• Michael (10/5): Amazing apartment and place to stay - The room was very well prepared, fully cleaned and with toilettieries all provided. We had the third storey room and there is no lift. so the property is not idea for someone with walking issues. Location from airport to property is very easy especially once you locate the underpass below the train station. Transport is relatively good with trams just around the corner, but to be honest we walked most places. Cooking facilities in the room was a bonus to. Only slight grumble was the StayLab booking form which if you're not careful misinterprets the No of guests stay - basically a great place to stay and hub for Krakow.

Everything was open very late in the night. The room would be perfect with simple map and more information about city attractions.

• Marlene (6/5): Es war ok aber haben uns mehr erwartet. - Gute Lage. Man ist schnell beim Bahnhof und in ca. 15 min zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Die Fotos der Unterkunft auf Booking waren sehr ansprechend, unterscheiden sich jedoch von der Realität. Die Dekoration wie auf den Bildern ist nicht vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig- man hört andere Gäste wenn sie Abends nach Hause kommen. Die Matratze könnte komfortabler sein. Wir haben insgesamt 3 Nächte dort verbracht und mussten auf Grund eines defekten Rauchmelders, der laute Piepgeräusche von sich gab,nach der ersten Nacht unser Zimmer wechseln. Das Personal war telefonisch erreichbar,sehr freundlich und hat schnell gehandelt jedoch mussten wir dann nachdem wir die zweite Nacht in dem anderen Zimmer verbracht hatten, nach erfolgter Reperatur in wieder unser altes Zimmer zurück wechseln. Somit mussten wir jeden Tag unseres Aufenthalts unsere Koffer ein und auspacken und konnten unseren Aufenthalt nicht wirklich genießen. Schade für den Preis haben wir uns mehr erwartet.

There’s no AC remote control (last floor and +25 degrees outside during the day makes you a bit uncomfortable without AC). Broken washing liquid dispenser on the kitchen. Some might find it a bit of a distance to walk but we did not and we are 71. It is a nice varied, walk. We were on the 3rd floor and although fit, a bit difficult to go up the stairs with suitcases. A lower floor for us would have been better.

• Anna (4/5): Beautiful interior, but terrible bed, noise, dirt, and unhelpful staff made this one of my worst stays - The design is very nice. The bed felt improvised and was extremely uncomfortable. it consisted of two small beds pushed together. The mattresses sank on the sides but were hard and raised in the middle where they met, making it very difficult to sleep. I could barely rest and tried sleeping on the couch, which wasnt any better. The “balcony” was unusable because pigeons were building a nest there—they were very loud throughout the day, and the area was completely covered in droppings. I spent the days using earplugs but still heard them. When I reported this, I was told the staff were already aware of the issue but would only address it after my stay, which is very unfortunate given that I was staying for 12 days. They also said they would at least clean the balcony, but this was never done. When I followed up, I never received a response. The apartment got very dusty until the first cleaning, and there was only one cleaning in 12 days which is definitely not enough. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. The TVs were very poor quality. They don’t connect to wifi and had such low resolution that you could barely see anything, so I didn’t use it. Since I was staying for so long, the constant noise and discomfort became unbearable. After repeated requests, I was eventually offered an alternative place, but it was too far away to be a practical solution. While I appreciate the offer, it felt like no real effort was made to resolve the situation during my stay. The interior itself is beautiful, but the staff were unfriendly, distant, and unhelpful, and the issues were too significant to overlook. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’m very disappointed and exhausted by this stay.

• Anna (6/5): - Ładnie urządzony pokój z ładną łazienką Balkon cały w odchodach gołębi. Bardzo głośne miejsce, chyba niedaleko jest jakiś klub. W nocy wszystko słychać. Dodatkowo przez drzwi również wszystko słychać, od meldujących się sąsiadów w środku nocy po panie sprzątających od wczesnych godzin porannych. Aż byliśmy zaskoczeni, że było aż tak głośno. Jeśli ktoś liczy, że wyśpi się to niestety, ale nie to miejsce. Dostaliśmy również prośbę o dane karty, mimo płatności przez booking.

