• Cathy (8/5): Je reviendrai je pense - L’emplacement est très bien avec la petite crique, le personnel gentil, le petit déjeuner est très copieux Nous étions placés dans une chambre entre deux familles avec des enfants, c’est vraiment le gros bémol insonorisation est un peu limite, et nos serviettes de douche n’ont jamais été changer pendant tout la semaine ni la mise en place c’est juste cela .

We felt very comfortable in the shared areas of the hotel. - The bed and pillows were very comfortable. the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was quite complete, so there should be something for everyone. The hotel, however, smelled pleasant and well maintained. The massage was good; I had the “Relax Ritual.” The room was stylishly designed; however, there were visible signs of wear and defects in some of the materials used, especially the flooring, the bathroom counter, and the shower. In addition, the room had a somewhat musty smell. Unfortunately, dinner at the restaurant was disappointing for us. The mashed potatoes were very mushy, and the goulash felt more like cafeteria food. In addition, the Tumbet did not include the beans that were promised, and overall it was not a particularly enjoyable culinary experience. The fitness area consists only of two weight benches and one jump box.

The staff are delightful, in particular Celeste at the front desk and the restaurant staff. The pool area is wonderful and we love the location and the breakfast buffet. The other guests were often selfishly noisy

Proche d’une petite calanque et d’un très bon spot pour boire un verre et manger. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse inégalable et la nourriture est excellente ! Si je reviens à Majorque, je retournerai ici. J’ai absolument tout aimé dans cet établissement !

• Juliana (9/5): - Really nice hotel with very nice and accommodating staff. We were travelling as a group of over 10 people, and the staff very kindly helped us prepare elements for one of our group's birthdays, as well as coordinating our spa bookings. The breakfast is included in the room price and is really substantial and varied, really good value (and quantity) for money. My group didn't have cars, but the hotel is accessible by bus, and about a 20min taxi ride from Palma (and 25min from Palma airport). We found out that taxis are cheaper than ubers, so that's what we relied on, and the hotel was always happy to book us taxis, which generally arrived within a minute or two. The closeby beach (about a 3min walk downhill) that's right close by the hotel had a cute little beach bar, which also had really nice food offerings (good salads and nice drinks), and was lovely both for lunch and also for drinks in the evening. Overall this was a great choice for our group, as we had a clean, safe, well-located and well-serviced place to stay and have as our base. It is also really close to other bigger beaches, which we walked to and then spent the day at. The pools are really lovely and clean (there are 3 pools, although one is not freely accessible, but this didn't matter to us at all because the 2 main pools were really nice and there was plenty of space to hang out there). The staff are really kind, especially Laura and Celeste really helped us out and I would fully recommend this hotel if you're looking for something really solid and well-serviced for a reasonable price, where you can easily get around to other places (beaches and Palma), and also have plenty to do at the hotel if you just stay there (pools, saunas, spa treatments, etc.). As we were a big group it was a bit difficult coordinating our spa appointments, but thankfully the staff were very helpful in solving this.

Geld zürück ! 1 euro Salami Schuppen Ich habe wirklich schon viele Hotels auf der Welt gesehen, aber dieses Hotel war mit Abstand eine der schlimmsten Erfahrungen überhaupt. Das angebliche 4-Sterne-Hotel Tacande Portals Wellness & Relax hat absolut nichts mit „Wellness“, „Relax“ oder gehobenem Standard zu tun. Rund um das Hotel befinden sich mehrere Baustellen, die jeden Morgen laut aktiv sind. Die Aussicht besteht praktisch nur aus Kränen und Baustellenlärm. Die Lage ist ebenfalls katastrophal. Es gibt in der Nähe kaum Restaurants, keinen richtigen Supermarkt und keine Möglichkeiten, spontan irgendwo essen zu gehen. Man läuft ewig, bis man überhaupt etwas findet – und am Ende muss man nehmen, was gerade da ist. Das Essen im Hotel ist eine absolute Enttäuschung. Die Speisekarte besteht aus wenigen Gerichten, die weder abwechslungsreich noch hochwertig sind. Das Frühstück ist jeden Morgen exakt dasselbe: billige Wurst, Ei in verschiedenen Varianten und sonst fast nichts. Kein vernünftiges Brot, keine Brötchen, kein Toast, keine echten Alternativen. Wer kein Ei mag, hat praktisch Pech gehabt. Für ein angebliches 4-Sterne-Hotel ist das einfach nur billig und enttäuschend. Das Zimmerkonzept ist ebenfalls eine Katastrophe. Das Badezimmer befindet sich mitten im Zimmer – ohne echte Privatsphäre. Man sieht sich gegenseitig beim Duschen, Zähneputzen und sogar beim Toilettengang. Es gibt kaum Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank und insgesamt wirkt alles extrem klein und billig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind außerdem extrem hart und nach mehreren Nächten hatte ich starke Rückenschmerzen. Richtige Kissen oder mehr Komfort bekommt man selbst auf Nachfrage kaum. Statt hilfreichem Service hatte man eher das Gefühl, mit Beschwerden unerwünscht zu sein. Nach wenigen Tagen war erholsamer Schlaf praktisch unmöglich. Besonders schlimm sind die Whirlpools in den Zimmern. Diese sind extrem laut und man hört zusätzlich alles aus den Nachbarzimmern. Dadurch ist an Ruhe oder Schlaf kaum zu denken.

