• Lisa (1/5): Never again..i have stayed at different red roofs in before and this was worse by far..waste of money.. - Nothing Wasn’t allowed visitors, only one roll of toilet paper..couldn’t get ahold of front desk because they didn’t answer the phone..guests in next room were yelling screaming fighting on and off through out the night..they were slamming the hotel door yelling down the hallway..garbage piled up in hallway corner by trash can..not enough towels..

• Niall (1/5): Unclean, dirty, and without any saving grace. - Staff was friendly enough. Had a good dog with him behind the desk. Room did not look like it had been cleaned. Found used wrappers in the bedside drawer, a previous tenant's hair in the bed sheets, sticky residue all over every surface. The desk had no chair, there was no chair anywhere in the room. The entire floor was sticky also. The heater/AC unit had obvious mold in the vent. There was a chirping fire alarm in a distant room all night. My room had an adjoining room with a door, which was unlocked when I first entered the room. There was only one towel in the bathroom. Felt unsafe; in the morning I saw a shockingly obvious drug deal go down in the parking lot. I honestly struggle to think of anything that wasn't subpar or worse.

• Blaize (1/5): - I have nothing good to report. Please see the complaints. Terrible from start to finish. Holes in drywall, mold in bathroom, blood spots on pillow cases and sheets. Had to change rooms, disgusting. New room a little better because no blood spots on sheets, but that's a pretty low bar. Terrible experience. Don't sleep here, even for one night.

• Kati (2/5): - When i got there , i was given a key to checkcout the room before hand. The room wasnt even close to as nice as any photos, it was very run down. Holes in the bed sheets in a non smoking room, I found black hairs in the sheets, all of the buttons in the AC were smashed out, no soap in the bathroom, but the bathroom was KINDA clean. My partner and I were in the room for not even 5 minutes discussing our other options, and as i decided to ajust my clothes in the bathroom ,the guy walked in, so I shut the door for privacy. He asked us if we wanted to stay and my partner expressed how he didnt like the room. The worker went from panick to trying to reason by offering more blankets and other things to anger after we discussed we didnt want it and started to use things against me like how i was in the bathroom and how i now had to pay for the room. He held onto my ID and wouldnt give it back. My drivers ID. He still has it. I left after the hostility interaction. Also, theres photos and videos of bed bugs posted by others as of recent. Not a good stay, nor place. Dont reccomend. Worst place i have ever seen. The best part was the parking lot.

• Scott (2/5): - The bathroom was disgusting. The sheets and pillows had stains. I left the sleeping bag in my room that I bought at Walmart for your next guest. The domestic violence outside in the parking lot was so sad to say the least. The gentleman running the front desk was nice and let me look at the 1st room that he offered me that had a shower that was dripping and a toilet that had remains left in it. The 2nd room was not much better but it was close to the airport.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The overall experience was mediocre at best. The gentleman who checked me in was very kind and it was a quick process. They even upgraded the bed sizing for free. This does not make up for the other issues however. It is summer time and they have a humidifier running in the hallway which caused the entire hallway, and the room upon first arrival, to feel extremely muggy and hotter than normal. The room had some cleanliness issues. Hair found on the sheets, the corners of the bathroom and main room both had clearly not been swept, as well as the top of the night stands. I stayed here because it was the cheapest room in the area and now i see why. I likely wouldnt return if given the option of something else withing 100 dollar difference

Public hairs on the bed, dirty sheets, boogers smeared on the walls, broken door, flooding refrigerator, mold, drug addicts all around the property and I’m pretty sure the rent rooms by the hour. My first room flooded, they moved me to a second room with a broken door and dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, boogers and mucks smeared all over the walls and curtains, holes in the wall…the worst, absolute worst shithole I’ve ever been in in my life.

From the moment you walk in, the smell of cigarettes hits the room, and the clothes in the room have picked up that foul odor, and the mattress and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. The only thing I can say was that the shower water pressure and temperature were good. In general, they need to renovate all the rooms. We occupied two rooms, and both were in the same, terrible condition. We've used these hotels in other states before, but this one was the worst experience. The young man at the front desk was attentive.

It was di filthy ,animal hair all over the carpets dingy bedspread on the bed did not stay. Just look at property and decided to go elsewhere. There was no receptionist at the counter to check you in, had to call a phone number for the receptionist. They had a large German Shepherd (dog )behind the counter. That barked at you as you approach the counter . The entry carpet was saturated with animal hair so much so that when I got back into my car, it transferred to my car carpet. would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever 🤮 Booking.com is also responsible for this. They did not want to give me a full refund. They wanted to charge me a fee because I was canceling the day of. Which was when I came to the hotel to check in and saw the condition the hotel was in. cancellation was not because of anything other than the properties extremely poor condition . I have to put in a dispute with my credit card company. There was nothing positive about this hotel. Red RedRoof Inn at the Rochester Airport. I also received very poor customer service from Booking.Com.

• Tammy (1/5): Never ever stay there - Not much of anything the front clerk was pleasant other then that nothing It smelled awful there were a lot of people just hanging out in parking lot doing drugs my daughter got eaten alive by bedbugs. The blankets had stains all over them. It looked like dried blood at the end of one bed. The shower was so disgusting we wouldn’t even use it. The list goes on.
