• Yvonne (6/5): Overall, for what it’s worth, we had a decent stay for the night. - I could appreciate that the parking to the establishment was through a driveway in a more secluded area. Aside from having the general essentials, beds were too firm. The blow dryer wasn’t properly working and we didn’t have the access to the Wi-Fi.

• David (7/5): - Location and ease of check in was good. Very clean and they let us check in early Beds were very stiff and uncomfortable. Bed sheets were very thin too so it was quite cold
• Laura (5/5): It was a good location for what we needed. - We liked how close it was to my daughter in law’s house. It was perfect for the beach too. The beds were super hard and very uncomfortable.

• Tristan (7/5): Basic, family run hotel. No frills, no thrills. - Good Thai restaurant right next door. Like a lot of budget hotels/motels, there is a slight odor of cleaning chemicals that permeates the air. Also, the room was fairly stuffy. We had a fan, though, that helped, made a lot of noise, so we asked front desk for another. They were very responsive and got it for us. Problem solved.

• Maribel (7/5): Good for the price - It seemed very clean. I definitely wouldnt bother showering there though. The mini fridge was broken and had released a lot of fumes into the room before we got there. We figured the easier fix was to just unplug it because it was after 10pm and the no vacancy sign was already lit. We wanted to let the manager know in the morning but they weren't in at the time we left.

• Yanhong (7/5): I think it is a good motel for a short stay when you are on a road trip. - The motel is close to Oceano State Park. The room I lived in is very clean and the bed is comfortable, and the firmness of the mattress is exactly what I like. The bathroom is big and spacious. With the price I paid, I am more than satisfied for our one-night stay. My car is parked in the courtyard with hotel rooms wrapped around in a compound-like setting. I feel peaceful and safe as the hotel is off the main road, where there are lots of restaurant choices within a one-mile range. There is even a refrigerator and microwave for your food. no shampoo, no body washer.

• Peoples (3/5): - Price and location There is no soundproofing at all between rooms you can literally hear and understand conversations from the next room. The staff kept calling our room then hanging up starting at 10 pm then again the next morning before 630 am they had made a mistake in how they recorded our payment and wanted it cleared up before 7 am. Then I found a maggot under my pillow as we were packing up.

• Vincent (10/5): When I wanna be treated like royalty, this is where I go. - Once again they treated us like royalty. Even upgraded us to a king size bed. Granted us a late checkout and made me want to stay another day. All smiles from us. Not a complaint.
• Natalie (6/5): Clean, spacious room but nothing special - The room was really spacious. A short drive to Pismo beach. It was clean. It got hot in the room there wasn’t really an AC just a plug in fan.
• Vincent (10/5): So good we stayed longer!! - I found the staff to be truly genuine kind and they treated me like a valued customer. We were only staying for a couple days at first, but we were so comfortable. We ended up staying a couple days longer. That’s how great our stay was strongly. Suggest this to anybody looking for a weekend getaway excellent staff everything was A Plus. Nothing

• Silvia (8/5): Great for a brief stop in your trip - The room was big an clean. The position is 10 min walking from the Amtrack station, and 15 minutes front the beach and the Ocean. The area is safe but there's nobody's around (apart the beach). The staff is nice. THe area is served by buses. Don't drink the water in the motel, it smells of mould. Not many things to do in the area apart beach.

• Avraham (3/5): Disappointment - Free parking The motel was very simple, at the level of the 1970s. The room was equipped with the bare minimum. Thin walls that let you hear every noise in the next room. The rooms are on the sidewalk and you can hear every car and traffic on the road. Opposite the rooms there is a construction site that started working early in the morning with machines and banging. The beds were large and comfortable.

• Mark (2/5): - This place was filthy. Upon arrival our new room had a dirty t shirt rolled up under the table. The floors were dirty and not cleaned or vacuumed. The room smelled awful of cigarettes. The entire evening was a loud noisy neighbor that lives in the inn and was up the entire night. There was no air conditioning!!! Do not stay here!!! It is a rip off and very poorly kept and management offered only $50 off for our horrible stay. Save your time and skip over this place!!!