• Josh (10/5): Second time stayers and it met expectations once again - This is the second time we have stayed at Tacande Portals, really pleased to see that it met the expectations it set in the first trip we had. The location is top, a beach down the road and only 20 minutes or so from the airport. Staff were as friendly as before, the rooms were clean and provided all you would need, breakfast was brilliant again and they were very swift in helping us hire a car. N/A

The staff is friendly and always helpful. Breakfast is good, offering a wide variety of choices. No private parking available. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it might be something to consider during peak season.

The hotel is not too far from the airport so airport access was also great. Super lovely staff, very helpful with anything we needed. Overall very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Generally very clean and our room was nice and spacious. Gold club room could have been closer to the pool/gold rooms with more choices of snacks. No full length mirror in room. Stated adults only but kids were allowed around both pools during our stay (although they were quiet).
• Frida (7/5): - Frukosten var jättebra. Tyvärr dåligt med skugga på uteplatsen vilket var synd. Vi bodde i familjerum och utsikten från balkongen var bedrövlig. Vi såg inget annat än en byggarbetsplats och en skräpig baksida där det låg gamla nertagna palmgrenar mm. Detta hade kunnat göras mycket bättre. Hotellet hade kunnat sätta upp ett bambustaket för att skyla bygget på den andra tomten. De hade också kunnat städa på sin egen tomt.

• Rocio (7/5): - El desayuno y la cala que tiene el hotel a 2 minutos andando! Las cenas son muy escasas para las estrellas que tiene el hotel. No se ha visto la tele en ningún día de la semana que hemos estado ( canales españoles)! Se avisó a recepción y que estaban esperando desde hace días un antenista! Nos hemos ido y nunca más supimos de ello.

• Susanna (7/5): Preis/Leistung hat gepasst. Die Nähe zur Bucht war toll und das hilfsbereite Personal war toll. - Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit. Ich möchte im Zimmer gerne mehr als ein Handtuch und auch anderes Zubehör. Das Buffet am Abend dürfte abwechslungreicher sein für mich. Hätte gerne eine nähere Busverbindung.
• Leonie Johanna (8/5): Es war eine super Reise! Empfehlenswert :) - Die Zimmer, das Personal, die Pools und das Frühstück. Nichts.
• Lea (9/5): Toller Kurzurlaub - Tolle Lage (konnte vom Flughafen mit dem Bus A11 fast bis zum Hotel fahren, 30 min und dann 10 Min zu Fuss). Strand 2 Min. vom Hotel entfernt. Mann kann der Küste entlang zum nächsten Strand laufen. Ruhige Lage inmitten von Wohn/Ferienhäusern. Restaurants und Lebensmittelladen in 10 Min erreichbar. Zwei schöne Pools und eine gepflegte Anlage. Das Frühstück war top! Alles was das Herz begehrt. Es war tatsächlich hellhörig. In der letzten Nacht habe ich das Paar im Nachbarzimmer lauthals streiten hören und konnte dem Gesprächsverlauf leider folgen...

• Jackie (8/5): Visited hotel as part of a birthday celebration in August. Had an issue getting taxis but this could have been the time - Friendly and clean Very little storage space in rooms and not enough sun beds
• Vanessa (8/5): Agréable séjour ! - L'accueil, la literie, le petit-déjeuner, l'espace piscine La propreté/finition des murs peut être améliorée pour un hôtel 4 étoiles (quelques traces sur le mur derrière les toilettes par exemple ou fourmis le premier jour).
