Auch ein hinterfragen warum, wurde unfreundlich und nicht wirklich beantwortet. Positiv war der sehr freundliche Lehrling an der Rezeption und das Personal beim Frühstück.

De glemte fx at komme med mine drikkevarer og jeg fik serveret en forkert ret. Hvis man vælger at spise morgenmad en time før de lukker, er der ikke meget udvalg tilbage.
• maryjokluser (10/5): A short stay getaway - We enjoyed a short stay in March and spent the time hiking to the Caumasee and also up to the Crap San Gion. The Signina Hotel is perfectly located for such activities as it is next to the cable car and gondola lifts at the Rock Resort The hotel offers full comfort with pleasant rooms with balconies facing the mountains to give that feeling of being in the Alps. it also has an urban touch in the stylish bar and restaurant as well as the spa area. perking is convenient as are the facilities in the neighbouring Rock Resort, which offers different restaurants to try out all within walking distance. We will be back as soon as we can as it really offers exactly what we are looking for on such a stay
• happy_edonist (10/5): perfect for hedonist skiers! - One of the best mountain hotels I've ever tried. The rooms are nice and well managed. The furniture is very nice and accurate, mostly in the common areas. Most important, the staff is very friendly and they always find ways to satisfy your requests. Large and convenient internal parking. My only observations: the carpet on the floor in the rooms and corridors, the poor soundproofing in the rooms (you can hear next door guests almost all in rooms with the connecting doors) and also the television channels in Italian are almost all blacked out, which actually does not suit the level of the hotel. There is a good restaurant inside (they also make pizza in a wood oven) and other 3 excellent parnter restaurants just nearby. The breakfast is good, plentiful and with a good choice, both sweet and salty and also fruit. Very good SPA, fully optioned and very professionally managed (always clean, good herbal teas, clean towels, good COVID measures..). My personal greetings and thanks go to the spa manager! The pool is equipped with a number of interesting tools, to play and make various massages. Very convenient to reach the slopes of Laax: the main ski lifts are right in front of the hotel. To me this hotel is perfect for hedonist skiers!
• Dominique Darvas (8/5): Convenience over comfort - The first and over-riding positive point for this hotel was the location and convenience. Located within a minute's walk of the main gondola up to the Laax ski area, the hotel also offers an underground parking (NOT included in the price) right beneath the hotel which also connects with the rental shops and ski/snowboard lockers (use of which IS included in the price) and exit right under the gondola. The ski resort itself is amazing, with a really good offer of services and experiences, obviously a large choice of slopes, beautiful mountains, and surprisingly good eating and cafe options. Nice, if sometimes somewhat rowdy, atmosphere. Young-ish crowd mostly 20-30s, large majority of polish nationality. The sore points were the cleanliness, comfort and service. Rooms were dated, bed was uncomfortable, no double beds, just single beds pushed together. Bathroom was absolutely tiny, manoeuvring in and out of the bath/shower between the sink and toilet was acrobatic and the bathroom was flooded after every shower, however brief. Also, no privacy, just a simple sliding door and glass between the bathroom and bedroom, great views of the toilet from the bedroom (despite the bathroom "door" closed). The service was also surprisingly amateur, given the popularity of this resort, and while they endeavoured (mostly) to be friendly, reception was unbelievably slow and inefficient. Also a special mention for the extremely unfriendly spa manager during our stay.
• hasis2019 (8/5): Perfect hotel but bad room - Hotel is just next to the ski lifts. There is a separate ski equipment locker for every room, heated, so you do not need to use wet shoes on the next day. There are several restaurants ion the resort, the Italian one is directly in the hotel. Due to Corona, the choice of food was quite limited, but it was sufficient for five days we were staying there. The pool & sauna area is great, many massage jets and fun things. The water is a bit cool, but I was fine with it, this is not a thermal pool. Breakfast (server in the Italian restaurant) was gorgeous, we have really loved it. The room would be fine, but there was an unpleasant very strong(!) chemical stench which made my breathing very uneasy. I have reported in on the reception, but they did not do anything about it. Well, they probably cannot. Directly in our room area, there was a storage room for cleaning chemicals :( The hotel personal sometimes simply walked into our room to fetch some. It is quite shocking, when you walk out of shower and there are some strangers in your room. The door room did not close properly, so the hotel personal left it open now and again. It happened several times that we came back from skiing and the room door was ajar. It was room number 323. Never book this one and if you get it, move immediately elsewhere. This room has damaged my whole impression from the holidays, which would be otherwise overwhelming. I would expect some kind of generous apology from the hotel, but I was offered a bottle of sparkling water instead :)
• Claudia (10/5): Top Hotel mit top Lage - Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Signinahotel. Schönes Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Die Wellnesslandschaft war top. Der Verantwortliche Mitarbeiter hat den Bereich top geführt und sehr auf die Einhaltung der Coronaregeln geachtet. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr lecker. Auch hier hatten wir Kontakt mit sehr netten und zuvorkommendem Servicepersonal. Die Auswahl an Restaurants war auch toll. Das Steakrestaurant war sehr lecker, aber nicht ganz günstig. Due Anbindung ans Skigebiet ist genial. Der Einlagerservice ist ein sehr cooles und bequemes Angebot. Das Zimmer hätte stellenweise etwas sauberer sein können. Im Bad war das duschen etwas tricky. Ohne Überschwemmung ging es nie. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hatten trotz Corona eine schöne erholsame Zeit.

