• Diana (5/5): It’s okay if your only using it to get dressed and go out and crash afterwards when your too drunk to drive home - Close to different places It was like a frat house with the partying and the junkies was outside all hours fighting and getting high, there was a hole in the baseboard, seen 2 roaches and the tv was very blue like it’s about to stop working slapping a coat of paint on the walls doesn’t make it worth $100 for 1 night

• Alla (1/5): - This was the most disgusting, unsafe hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. The room smelled like straight-up weed, the bathroom had visible sh*t stains, and there was no hot water. The TV didn’t work (just one news channel), and when I pulled the covers back — stains all over both beds. I asked for one bed, got two, but it didn’t matter because they were both filthy. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all, and the front door didn’t even close right — top latch broken, zero safety. The “bathroom door” was literally a closet door. Zero privacy. Tried telling the front desk — the lady was just watching her show, didn’t give a single f***. No help, no care. Place was dirty, sketchy, and staff unbothered. Save your money. This place is straight-up garbage. I want my money back.
• Abdlmumini (1/5): if you must lodge in a hotel like this one please consider sleeping in your car until day break. - You could see outside from a closed door that does not align with the frame from top to bottom, . with roaches, flying insects. The room does not have a refrigerator or trash can other than the staff who was nice and very receptive everything else was nonsense and the experience has made me to rule out using this facility anywhere else for the rest of my live. I have travelled to over 37 countries of the world including remote African countries and lodged in several hotels round the globe but this is the worse of them all. it is so repulsive that I refused to take the breakfast provided.

• Faith (1/5): Terrible. - Nothing I booked AND prepaid through here on booking.com and they claim they didn’t receive a payment & proceeded to try and charge my card AGAIN in front of me. wouldn’t let me get my room even after my funds were taken. I had to push out another $200 for 2 nights for a terrible, sucky hotel. Men stand outside all day smoking, cat calling folks. It was all so unbearable. Really. Never coming back.

• Richmond (2/5): - The moment I stepped into the room there was an awful smell of smoked cigarettes. This is even when with the AC blowing. I had to kill two roaches roaches in the room, and there were more (tinier ones). The sheets had some stains and I could tell that some parts of the room were still dirty. I only stayed 3 hours in that room and checked out immediately. Never going back to it. I just couldn't stay there that night. I would I recommend a place like this. Absolutely NO!

This is a homeless residential hotel people all over the place , dogs barking and living in the rooms, people arguing. Just an all around mess . If I was staying longer than a few hours I would have changed hotels . The only convenience was food places right near and the airport was 15 minutes away

The ice machines don’t work, but you won’t want to leave your romm bc other tenants are emgaged in full-on screaming matches. Had I not paid for the eoom, I’d have had a better experience pulling into the lot and sleeping in my truck.

One of our beds had soiled linens and despite informing them 10 minutes or so after check in, we never got clean linens or towels. We stayed 2 nights. The internet did not work consistently.

The room assigned to me had a serious infestation of cockroaches and ants, which made the stay uncomfortable, unsafe, and unacceptable. Cleanliness and hygiene are the most basic expectations any guest should have when booking a room, and unfortunately, this was not met at your property. The presence of pests is not only disturbing but also poses serious health risks. I kindly request the following: 1. An immediate inspection and pest control treatment of the room and property. 2. A full refund for my stay due to the unsanitary conditions. 3. Assurance that steps will be taken so future guests do not face this issue. I hope this matter is taken seriously and resolved promptly. • Frank (1/5): Horrible - Nothing The place was shady. Smelled of Marijuana in the office. Kids screaming and yelling running up and down the walkway by the room. The room door wouldn't close right. You could see daylight by the door. I checked out immediately after this. Stayed in the room for 5 minutes.

• Cherie (2/5): Don’t Book a room at this Roach Motel - The first room we got had millions of gnats just flying around. They were all over the walls the ceiling the curtains everything!!!! The bathroom had roaches crawling all over and the gnats were in there too. The second room we received after requesting a room Change was ok at first glance but then the roaches started coming out my boyfriend had one crawling on him when we woke up in the morning. I had been to this location lots of times in the past and it was never Like this. It’s beyond disgusting and I was uncomfortable the whole time. I will not be back the place needs to be condemned at this point and an exterminator needs to get in there ASAP!!! Will not be going back EVER AGAIN!!!! I want my money back for real.
