- Karoliina (9/5): - Great hotel by the beach. Pool water was actually cooling. Good variety at breakfast, very friendly staff all around. The balcony doors have no sound proofing and there was a band playing in the hotel one night until late and the music came through very loud and clear. Not cool for early morning wake-ups.

Concierge were so helpful as was the butler services. Welcome drinks & Porter services were a classy touch wherein the front of office show you to your room. The rooms were top line luxury which had a lovely balcony with seating, overlooking the massive swimming pool and Seminyak beach. The room had a comfy king bed, smart tv, mini bar, full lounge suit and another area which included free drinks. Also had an office bench behind the headboard for laptop & device charging station. Huge bathroom with duel basins, shower, separate toilet and a bath to soak in with smart tv. Included in our rate was breakfast on the rooftop which was a beautiful way to start the day and had a huge range of options. To top it off, was the spectacular views of the Indian Ocean from the rooftop restaurant. The fine dining at the Plantation restaurant is top line and classy. Had the best service and the tenderloin steak & pork belly were just perfect. An added bonus was an exception Soprano join us for a short but professional & tasteful performance, Upon checkout we also had the benefit of waiting in the owners lounge which is a departure lounge with a comfortable waiting area, complimentary drinks, computer, TV and lounges with a host to provide the consistently high level of hospitality. There were only 2 things which I want to mention. The wait time for poolside food orders was painfully long. The other disappointment was that smokers were able to smoke at their table whilst dinning in the rooftop restaurant in the evening. It was such a put off we ended up leaving early due to rude stink smokers choking up what is a lovely space but contaminated by selfish smokers. Real disappointing.

The smell that came from the air conditioners in the corridors and rooms were terrible. It is a moldy, stuffy smell that unfortunately overshadowed the positives of the hotel. We complaint a couple of times and the staff came to clean the filters of the aircon in our room but unfortunately this moldy, stuffy smell needs more than filter cleaning. Due to the high humidity, the air conditioning ducts need to be cleaned on a regular basis to ensure a clean, fresh smell in the rooms and corridors. It is unacceptable for a 5 star luxury hotel to have a stinking, malodorous smell!

We were greeted warmly by the hotel staff at the airport 🛫 then again when we arrived at the hotel. After a complimentary drink, we were ushered up to our 2 bedroom suite, that had magnificent ocean view, it just kept getting better, 😀 from the staff at the front desk, with their beautiful smiles, to the porters, pool guys, catering staff, the list goes on. The restaurant, Suzie Que and Plantation Grill were outstanding 👌 breakfast everyday was yummy 😋 and the staff were very accommodating. This was my first time at 66 hotel 🏨 and l hope it won't be my last. Special thanks to Yeni, Lina, Kadek and all the staff, you make our holiday special and memorable. - H137GRmichaele (10/5): Second stay after 10 years — and somehow even better. - We’ve just finished another stay at Double-Six Luxury Hotel Seminyak and were genuinely impressed at how well the hotel has been maintained over the years. The rooms were spotless, spacious and extremely comfortable, the pool area was beautifully clean, and the balcony views were absolutely fantastic. What stood out most was the service. Even though the hotel was close to fully booked, the staff still made us feel genuinely special and welcome throughout the entire stay. Everyone was relaxed, friendly, attentive and professional without ever feeling over the top. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is vibrant but still relaxing, and the overall experience felt luxurious without being pretentious. Coming back after a decade and finding the hotel still operating at such a high standard says a lot. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium Bali stay in Seminyak.

Everything is meticulously organised and not a single thing is too much to ask for. The staff at double six hotel are exceptional and will go out of their way to ensure every aspect of your stay is enjoyable and memorable. There is a reason we continue to come back time and time again and this for the consistency that this hotel offers. The location, restaurants, pool, amenities, beach access and excellent breakfasts and luxurious rooms make for an always excellent stay. You won’t find a better beach side hotel in Seminyak.