The sauna and pool were great too - the staff constantly disinfects everything all the time. Breakfast was plenty and delicious! We also loved the bar, where Bene took great care of us (best cocktails). The pizza at Camino was another highlight. Would 100% stay here again!

Das Wellnessangebot kann sich durchaus sehen lassen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und als Buffett serviert. Trotz Covid konnte man in einem der fünf Restaurants zu Abend essen (Voranmeldung). Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für Wintersport - unmittelbar an der Busstation und den Bergbahnen. Die Hotelausstattung, Design und Möblierung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Hier bräuchte es etwas frischen Wind. Kann das Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt empfehlen.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Für diesen Preis finde ich besseres! - Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception sind ok, jedoch an der BAR wird man fast angeschrien, sehr unfreundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt, der Stecker vom Haarföhn passt nicht mal in die Steckdose, das sollte man schon ein wenig bedenken...Kein Zimmerservice, Wellnessbereich ziemlich alt und klein... im Hauseigenen Restaurant muss man am besten bei der Buchung gleich reservieren...ansonsten ist an der Hauptsaison alles voll. Alles in allem nie wieder....für diese Preiskategorie kann mann besser Urlaub machen.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel itself though looks a bit dated. A nice touch were crayons and coloring books in the restaurant. Very good food choice at breakfast incl. local cheese and cold cuts. Disliked A couple of things which could have been improved: - our room smelled of disinfectant chemicals. We were not sure where this was coming from as after a while we got used to it but possibly it was the sheets. - children’s playroom was in a basement, in a very dark and sad room. The toys were incomplete or missing.

Frühstück fein und reichhaltig. Einladender moderner Aufenthaltsbereich, schöne Sonnenterrasse. Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen, Bushalt direkt vor dem Hotel, die Bergbahnen sind nur ein Steinwurf entfernt. Zimmer und Hallenbad sind nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand, jedoch absolut sauber und sie erfüllen ihren Zweck auch so. Der Wellnessbereich gefiel uns sehr gut. Für uns war es ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen.
• Patrik (10/5): Tolles und zentral gelegenes Hotel in Laax - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral gleich bei den Bergbahnen und ist idealer Ausgangpunkt für Wanderungen im tollen Gebiet von Laax. Gleich in der Nachbarschaft befinden sich auch viele tolle Restaurants um von einer grossen Vielfältigkeit das Passende zu finden. Leider hab es im Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, bei einem heissen Tag ist dies doch nicht so toll wenn man in der Nacht nicht so erholsam schlafen kann.

