• Gordon (10/5): - Apartment location is fantastic in the heart of Porto-Vecchio and only a short drive from some stunning beaches. Hotel swimming pool was excellent. Everthing you needed was available and worked. Apartment was cleaned every 3 days to a good standard, with towels, bedding, etc. all replaced. My only negative was the parking. There was some 'free' parking at the front of the block (3 spaces only on a first come first served basis); otherwise internal parking is available at €20/night. Parking is limited to perhaps 8 cars and small cars are best, otherwise it can be a bit 'sporty' getting your car into your reserved space without damage. Other than that, I highly recommend this apparment complex.

• Gaetan (8/5): - L'accueil fut excellent. L'hôtel est bien situé, a distance de marche de la vieille ville et a seulement 5 min en auto du port, sans devoir passer au centre ville. Par contre avec la formule en Appart, la chambre est assez petit et c'est un suivant lit, qui est plus ou moins confortable. La piscine est bien et elle est chauffée.

• Sebastien (8/5): Avis mitigé - Le confort du canapé, clic, clac, moyen, très bruyant et la douche. Ce n’est pas vraiment une douche, mais c’est comme si on se lave dans la salle de bain en mouillant tout… il y a le pommeau de douche, et puis le sol de la salle de bain c’est tout avec un trou bien sûr pour évacuer l’eau mais que ce soit les WC le lavabo le sol est mouillé. Je regrette également un petit déjeuner classique pour 15 €. Je m’attendais à mieux pour le prix…

• Margaux (6/5): Déçus - Le canapé lit est très inconfortable.. je ne pensais pas pour le prix de la chambre que la literie serait si mauvaise. La salle de bain est très sommaire.. pas de cabine de douche donc l’intégralité de la salle de bain est mouillée à chaque douche ! Le « buffet » du petit déjeuner n’en est pas un .. et le prix ne les vaut clairement pas ! Cependant le personnel est agréable et la localisation près du centre ville pratique.
• Matteo (2/5): - ***PLEASE AVOID TOTALLY IT'S A RIP OFF*** the (small) studio doesn't have a bed but a sofa bed that is really unconfortable. in the middle of the night we had to remove the materass from the sofa -close the sofa bed put the materass on the floor and sleep on the materass and of course we didn't manage to sleep. portovecchio is expensive but for the price we paid there are much nicer alternative not too far away. the receptionist manager was arrogant and did not want to take our feedback or empathise with us anyway she blamed us for choosing a sofabed but there are sofabed that are more confortable than this! she had zero empathy. Do yourself a favour and avoid this property. éviter cet hôtel et appartements!!! mauvais rapport qualité prix et vous ne pourrez pas dormir dans les lits ou les canapés-lits !
• Welly (10/5): A lovely place to stay. Very homie. - We stayed in the apartment building, which is next to the Tilbury Hotel. They actually share the same swimming pool facilities. The apartment 22 was very spacious and had all we need (from iron to safe, from bottle opener to sauce and frying pans). It was all very clean and the view was stunning. We had breakfast in the terrace (which we organised ourselves, but it’s ok). It’s location is perfect, walking distance to all shops and city centre. the receptionists were kind and helpful.
• Maxime (6/5): - Point positif : personnel agréable et réactif Points negatifs: Ne fait pas navette aéroport contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. Invasion de petites fourmis dans la chambre et dans le lit, restes de nourriture des précédents occupants. Aucune action de la direction hormis un nettoyage succin de la chambre le lendemain.
• MARIE-FRANCE (8/5): Bien emplacement top - Point + Appartement 1chambre spacieux, belle vue,emplacement au centre avec piscine ce qui est très appréciable, parking et personnel sympathique. Point - salle de bain sombre éclairage faible, pas de séparation sur les balcons on a l’impression d’être avec les voisins et propreté moyenne.

• jacques (6/5): pas de wifi, pas de sécurité pour la carte bleue. - ce qui est inadmissible c'est que l'on demande une empreinte de CB comme garantie. Mais en réalité on ne se sert pas de l'empreinte, comme cela doit se faire, mais on note votre numéro de carte et votre code confidentiel sur une fiche et on vous demande de signer. Ces papiers sont stockés sur le comptoir. Manque évident de prudence. Par ailleurs la wifi ne marche ni dans la chambre, ni à la .réception
• Manon (8/5): Super rapport qualité prix - Nous avons été surclassés dans le studio qui est superbe. Dommage le bar était fermé et la piscine fraîche en cette fin de saison. Un peu compliqué de se garer, mais vite oublié par la qualité de l’appartement, la jolie vue, et le confort.

