Heat was either at 70 degrees or 59 degrees. They did switch our room due the heating issue. The next room had a stain on the pillow case and the bathroom was disgusting. We asked for a new pillow case and was told they did not have any. When our Uber driver dropped us off he told us that “this is where the crack heads and hookers stay.

No one was at the front desk until 20 minutes, thankfully it took that time to see this place was full of druggies living their full time including prostitutes. I left right away. Expedia should remove this crackhouse and compensate this poorly run motel 6. Very scary.

• Giovana (8/5): - For the overall price it was what you paid for. For a kings bed at $125 the sheets were clean and the bed was made. There was crumbs on the counter and hair on the table and counter space. I wiped down everything with cleaning products and got no grime. I'd say it's just a little run down and needs a paint job. But you get a safe place to rest, ac, and a room. Overall, with a tight budget I would stay again.

(Almost 13 hours driving) My nephew and I went in, checked in (second door was locked to get into lobby, just figured because it was late) the next day I realized we only had 1 towels, no washcloths. I asked for them and was only given a single towel. We ended up buying washcloths to bathe. Front desk gentleman refused to give more after housekeeping took out only 2 towels and didn't replace them. Shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Ended up having to go to a friend's to shower. they wouldn't change my room. Desk attendant fussed at me for asking for more than a single towel for 2 people. Left a day early and came home. Unfortunately they took our money so I couldn't get another room.

The bedding was very dirty, had many stains, cigarette burn holes and no pillow cases. The 2nd room was still dirty, the bedding was stained and very dirty. No towels or soap in each of the rooms and I had to encourage the staff to provide us with 2 washcloths. The back door was agar all night while people smoked outside and filled the halls with smoke. I want a refund!

Get to our room and there is a group a men smoking spot quite literally right outside the window….. they were looking right in at us. The whole place smells like pot. Without a doubt, this is the worst place I have ever stayed. The smell throughout the entire establishment, including the room, was unbearable. Everything—absolutely everything—was extremely dirty. There were stains and hair everywhere, which was very unpleasant. The bed had burn marks, probably from cigarettes or something worse, along with dark and red stains (which looked like blood). The walls were visibly dirty, and the floor was no exception—it was covered in filth. I had to disinfect the toilet myself because it had urine stains and possibly feces. The sink was full of hair and grime, and the bathtub was in a deplorable state. Hygiene and cleanliness seem to be completely disregarded in this place. I didn’t even dare to pull back the sheets because I was too disgusted to lie down. I only stayed because I needed a place to sleep and didn’t want to lose money on a cancellation. However, I would never stay here again. To make matters worse, I made multiple requests to the management through the app but never received a response.

• James (6/5): It’s a Motel 6 not the Ritz - Front desk was very helpful. Had an issue with my card and door. Not sure if the batter in the lock was dying but it had some issues turning the deadbolt. There were high amount of cigarette burns in my blankets and sheets. I even got poked by a broken piece of plastic that was in my bed. There were also no wash cloths. I did have to remind myself that it was a Motel 6 and not the Ritz. I didn’t expect too much coming in. It was a warm 4 walls once the heater kicked in and the bed itself was comfortable.

The only thing I could say was the bed was comfortable. We woke up at 3:30 to start getting dressed for our train we had no hot water in our room, the night before my husband went down to get towels because for a double room with four people we only had two towels and one washcloth. They told my husband they had more towels so me and my husband had to share a towel and my friend and her husband had to share a towel , overall experience was horrible. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and I know smoking hotel pot smoke just filled the hotel and the entranceway where people were hanging out it made you feel unsafe.

Hair and dirt in corners and along the wall. Bed was fairly comfortable. And the front desk lady was friendly and helpful when we checked in.

• David (2/5): Bed Bugs and overall a piece of trash property - I got back home to Vermont, with my brand new sheets I purchased because this place was disgusting, and I saw a large bedbug crawling on the pile of laundry I was waiting to bring in the house. I will be testing the process to get compensated by Motel 6, because this whole experience has been a travesty. Full review below... ------ In town for a concert and not picky about my hotel rooms. The room was filthy. Under the mattress was crumbs and food. The ceiling was falling in from water damage. The air conditioner worked but was covered in dirt. The headboard fell off the wall and revealed massive holes. I brought my disgusting pillowcases and asked for new ones and was given two equally disgusting pillowcases but with a massive hair ball attached. I was there for 5 minutes before I found a local Target and bought my own set of sheets and pillows. If I had to guess, 75% of occupancy is long-term tenants with no other options in life. Hard pass.