• andrewrL9400HH (10/5): Great place to stay in Laax - Although expensive, this was a great place to stay. The pool is amazing (especially for kids), rooms very comfortable, located a few minute walk from the gondola and the bottom of a run for easy access at the end of the day. Also a 5 minute walk to a coop if you want to pick up snacks for the slopes. Excellent breakfast with homemade bread, eggs, meat, and cheese. Our 12 and 13 year old loved it.
• Petra (10/5): Tolle Lage und schönes Hotel mit sehr freundliche - Alles super. Die Lage ist toll, man ist nahe an der Seilbahn und jeder Gast erhält seinen eigenen verschließbaren und ausreichend großen Ski- und Schuhschrank direkt an der Seilbahn. Im Spa-Bereich ist das Dampfbad besonders hervorzuheben. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere in der Bar haben wir Abends schöne Stunden verbracht. Im Restaurant Camino kann man hervorragend Essen wie auch in den umliegenden Restaurants. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

• Denis (10/5): - This is a great hotel footsteps from both the small and large LAAX gondolas. The staff was very helpful with everything from access to the best priced lift tickets to finding a sleigh for us. This would be a great place for kids as there are all sorts of spots for kids to play.
• Sn9wolfy (10/5): Beyond Awesome!!! Already plan for a return visit! - Came to LAAX second time and tried staying in a hotel instead to give us a new year treat! It turned out to be one of my best snowboarding trip ever in Switzerland! Needless to mention this hotel is fabulous in terms of its location - right smack in the laax central with walking distance to the gondola station, slope, cafe, restaurants, bars, supermarket and bus stops. Also, it is well connected to an underground carpark which also links to the gondola station and depot storage for your equipment! So well thought out and easy and comfortable! The hotel itself is superb, beyond what I expected when I paid for it. I took up a half board package with Dine Around where you get to enjoy self-composed 3-course dinners or act as a credit voucher in one of the many nearby restaurants. The hotel interior is well decorated with modern design, warm and welcoming. Rooms are of good size and mine came with bathtub, balcony and gorgeous south view. The best of all is its spa facilities! The indoor pools are big come with many jacuzzi points, a hammock overlooking glass windows with snowing view. Steam bath and hot sauna are great too - a little shy for its naked zone concept here. Oh yah, WIFI is superb, something very different from many other hotels I’ve tried in Switzerland ;) It’s almost perfect but I do wish to share some tips for improvement: - breakfast spread of choices not that great. Adding egg station minimum would help. - room soundproof a little weak. Easy to hear next door. - room service to be more attentive to details-my kettle was not working well and they missed out spa basket containing sauna towels and bedroom slippers. Above all, staffs are wonderful here, from reservation customer service to reception to waitresses! Well done! I’ll be back!

• IVAN (6/5): Ottima posizione per vecchio Hotel - Bellissima posizione per visitare i laghi nelle vicinanze. Vecchio Hotel con SPA rinnovata . Camere vecchie ma discretamente pulite. Non usufruito della colazione perché la servono dalle 7.30 e mi hanno dato un lunch- pack ma ridicolo . Valore 23 chf contenuto 1 sandwich e 2 mele , 1 acqua minerale , mezza salsiccia e qualche cioccolatino. Veramente ridicolo.
• Stephan (6/5): tolles Resort - Wir haben alles so gefunden wie erwartet. Alles kurze Wege und das Personal hilft einem, den Kurzurlaub super zu nutzen. Das Frühstück war ok aber etwas hinter der Beschreibung. Die Pizzen im Camino Restaurant sind überragend. Das Internet ist super schnell; Netflix läuft auf Ipad perfekt. Die Tiefgarage hat grosse Parkbuchten und es gibt einen grossen Fahrradraum. Wenn es das Portemonnaie es hergibt unbedingt in das Grandis gehen. Das Kalbskotelette am Buchenfeuer gegrillt geht in uns alltime favorites ein.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Relativ teuer. Mich stört, dass man kein "bitte nicht stören" an die Türe hängen kann und dann prompt um 8:15 an der Türe geklopft wird. Anschließend wurden alle Handtücher ausgetauscht, obwohl ich nur einmal geduscht hatte.
• Stephan (8/5): Zimmer ok, Service verbesserungsfähig - Das Hotel ist für einen Skiurlaub in Laax perfekt gelegen. Der Zustand und die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer ist jedoch ziemlich klein und die Duschbadewanne ist nicht auf dem neusten Stand. Es ist kaum möglich zu duschen ohne das Badezimmer mit Wasser zu fluten. Das Auswahl des Frühstücksbüffets fand ich ausreichend. Allerdings empfand ich den Service leider etwas unaufmerksam. An zwei von drei Tagen wurde ich weder begrüsst, noch wurde die Bestellung für Kaffee aufgenommen. Man merkte dem Personal an, dass es am Ende der Saison müde war.