La chambre était confortable comprenant : Climatisation - aucun souci Kitchenette - pas utilisée Salle de bain privative - petite mais cela nous convenait Balcon - top avec vue sur mer Piscine avec transat - top PDJ - très correct servi au bord de la piscine Personnel - correct Situation de l’hôtel - très proche du centre ville (resto, banque, souvenirs...) Nuisance sonore - aucun durant notre séjour Le petit point négatif, la place de parking gratuite. Quantité limitée de places, toutefois, on n’a pas eu de souci de parking. On a passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

• Verified traveler (4/5): WORST SLEEP EVER - The room was fine, but the bed was HORRIBLE. It is a sofa bed, but designed in such a way that it is impossible to sleep. When the bed is pulled out the middle falls down, and there is nothing you can do about it. So I had a sore back, almost no sleep and the staff in the hotel didn't really care. They told me they can move me against a fee! Absolutely disgraceful. Buy better sofa beds!
• Vincent (8/5): Super séjour - Hotel très bien situé dans porto vechhio. Court séjour pour des vacances avec mes fils. Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Juste petit bémol sur le canapé lit qui n'est pas confortable. Et trop de vis à vis sur les balcons. Aucune séparation. Point négatif :J'ai oublié mon chargeur de portable ainsi que ma batterie externe.....pas retrouvé et pas renvoyé par l'établissement hôtelier. Dommage

Not good. - Staff were wonderful and breakfast by the pool lovely but to pay nearly £200 for a room only with a very old and almost un seepable fold out sofa bed ( no bed at all) is taking the mickey even by French standards. Shower also above toilet and fell out of the wall - don’t stay here until they renovate and buy beds!
• Mélodie (8/5): Super établissement en plein centre - Studio très agréable avec superbe vue mer en plein centre de Porto Vecchio. Service hôtelier et accès à la piscine de l’hôtel très appréciable, personnel très agréable, super séjour à refaire.
• Manon (8/5): Appartement pratique et très bien situé! - Très bien situé (5 minutes du centre ville et 15-20 minutes du port). Personnel charmant à l'accueil. Très sympa de pouvoir profiter de la piscine de l'hôtel à côté. En ce qui concerne l'appartement en lui même, il était propre et le ménage est fait tous les jours. Plutôt bien équipé (frigo, lave vaisselle, suffisamment de vaisselle pour 2, grille pain, micro ondes, etc). Les points négatifs: surtout la salle de bain pas très pratique avec une douche sans cabine donc on met de l'eau un peu partout. On finit quand même par s'y habituer. La literie n'est pas d'une grande qualité (nous avons la vingtaine donc pas trop derangeant mais pour des gens ayant des problèmes de dos c'est à éviter!) Le gros point positif est la vue. Vraiment très agréable de pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner sur le balcon avec une vue pareille... (dommage que les séparations entre les balcons ne soient pas pleines, pas trop d'intimité...) Globalement c'est pas le grand luxe mais c'est très suffisant si on est pas trop exigeant.
• Lilie (8/5): Appartement vue sur mer - Appartement spacieux, tout équipé. Nous avons pu bénéficier des places gratuites de parking devant l'hôtel. Ce qui était très confortable. Appartement très bien situé dans porto vecchio : a 2 pas des commerces à pied. Piscine et personnel très agréable.
• Claes (6/5): Ingen säng (Bäddsoffa) - Vi började vår rundtur på ön i Porto-Veccio. Hotellet är egentligen fräscht, men vi hade ingen säng i vårt rum. Rummet var möblerat med en hård bäddsoffa utan sänglampor. Varför väljer man att ha en bäddsoffa i stället för en säng på ett hotell? Vi betalade 150 euro per natt utan säng! Hotellet ligger några minuters promenad från restaurangerna och barerna på höjden ovan. Restaurangområdet är fint och med många barer, restauranger och butiker. Vi åkte till Palombaggio (ca 20 min med bil) för att sola och bada på dagarna, väldigt fin strand. 40 minuters bilväg till Bonafaziu, väl värt fin liten semesterby.