The street itself is not intensively circulated, so the room is very silent. This accomodation is located close to city center (max 15 mins walk), position is great The room can accomodate 4 persons, 2 of them would sleep on the couch. The couch is extending with some sort of a pull-out section .Unfortunatelly, the pull-out mechanism was squeaking when we turned in bed, so we disturbed the other persons sleeping. But this was a small detail, the rest of the things were indeed great

• carmen (10/5): Acogedor apartamento cerca del centro - El apartamento era muy amplio, luminoso, confortable ( buena calefacción ) y con bonita decoración; el baño muy grande, moderno y con radiador. Las cortinas son gruesas y no dejan pasar la luz cuando amanece. Se encuentra aproximadamente a 10 minutos de la estación de tren y de autobús y a 15 minutos del centro caminando. Hay parada de tranvías y autobuses cerca y un pequeño supermercado Zabka en la misma acera. Estuvimos muy a gusto. No tiene ascensor, pero para nosotros no supuso un problema. Sugerimos que señalen con la palabra Recepción la puerta de recogida de llaves; en un principio no supimos qué hacer.

Posizione centralissima L' accesso all' appartamento non chiaro, sulla porta non compariva il numero, abbiamo dovuto chiamare il personale, per fortuna non siamo arrivati di notte. All' interno sembrava un po' incompleto, predisposizione per lavastoviglie e lavatrice ma mancanti. Poche posate, nessun strofinaccio per asciugare, considerato che manca lo scolapiatti.

De nombreuses places de parking disponibles dans la rue et alentour. Terrasse en bas de l'immeuble dont peuvent bénéficier tous les résidents de Topolowa Residence. Nous recommandons.
• Panagiotis (2/5): Λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο. - Κοντά στον σταθμό. Καμένη η λάμπα στο σαλόνι και ποτέ δεν ήλθε κάποιος. Επίσης σπασμένο το κρεβάτι για τα παιδιά και επίσης καμία ανταπόκριση. Τελος 16:00 τσεκ ιν και 11:00 να φύγουμε. 19 ώρες θεωρούν την ημέρα οι φιλόξενοι
• Julia (9/5): - Apartament bardzo przestronny, z wygodnym łóżkiem i dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Na plus kilka zestawów ręczników. Sam obiekt bardzo ładny i czysty, a obsługa bardzo miła! Na plus lokalizacja, bardzo blisko dworca :) Pobyt był naprawdę bardzo fajny, natomiast warto zwrócić uwagę na kilka drobnych kwestii technicznych. Pod prysznicem widać już lekkie zużycie, silikony przydałoby się odświeżyć/lepiej wyczyścić. Spłuczka w toalecie działała momentami mniej sprawnie. Zwróciłabym też uwagę na próg w salonie, który jest dość wysoki i łatwo się o niego potknąć. Poza tym wszystko było w porządku, a miejsce ma duży potencjał!

• mathis (8/5): - Bel endroit , beaucoup d'espace , il faut 30 minutes pour ce rendre dans le centre ville Le confort pour la troisième personne se fait sur un canapé lit , celui-ci était mince et inconfortable . Il manque dans les équipements une machine à laver le linge .

• ANNA (10/5): Highly recommend. Feels like home. - Absolutely gorgeous apartment - space, light, expensive furniture. Even windows and doors made of very qualitative wood. Looks expensive and comfortable. There is everything you need for a comfortable rest. We enjoyed our 3 days stay very much. Beautiful old building, silent center, nice restaurants around. For breakfast we recommend the cafe “Be Free” - stylish atmosphere and delicious mails.

• Grzegorz (9/5): Przyjemny, przestronny apartament. - - czysty apartament, - przestronny - bardzo dużo miejsca, - świetna łazienka - świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. Zamawiając ten apartament myślałem, że są tam dwa pokoje do spania oddzielone drzwiami. Niestety po przyjeździe okazało się, że sypialnie oddzielone są niepełną ścianą i po dwóch stronach znajdują się wejścia. - telewizor.

We asked for an iron, they promised to bring but forgot.) And quite a dull lighting. but this didn't spoil our stay.))

This is not my first time staying in this apartment, and as always, it was beautiful, very clean, spacious, safe, and quiet at the same time. The location is perfect: very close to a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket, about a 10-minute walk to the train station and the mall, and around 15 minutes to the Old Town. The apartment owner is very kind, professional, and helpful. I will definitely book this apartment again on my future visits. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality! There is no elevator
