Nando (9/5): Everything as advertised and even more! - The staff was execptionally welcoming and friendly. Room was clean, everything was in working condition. I was positively surprised by the level of cleanliness and the vast options for breakfast! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The staff even helped out with the vacuum-machine from the kitchen so we could bring some food safely back to Europe. I will definitively come back when in PKU!

Jason (9/5): Great place to really get a feel for the city. - Great hotel and wonderful staff. There are not any tourist destinations close. This is a place to stay if you want to feel the city.

John101 (10/5): Best Hotel in Pekanbaru. - This is the best hotel in Pekanbaru which is based on the other 5 hotels we have already stayed at. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean, tidy and well kept. The pool facilities is great for kids. Family friendly Hotel that caters for Kids too. The hotel location is a bit far from Malls and shopping areas. But otherwise nothing else to complain about.

Mohd (5/5): We only enjoyed our Saturday night buffet dinner because there was live music. Not staying again! - Location was excellent but breakfast was just ok. At the front desk l mentioned to the staff this was our first time in the city so please give us a room with a pleasant view. During the conversation there was no eye contact at all and ultimately he gave us a room facing a run down carpark so most of the time l just drew my curtains. We did not ask for a change of room though. My husband said it would be too much of a hassle and the no eye contact staff will surely be more unpleasant!

Very friendly and efficient staff. However, check out could have been processed faster. Will definitely stay at Premiere on next visit.
Verified traveler (6/5): - during booking, have request for NON SMOKING ROOMS but upon check in was told, all NON SMOKING ROOMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. after complaining, they have managed to provide the rooms BUT regretfully, the rooms were SMOKING rooms and smells still lingers even though the rooms were sprayed with air freshener. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Verified traveler (8/5): Average hotel.. - Got a room upgrade to executive room due to fully booked rooms. However my other colleague got a twin bed instead of double bed and did not get any upgrade. The bed and pillow quality was definitely do not reflect a 4 star hotel standard. They can also improve the Air Con thermostat's which is very noisy when auto on/off switched. Breakfast is quite good, did not had the time to try executive lounge. Would I go back when travelling to Pekanbaru? I don't think so...
