First room was non smoking smelled so strong to smoke so was moved to an upstairs. Could'nt shut the door of the first room because the dead bolt popped out and couldnt put badk in. Too Many Dogs.

Karboviak (6/5): I would probably not choose this spot again in Duluth but it was acceptable for me. - the bed was comfortable, checking in and out was easy there could be some room coffee maker and the bedspread was stained and that was kind of gross.
Teagan (2/5): Don’t stay here. - It’s in a nice location Crumbs on the mattress protector, hairy shower, staff wasn’t helpful, noisy, and walls were dirty.
Biley (3/5): At this point, I would not stay again but as they say, "you get what you pay for" - Location as far as proximity to store being near by and the ease of getting on or off 35 Lady at the counter was not very pleasant at check in. Getting in and out of our room was frustrating at times because the lock/handle would catch. The room was not very clean especially the washroom. When walking down the hall to and from our room all you can smell is cigarette and pot. Then the Rift raft of people that just sit and watch your comings and goings, and they appeared to be drunk or high and gathering around making it feel unsafe coming in or out of the property. People living in their van right outside the property, again just making the area feel unsafe. Cleanliness outside in the parking lot was also in a horrible state with discarded needles and such on the ground.

There was VERY LITTLE toilet paper on the roll and not another roll to replace it. The hallway carpet was stained and there was trash scattered down the hallways. We paid $188 for the room and it was a rip off.

It was a struggle to say the least. Had asked for a main floor room but told none available even though he had just told person checking in ahead of us he could stay on main or second floor.

Bathroom was a mess, ie the door was water damaged from floor to 1 foot up???? Door exits were not working!!!A clear fire Hazard. The map they show you is redirects you to not were your at? Who made that? CHINA? Staff was very nice, made sure I was aware of high crime in area!!! Don't leave anything in your car. Funny I was their to snowmobiling. Yea thousands in equipment. Cameras,gear. Yes I was checking 2 hours all night. We moved next morning. The restaurant next to it OMG EXPENSIVE, DRINK 4 OZ 13 BUCKS. PEPPERED WINGS 6 FOR 34 BUCKS. DO NOT GO THEIR!!! Staff was very helpful in three trips, doors that did not work,and crime.

Joan (7/5): It's an older property in an industrial area of town, but the rooms are recently updated. - The rooms are newly updated and very nice. I love that there was no carpeting. However, they didn't have hair dryers or coffee makers in the room, and that was inconvenient. There is no continental breakfast available, so be aware that you need to bring your own food or plan to eat off-site. They do allow pets, which was a plus for me since I was attending a dog obedience trial. The hotel isn't in the best neighborhood, but the staff was helpful and seemed very attentive to the multiple security cameras on site. Housekeeping failed to notice black mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. The front desk said they would correct the situation; however, it did make me question how well the room had been sanitized.

The room cost was a fantastic bargain. It would be nice to have some type of floor mat to put your wet shoes. That way we could have kept the floors from getting wet from our boots. (It was wintertime and there was snow on the ground) A provided hair dryer in the room would be nice. I almost didn't bring mine since most places I stay at provide one.

Lisa (8/5): We had a decent and pleasant night stay. It was better than expected! - The room we had was perfect for our one night stay! Comfortable and clean. The room had a microwave, tv, refrigerator, one queen sized bed, night stands, 2 chairs a desk and table area and best of all no carpeted flooring which I feel is more sanitary. The bathroom was large and had a tub shower combo with the sink outside the door for use while someone else is in the shower. The room was plain and spacious! Check in was easy and parking was close to the room. We had a 2nd floor room. The motel staff were polite and helpful! We were given enough towels for our stay and the room was cool when we arrived for our comfort! Plenty of space to set suitcases and hang items. There was a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door possibly from having had carpeting before. I would feel safer if that wasn't there.
Parnell (3/5): Wish I could have my money back. - No one told me about brakfast. If they provided that I would have liked to have heart taken. When I entered the lobby I was told multiple times not serving coffee anymore. So my expectations were not very high. Plus all the science to lock your doors. Not responsible for stolden property. The water was hot.

Robin (4/5): - The floor was dirty. The bottom bedsheet had stains that seemed like they weren't changed from the previous guest staying there.
Tami (3/5): - Room was clean and bed wasn't bad but were small. The "security doors" from outside didn't lock and anyone could walk in. Walking down the halls, it looked like a place that hookers like to frequent