• Nicola (8/5): - Great location and affordable price for Porto Vecchio. We walked to harbour and to the very sweet town. Get coffee from the super cute cafe a few doors up on the right :) We had a double room apartment which looked out onto the harbour view and the bedroom door opened out onto the lovely terrace. Kitchen was great loads of utensils and was easy to cook in there (added bonus of a dishwasher). Pool area was lovely (and very quiet in May). We ordered a couple of drinks one day from the little bar and enjoyed swimming in the pool too. Would recommend 100% Great location and affordable price for Porto Vecchio. We walked to harbour and to the very sweet town. Get coffee from the super cute cafe a few doors up on the right :) We had a double room apartment which looked out onto the harbour view and the bedroom door opened out onto the lovely terrace. Kitchen was great loads of utensils and was easy to cook in there (added bonus of a dishwasher). Pool area was lovely (and very quiet in May). • Michel (4/5): French joke - We paid $183 for a double room, 4 adults. All we’ve got was a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. For the second night we decided to get two separate rooms so we could sleep in real beds. For our surprise, there was no bed on either rooms, only sleeper sofas. What a joke.

• Norman (6/5): Durchschnittliche Unterkunft in Altstadtnähe - Ein Zimmer der Kategorie "Studio" wurde für 6 Nächte gebucht. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer gut ausgestattet. In der Küchenzeile befinden sich Spüle, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, E-Herd und Geschirrspülmaschine. Die Lage ist altstadtnah (Gehzeit 5 Minuten, zum Hafen 15 Minuten) und gegenüber liegt ein großer öffentlicher Parkplatz (zahlungspflichtig). Nicht so gut ist zum einen die Schlafmöglichkeit in Form einer ausgezogenen, quietschenden Schlafcouch, obwohl genug Platz für ein richtiges Bett vorhanden wäre. Zudem ist es fast unmöglich zu duschen, ohne 3/4 des Bades/Toilette nass zu machen. Dies liegt daran, dass es keine abgetrennte Duschkabine gibt, sondern lediglich einen Abfluss im Boden. Größter und gewichtiger Kritikpunkt ist die Parksituation. Die Zimmer werden durch das danebenliegende Hotel "Le Tilbury" mit bewirtschaftet. Insgesamt gibt es auf der Straße allerdings nur 5 Parkplätze am Randstreifen und eine enge Parkgarage mit 9 Stellplätzen. Man kann also häufiger Pech haben und muss auf den gegenüberliegenden öffentlichen Parkplatz ausweichen (insbesondere bei später Rückkehr zur Unterkunft, abendlichen Fahrten). Dies geht richtig ins Geld. Die Kommune Porto-Vecchio verlangt für einen nicht asphaltierten und nicht überdachten Parkplatz reinste Wucherpreise. Ende Juni kann man dann für eine Parkdauer von ca. 17 Uhr bis 10 Uhr am Folgetag mit ca. 30 Euro rechnen!

• Jo (10/5): Lovely position easy walking distance to town - We enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and the town of Porto Vecchio had a variety of excellent restaurants. Parking was easy outside the hotel and there was easy transport on a small tourist train or minibus down to the port. Beaches all along the coast were glorious.
• j14 (4/5): Friendly staff but not as expected - Staff were really lovely but room was a disappointment. It stank of cigarettes, was an uncomfortable sofa bed to sleep on and pool was tired and dated. Breakfast was poor.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Maybe a future visit? - The staff were fantastic! Option to have your continental breakfast delivered to your room was nice. In suite laundry was great. I liked the overal apartment. Things to think about... the apartment hallways were dark. You had to physically find lights to turn on after exciting the elevator to make it to your room. I understand conserving energy so maybe motion detectors? The apartment was spacious but on a very busy road with serious noise. We would have stayed an additional two nights had the noise subsided but it sounded like a chainsaw was had at work. The location overall was good. Close to the old cite. Lots of great restaurants but I would skip Chez Anna if the hotel suggests it. The muscles were sketchy! Meal was way overpriced. It's always unfortunate when amenities are advertised on a hotel site but not available. We were looking forward to the pool but it was not yet open. Parking was good once it was explained. I would try this hotel again in the future... Maybe.
