for the manager to come off his break ( which was fine) & was told to give us another room. The manager slid the key aggressively, saying just hurry up. Decided to check the room before we moved our clothes ect, found exactly the same problem, damp wardrobe. Decided to stay in the room but couldn’t put any clothes in the wardrobe, as they would have started smelling. Reception staff insisted on sending someone to clean the wardrobe. Ignoring us saying it wouldn’t make a difference, once the smell of damp is there impossible to get rid of. Then on the 3rd night wanted to get a night snack only to fine the restaurant closed with no explanation as to why, just doors shut. States on the adverts there is 3 bars. 2 pool bars which are great in the day, but would be nice to drink out of a glass at night time. No the 3rd bar only opens if it rains. Luckily for us it did on our 6day, but still not glasses to drink out of. Sometimes it’s nice to sit away from the entertainment, to have a quiet drink, but impossible to do it at this hotel. There was one person on reception that was lovely & helpful but unfortunately no one seems to wear name badges. Staff behind the bar in the main hole were very nice as was the staff in the dinning room. Also there is a free mini bus that takes you to the beach. On the day it rained we wanted to go to a restaurant down at the beach, went out waiting for it but never came, asked at reception only to be told the mini bus had been cancelled due to the storm. So had to get a taxi, not very good customers service, as there were a few people trying to escape the hotel that night. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel ever again. Food horrible, noisy everywhere you go, defo not for us

• owenw477 (6/5): Get what you pay for - The reviews for this place are mixed, here’s what I found. Don’t come here expecting 4/5 star treatment, food, facilities etc. it’s a 3 star and holds up to that I thought. Food was okay, always the same few bits every night (chips, pasta, salad) but then they change the ‘special’ every night. Heard of people being ill but we never had an issue, probably because we didn’t eat a lot of the ‘specials’. The drinks were nice, Pepsi, Pepsi max, 7up/sprite, local flavoured fizzy drinks. Beer is Estrella and then cocktails on tap. Bit of a walk from the closest town approx 25 mins with a pregnant partner. Taxis are not great but we used Mallorcab app to book some and also the reception can book some for you too. Food in the town is nice, better atmosphere there. The entertainment at the hotel is okay, stuff for the kids and then some stuff for adults. Again; it’s a 3 star, it’s nothing extraordinary for a reason. There was a lot of people moaning about this when we were there, but they paid 3 star prices and expected more. We went to Cala D’or for an afternoon one day (€25 each way) and was lovely down there, more of a Spanish feel and some modern shops/restaurants. The beaches here too are lovely. Bit of a trek from the airport (50 minutes to an hour) and fairly pricey (€80-€95). This is just to factor in when booking as a place closer to Palma which costs less may be worth it just in taxi costs alone. We wouldn’t return but not due to the hotel/area just because we like to try new things. The staff are nice if you are nice.

• GarrisonBarmaid (6/5): Probably not return - If you want a nice relaxing holiday then don’t stay here. Walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING! Changed room after the first night because they put us next to the lifts and the noise was unbearable. No matter where you are in the complex there is a screaming child. We had to go out to eat most nights because of the noise in the dining room, children running around and screaming non stop. We came here in term time to avoid this. It’s not the hotels fault. The hotel is clean, tidy and the staff are really nice. The entertainment is hit and miss and finishes quite early. The food isn’t bad, although I have been ill since we got here. It’s quite a walk into the centre too (around 25 mins) but it’s a lovely centre with plenty of eateries and pubs. I think this is the first holiday that I’m actually looking forward to getting home and enjoying the peace and quiet.

• Thom (6/5): Not the best of stays - The pool area with plenty beds. The reception staff were very accommodating and attended to our maintenance issues very promptly. Rooms too small for 3 adults and basic. No plug sockets at mirror. The food was basic with a lack of variety and mostly cold. The entertainment in the evening started too late. The beach shuttle bus driver was rude playing loud music en route and unhelpful.

• karentC6090EE (4/5): What kind of place charges to have a cup on an all inclusive - First and foremost, relating back to the title of this review. We were at the bar, went to the toilet, came back and our cups had been cleared away. Reception told us this must be our fault and we had to pay €2 for a cup, which you then still had to give back. What is the deal about getting a stamped bit of paper for a cup when you arrive? Can they not be bothered to just give people a cup when they want a drink like a regular place does. The hotel room - the room smelt like damp/mould and is not modernised at all, i feel like i had spent 3 nights in blackpool. The beds feel like a morgue slab. The food - gave me food poisoning on the last day. They have not got a great range of food and all the meats are cold, i like to eat healthy so on the last day i had to get rice and peas. Most of the food did not agree with my stomach but on the last day i was in bed shaking freezing the lot with food poisoning. The restaurant breakfast is open until 12 but at 11am they were all standing round us to hurry up and leave as they had to clean. Entertainment also, is pretty much only for children, and the hotel wants to make a rule that parents must be in control of their kids. The amount of children running riot in a family friendly hotel is vile. All in all what seems like a 3 star hotel should be put to a 1.

• johnmS1873BX (4/5): Oil in Everything - Poor location on the outskirts of Calas de Mallorca but good for local buses. Long walk to a beach cove which is unsuitable for wheelchair uses. Food is awful, bland and dripping in oil, rice is oily too. No ingredient information about the contents for food, just a label naming the item. Food is often warm and greasy or swimming in oil. This hotel cannot cater for dietary needs or food allergies. There is no one in charge in the dining room to ask for something different. Rooms are clean. Pool sides are dirty, cigarette butt's discarded and there is no non-smoking areas. Reception is helpful, but there is an absence of management.
• victoriawK7676PD (8/5): Nice family holiday. - Me and my partner took our 2.5 year old here for a week and we had such a lovely time. Our toddler loved the pools and evening entertainment, it’s definitely a good place for families. The room was standard but nice, everyday it was cleaned with fresh bedding put on. The food was decent, I am a more fussy eater out of my partner and toddler but I always managed to find something I liked. Beach and town not far from the hotel, the town was a 20 minute walk that we enjoyed doing, there is a bus option if that’s preferred. We visited the Dinoworld and Safari park when we went and I definitely recommend them. Staff at the hotel were lovely and polite, also helpful. Hotel offers 3 different pools, little park area on site, mini golf, kids club and evening entertainment.