Daily breakfast was good and had attentive service. Great lounge in the lobby with a very friendly staff for drinks after skiing. There are a few options nearby for dining.

• fgr62 (10/5): perfect for skiing holiday - perfect. really. great location very close to the ski piste (and hotel ski depot basically on the piste), comfortable rooms, attentive personnel, spa with a pool to die for and the guys at the bar make some absolutely delicious cocktails. Yes it's fairly expensive but it's worth it.

This hotel is part of a larger hotel compound in different styles and offers many restaurant options. We only used the Italian restaurant here. Entrance, lobby, bar, restaurant have a pleasant and modern look as did our room. But other rooms are quite classic. All offer balconies, minibar, coffee making facilities etc. Fitness room, indoor swimming pool and spa. A large underground parking garage was very convenient to park our valuable cars. Most striking was the very high service level of every staff member. Excellent breakfast, very good Italian cuisine at dinner.
• zazzyzha (10/5): Great place to stay - We chose this hotel mainly for its cabin-like facade and the view from its balcony. Its about an hour bus ride from Chur. The check-in was a breeze. I love how the hotel make you feel at home. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! I could spend a whole day just lounging there and enjoying the view. There's an indoor pool/jacuzzi and sauna room available for all the in-house guests. It would have been nicer if the water in the pool is warmer. Just take note that its shared for men and women including the toilets/changing room. You can enjoy the view of the Alps from the glass windows of the indoor pool. The breakfast spread is nice esp th croissant (As usual.. I hope they could make croissants in Asia taste as good as what they have in Europe). There's a ski school, ski rental store, shops, cafe and a grocery store nearby. They also have a free shuttle service to Flims, the nearest city. I absolutely enjoyed our skiing experience and stay in Signinahotel. Oh my, just writing this review makes me wanna book an air ticket to visit Laax again!
• dubeye (10/5): Very Welcoming - Our hosts were very welcoming. The parking is very convenient in the large underground car park to the Talstation. There is direct access to the basement of the hotel. My room was a double south facing with a balcony. The room was modern, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The tv had a mass of channels. There was a safe for valuables and towels a dressing gown for the spa. Unusual for Switzerland was the tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is in a modern village of hotels, apartments, small supermarket and restaurants. We ate at Nooba, Asian restaurant. We used our chf45 half-board for a 3 course meal. It is very convenient to access the ski lifts up to Crap Sogn Gion. We went to watch 'The Brits'. I would definitely consider returning for skiing and also for a summer break.

Right from when we checked in until the moment we left, from reception to the bar & room service, they were incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Great hotel, staff and location. - We stayed here for one week of spring skiing near the end of March 2017 and not only was the skiing terrific but the hotel's location, rooms, amenities and staff made the whole trip one we will be talking about for years. The gondolas are within steps from the hotel. The ski passes are handled by the hotel if you want and hotel ski lockers are provided at the base. Nice and easy. Lift line ups were non existent during the week and what we considered to be short on the weekend. The spa pool area is unlike any we have seen and was a treat after some good skiing! We stayed in the original building which was classically rustic and charming with a fantastic mountain view. Although our room was not large, we were very comfortable. We had several meals at the hotel's Italian restaurant (and breakfast every day!!) and each time was delicious!! A trip into neighbouring Flims was easy and offered other options in a local setting. Special thanks to the front desk staff for their recommendations and addressing our requests so quickly and cheerfully. The entire hotel staff are all so friendly and helpful that they made us feel right at home. Two thumbs up!!

