Beds were covered in hair/crumbs. Room had not been serviced since September of last year. Everything. Couldn’t even offer me one towel.

- Rebecca (1/5): Worst place I've ever stayed - Absolutely NOTHING!! First room I was assigned smelled like barnyard animals had been there. The beds were dirty, floor was gritty, mirror had white stuff splattered all over it. The TV wasn't working and the toilet seat was completely broken off and on the floor. Front desk clerk gave me another room. As I used my key and to open the door THE ROOM WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED WITH PEOPLE IN BED! I immediately went back to the front desk and demanded a refund. The clerk filled out a paper and said the manager will review it when she comes in. I had better get my refund, or I'll be taking legal action. The health department should shut this place down.

- Natalia (1/5): Terrible - The ubication They have a problem with the Booking system and they didn't want to accept my reservation and I had already paid, they said I had only booked one room when in reality there were two and they wanted to charge me again. Apart from that, the light in the room failed and it smelled bad, they don't have hot water, no mug in the bathroom, the bed linen was dirty, they didn't clean because there were hair and dirt. Terrible service, I don't recommend it

I asked for another blanket and was told the manager needed to be contacted to let me have another blanket. Only one hand towel was in the room. After asking for another blanket,, I decided not to bother asking for any more towels.

The heat did not work in my room there was a hole in my door I could see out in the hallway the holes in the walls and in the ceiling I felt like somebody could just push my door open it was completely unsafe and completely dirty. There is no comforter on the bed I had to sleep with my jacket on.

- Glenise (1/5): WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER - It was close to the mall and lots of restaurants When I arrived the first room had no TV on wall and heat didn't work I was moved to two other rooms one didn't have a TV the other had bugs on the floor. After driving 8 hours and it being 1am I just wanted to shower and go to bed I asked the person at the front desk if I can get another room the last one that I went to heat didn't work he told me to give it 30 minutes I was sitting in the room with my hat my glove and my coat on I was frustrated so I checked out he told me that he had another room but I will have to repay the deposit which I did not have long story short I slept in my car for the entire night which was more comfortable than the room which really says a lot about this place I will never ever stay here again

- Jeffrey (4/5): Bizarre to see a rundown Motel 6 as it was so close to downtown Minneapolis. - Close to I35. The motel exterior is run down. Ladybugs were climbing on the walls inside. Room overall clean yet stark, no interior decor. Shower without any pressure, took hot water minutes to heat up. People talking late outside our room. Cost cheaper than most others, yet too much for the inferior quality. The water pressure and hot water system. The bug infestation. The interior decoration. Reminds me of travel overseas in a 3rd world country.
- Juanita (1/5): Do not stay here unless you have absolutely nowhere else to stay!!! - Nothing at all but the nice lady at the front desk 😊 They first put us in a room with a giant hole in the bottom of the door, there was bugs all over the room from the hole. They moved us so we went to another room,that room was a little better but the room was still dirty and it stank like smoke so I went to the dollar tree and got cleaning supplies to clean the entire room,the shower curtain was GROSS!! I also bought a new shower curtain to hang up. The beds were pretty bad my fiance kept waking up with back pain. If I ever go back to Minnesota I would never stay here again!

The description & pictures in Expedia were nothing like the actual place. Although the area is good, this place was like in should have been in a ghetto. DO NOT RECOMMEND. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

- Bret (2/5): - Sketchier place than I usually like to stay. Saw some hair on the bathroom floor and the floor towel didn't look clean. Multiple other guests were up talking till about 12pm on a Thursday night and you could hear their dogs bark when people came and left as it does allow pets.

The AC is locked so you can't go below 76°. There's a certain smell in the air constantly and it's not the smell of something legal...