The room was insaneee, spacious, pretty, and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast & food were all good, and dinner at The Plantation Grill was definitely one of the highlights the food, ambience, and service were all chef’s kiss 🤍 Overall literally had the best stay here, super worth it for a special trip or honeymoon. My wife is coeliac and needs to be very careful with gluten-free food, and the team went above and beyond to make sure she was well looked after. Every meal was cooked fresh, and they took great care to avoid any cross-contamination. They even kept an eye on what she was selecting from the buffet to ensure she didn’t accidentally pick up anything containing gluten. The staff were kind, respectful, and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a fantastic holiday. The facilities were excellent, and the views from the pool deck overlooking the beach were absolutely stunning. The food was clean, safe, and we didn’t have a single bad experience during our stay. Highly recommended — next time we come to Bali, we will definitely be booking here again.

- peevee78 (10/5): Wedding Anniversary - We organised this getaway for our 40th wedding anniversary and we got the deal through luxury escapes… all inclusive five nights gave us so much… A great buffet breakfast with lunch or dinner on each night at a variety of 4 restaurants at the hotel… They even organised flowers, a bottle of wine from France, chocolates a printed photo of us that I had organised prior to arriving and they got it ready for when we walked into the room… all as a surprise to my wife.. We also got pampered in the package at the resorts spa… and again sensational… Close to everything, shops, across from the beach this hotel really does offer 5 stars plus… in luxury, comfort and the staff that are truly amazing… The food is exceptional and last but not least an awesome pool… We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and cannot wait to return.

When we arrived we were upgraded to the penthouse and they made sure we knew everything about where we were staying. The view is to die for being right next to the beach and the place is so close to shops of all kinds and the just a short walk along the beach u can find all types of restaurants serving food from round the world. For a hotel this size the gym was pretty unimpressive and lacked equipment. They need to add a cable weights machine and remove the safety stoppers on the Smith Machine so it’s fully operational. You can only do half the possible movements using the Smith Machine because how it’s been set up.

- Nazia (9/5): Amazing Staff, Stunning Rooftop Dining & Beachfront Bliss - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the warm, friendly staff—they were definitely the highlight of my experience. The rooftop restaurant was absolutely amazing, and I was especially grateful that the team accommodated my request for halal food, ensuring it was prepared separately to avoid any cross-contamination. That level of care meant a lot to me. The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away, and the main pool area was fantastic—clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. I was also kindly upgraded to a private pool room, which I really appreciated, especially as it offered more privacy as someone who wears a hijab. That thoughtful gesture did not go unnoticed. The only minor improvement needed is the private pool in the room. It appears to require better cleaning and some upgrades. With a bit more maintenance, it could easily match the quality of the main pool areas. Additionally, there’s a persistent bad smell in the bathrooms. This might be more related to the humid environment.

Allowed to use a complimentary lounge on last day after vacating room, with showers and complimentary drinks, very much appreciated with a late flight. Our corridor and room smelt musty but that could be to do with the humidity. Apart from that nothing else that we didn't like.

Rooms were very spacious and well equiped with everything you need. We booked and paid off this premium hotel over several months, so didnt notice it as much. Staff always cleaning, very clean and attentive staff. No issues with noise, could hear noisy tourists occasionally. Good amentities, everything you need, love the departure lounge. Staff were AMAZING!!!! Very accomodating..... On a down note, the air con is noisy and smelly. Personal preferences - bed was hard, pillows were too soft.

- Nyanza1 (10/5): Amazing hotel and stay - exactly what we had hoped for - opening directly onto the poolside with our own sofa and sunbeds, the bathroom is total luxury, our own butler, with turn down service each evening, as much complimentary water you need, The dinner in the Plantation Grill is an absolute must do - we could not fault it at all, the hotel is opposite the Double - six beach which has an area sectioned off with towels for hotel guests, staff are extremely attentive and just appear just when you need them, lots of night-time entertainment along the beach, felt very safe always, Airport access lounge is a perfect end to the stay, with complimentary alcoholic drinks and showers, you can come and go throughout the day. Would throoughly recommend this hotel, it is worth the little extra to stay here.