• foxydean (8/5): home feeling right at the slopes - Classically old fashioned with more and lesser modern rooms. I preferred the less modern since they were cosy, old fashioned and felt like a family get away back then in the days. The modern rooms lack a bit taste but are clean and spacious with amenities like coffee and tea in the rooms. The team is super sweet and helpful and speak all kinds of languages. The hotel offers a good italian Restaurant and great breakfast. Other restaurants are in walking distance and real good. Slopes are right around the corner, hotel takes care of ski passes, equipment storage...real great. I usually travel a bit more to fashionable design places and very very much enjoyed the charm of Signina hotel and its location and staff. Total thumbs up.
• BrookeDillon11 (8/5): Nice hotel, great location, pleasant stay - We stayed in December 2016 for 7 nights. We were located on level 4 which had a nice view out of the windows, with a little patio area. The rooms seem to have recently had a bit of a renovation done to them which was good - nothing too fancy but we were there to ski, not for the room decor! The beds were comfy and large, the bathroom was small but very clean and did the job - they have a great mirror for any ladies needing to do makeup etc. Breakfast was a pretty large selection of breads, cereals, meats and some bacon and eggs - no complains from us there. The only complaint I have was that other guests around us were a little noisy, so you could hear the kids screeching as they walked through the hallways or if they bashed things around in the room. This isn't the Hotel's fault, though - more the inconsiderate other guests. The spa/sauna area was good (although different from our home experiences as they request use in the nude - it is signed that this is the case and it's a fairly quite area lower in the hotel, so you won't get random people/kids running through, moreso respectful adult guests all wanting to relax). The pool area which is higher up, was nice also. The bar in the hotel was fantastic - as was the italian restaurant (Ristorante Camino). We ordered from there on about 4 occasions.

• Anna (8/5): A nice and short stay - We had a very short stay. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean and had everything we needed. We decided to stay at the Signia hotel because it is very close to the ski lifts and it has a lovely swimming pool. Thank you for a lovely stay.
• Lothar (10/5): Topp Hotel mit qualifiziertem Personal - Schneller Check - In. Geschultes, qualifiziertes Personal in allen Bereichen. Sauberkeit und Zustand , alles war gut. Begrüssungsdrink, netter Welcome, kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Einziger Kritikpunkt, die Tiefgaragenpreise, und die Essenspreise,die in der Schweiz allgemein überhöht sind. Die Essensqualität jedoch sehr gut. Jederzeit wieder. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen (Gruppe) werden wir dort wieder buchen
• Joe (6/5): nice hotel - The weather was hot but there was no aircondition. We couldn't sleep at night and if you keep the windo and the door of the balcony open you will get all kinds of Mosquitos and noisy in the morning if you don't close them. Other than that was really a great hotel and bueatiful place to visit!

• Ronaldo (2/5): Péssimo - Infelizmente não foi agradável, a faixa etária dos hóspedes é acima de 50 anos, o quarto não tem uma boa calefação, tivemos que dormir de calça e blusa de moletom e cobertos, ficamos em um quarto "um pouco melhor" por ser mais caro, mas a cama só tem o edredom para se cobrir, nem lençol, só para forrar o coxão, sofremos preconceito de alguns funcionários, o alarme de incêndio tocou por causa do vapor do chuveiro, e queriam chamar a polícia para gente, nos fizeram pagar multa, nos acusaram de estar fumando no quarto, sendo que eles entraram no quarto e viram que não tinha cheiro de fumaça, e que estava cheio de vapor d'Água! Não tem serviço de quarto 24 horas, pedimos café da manhã no quarto e eles tiveram coragem de enviar café pao e manteiga!
• Jess (8/5): Close to the ski slopes with great facilities - Signina Hotel was a great place to base ourselves while skiing in Laax. Very easy to get up to the slopes in the morning about a 1min walk to the cable cars up to the slopes. Room was comfortable, breakfast was comprehensive continental style breakfast. The hotel provided us with access to a ski locker close to the cable cars up to the slope which was very convenient and saved us walking too much in ski boots. I particularly enjoyed the pool, spa and sauna facilities which were extensive and well maintained. Definitely a must after a day on the slopes. It also looked like they had a decent gym although I didn't use it. Skiing all day is more than enough exercise for me. Staff were friendly and helpful and most spoke very good English.
• Kimberly (8/5): Great hotel in Laax, just needs better pillows - I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The only thing I would say needs to be improved upon are the pillows. They are small and collapse down as soon as you lay your head on them. I requested an additional set of pillows, and was charged for them. That was a bit of a surprise...charging for pillows? The hotel is very close to the ski lift and was in good condition. The breakfast was good, as were the meals at the restaurant. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The room was nice and cozy (with the exception of the pillow situation). It was updated and modern. I enjoyed my stay overall.
