• Clare (7/5): Good clean hotel but really lacks charm unfortunately. - The size of the Premium Grand room was great and effectively had two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The hotel was in a good location in Nimman area. Breakfast was OK. The pool! The pool itself is great but I cannot understand why you would go to the all the trouble and expense of maintaining a pool and have it close at 6pm. At this time of year it is far too hot to spend any time there until late afternoon/evening. There is a poolside bar which opens at 6pm so i presume this is the reason for closing the pool but it makes no sense. The bar itself would have far more appeal if people were actually allowed in the pool during this time. It is a total waste of a great location and view. Maybe you could consider promoting your venue as a poolside rooftop bar and it might be a bit more popular?? There are some great examples of these in Bali ythat work really well and it would make it unique and appealing. A few other small things to note, there was a pretty bad smell coming from the toilet/shower drains sometimes so we had to shut the bathroom door. Some staff were friendly but others were a bit lacking in hospitality.

Location is good if a bit far from the old city but this is no issue with a grab hire. Staff were friendly and helpful, they booked a couple of trips for us. The roof top pool was nice and we used it to cool off a couple of days. Overall a good stay. Not really.

Prima di tutto la posizione lontana dal centro e con aerei che atterranno ogni dieci minuti sopra la tua testa fino all una di notte. Camera sporca trovata piena di capelli che ho chiesto di rimuovere senza successo. Personale che entra nella stanza senza permesso. Doccia impossibile da fare perché l acqua o e’ bollente o freddissima. Colazione misera con personale che ti guardava in cagnesco ogni volta che prendevi del cibo.

Notre chambre était spacieuse. Un espace parental avec un lit 2 places et une sdb/WC + une très grande pièce avec 1 lit, un canapé et une sdb/WC. C’est vraiment dommage sinon cela aurait été un sans faute: l’accueil très froid au restaurant lorsque nous devions prendre notre petit-déjeuner à 6h30 pour partir en excursion.

Bed was super comfortable, bathroom was really nice - option to have a bath or a shower. Tv in the bedroom and living area. Staff were really nice, reception staff always greeting us - the breakfast were also super nice. There wasn't really anything we didn't like or found fault in. If I had to literally pick out the smallest details I would say the room needed a little freshen up on the paint but that's if I was being fussy. Other than that it was perfect and would definitely stay again.

• Edo (8/5): חדרים ענקיים. תמורה טובה לכסף. מקלחת טענות שיפור. - ארוחת בוקר הייתה בסדר גמור. הילדים שלנו בני 14, 12,8 מאד אהבו את ארוחת הבוקר. חדר ענקי !מכיל 2 שירותים ו 3 מקלחות. 2 מזגנים מרכזיים. המקלחות זה החיסרון הכי גדול במלון. המים במקלחות לוהטים ברמה שלא אנושי או קרים מדיי. אין אפשרות לווסת באמצע למים כמו בכל מלון. כאשר 2 אנשים מתקלחים במקביל בחדר זרם המים מאד מאד חלש ברמה שקשה להוריד הסבון.

• Marta (7/5): Buenas habitaciones y desayuno pero mucho ruido y mal olor en el baño - La habitación tenía un buen tamaño, estaba limpia y fenomenal equipada. Había una zona para hacer cafés, bañera y ducha y mucho espacio. Hay una azotea con piscina y gimnasio. Aunque el desayuno estándar era un poco básico, tenían una carta a tu disposición donde puedes pedir huevos de distintas maneras, french toadt, waffles y pancakes, por lo que estaba fenomenal y cubría y más todas nuestras expectativas. La habitación no está bien aislada y se oyen en exceso el ruido de los aviones y sobre todo muchas tuberías. Además el baño tenía olor a tubería y la ventilación era escasa.

• Ertan (7/5): Can be stay again. - It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast can be different. The choices were limited but was good.
