Michael (6/5): Dated but served its purpose. - Not too many options in Crockett Texas. The holiday inn express is the newest place in town, it was booked up for the Davey Crockett Classic. This used to be the Knights Inn. It’s dated and in need of renovation, but it’s was acceptably clean and available. Doors open to the outdoors, stairs only to the second floor.

Felipe de la Cerda (2/5): - I love Crockett and nearby areas, I attend a motorcycle event and for some reason my buddies book me 3 nights but on 2 different hotels, this one and the Holiday Inn nearby, by the way: GO FOR THE HOLIDAY INN. This is not a Courtyard by Marriott, hotel is nasty, old and unsafe, when I just arrived and asked the front desk to please cancel my 2nd and 3rd nights they weren't able to do that, anyways I'm happy that I leave the property and didn't spend a single night in there. Trust me, you wil want to take a shower with your socks on.
Cheryl (2/5): - Unfortunately, this was the most unpleasant property experiences I’ve had. The parking area outside and exterior of the room was muddy. The room had multiple defects: Paint chips, chipping drywall, broken shower, mold in the bathroom, broken and mismatched bathroom tiles, exposed outlet walls, unclean and burnt hair dryer plug, dirty & chipped floor tile, torn curtains, chipped & dirty door wood and paint, at least two defective outlets and one of two broken lamps, worn out bed mattresses. The front office staff was understanding.

Richard (2/5): - Where do I start. The room had no place to hang our clothes. The TV and refrigerator did not work. The bulb in the lamp was burned out. When I checked the plug it came out of the wall. The wood like floor was coated with a wax like cleaner that got on the bottom of your soxs and feet. A towel we placed on the floor was yellow the next morning. The coffee maker was so dirty that even running plain hot water through it was of no help. Therewere also cockroaches in the room. It was so bad we had to move the next day to another hotel. We were told we would have to pay an early departure fee which I don’t believe we should have based on the condition of the room. We’re asking for a full refund.
Delvin (8/5): - It is right on the edge of town so you’re just a couple minutes from the middle of town. Very quiet place & clean. Staff are very friendly & come check on you to make sure you don’t need anything.

Housekeeping woke us up at 9:30 for dirty towels and wanted to know when we were leaving. Lamp bedside didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work. Also charged $25 more. Horrible horrible horrible

Thomas (6/5): - The Expedia website for this motel claims free WiFi. There was no WiFi at all. The desk clerk said the neighborhood was switching to fiber optic service. I got the impression that the service had been eliminated some time ago.
Nathan (6/5): - We booking a non smoking king room online 3 weeks prior to our stay and was given a double bed. When I reassured the staff that the room given to us was incorrect she proceeded to tell me they were out of king rooms. The room we ended up staying in was filthy. Had hair in the bathtub and around the bathtub and toilet. The shower was broken and the tin didn’t hold water

Greggory (2/5): NEVER AGAIN - My room smelled awful like mildew and super strong chemical. The ac kept turning off for some reason. The pool was broke and the hotel looked run down and a little intimidating when I pulled up. Definitely not worth what I paid for the room. Ill be back in town in a few months and ill be staying at Holiday Inn Express a block up the road.
suzanne (4/5): Little Rough - This hotel is a little rough. They have remolded some, but no tables to put your things on. Very limited. Looks like some people live there and some are a little sketchy. A couple of doors down the first night a man was outside, acting he was under the influence of some kind of drug and staring us down. Felt uncomfortable. Lots of smokers, feel if this hotel made some changes it might be a better place to stay. Get rid of smoking rooms, have working ice machines (no ice, ice machine there but hasn't worked in months) and maybe only allow a certain section of the hotel for the people that are living there. The hotel price is not cheap for what it is. I am sure the people that are living there are not paying the high rate we did.
Jo (4/5): - This hotel was a dive but it did have a pool. The staff were good. The lock on my door wouldn't work. The master key got stuck in the lock. A manager was called from home and fixed it. Meanwhile, I was standing outside in my PJ's with my dog. The towels were stained. The room smelled of pure Fabuloso. The driveway was a Baja 500. The sheets were clean, there was no closet or iron or hair dryer. It was convenient to stores and food however, I will not stay there again. Shame on Expedia.

Virginia (4/5): - The staff were friendly and responsive when we had an issue. There was no hair dryer or coffeepot in the room. We did have coffee packets, but no sweetner or creamer. We had to call the front desk to ask for toilet paper. The front desk did send housekeeping with a hairdryer, a coffee pot, and toilet paper. The towels had large holes in them. There was no ice machine on the premises. There was no phone in the room so we had to call the front desk using our mobile phones. The WiFi was not working. The plumbing made loud, rumbling, roaring, noises anytime we, or our neighbors used the water. At first, in the middle of the night, I was awakened thinking that someone was driving through the parking lot with a loud boom box stereo system in their car. The concrete in the parking lot was busted in several places. The room was clean and comfortable and did have a new chair and ottoman. Don't be fooled - This is NOT Courtyard by Marriott!

Thomas (2/5): Disappointing stay at Courtyard Hotel. - No breakfast facilities or coffee machine at motel. Room did not have a coffee making machine. No iron & ironing board in room. No hair dryer. The WiFi would not connect, even when I searched for a strong signal around the building. Very basis room facilities and very disappointing for stay at this hotel. The room rates were much too high for the room & service I received.
Ed (2/5): Stay Away From This Hotel - This hotel should not even be listed. The front was stacked with old furniture, boxes all over in the lobby. The room was in bad shape ( attached pictures ), the bathroom smelled of old urine, baseboards falling off, etc... When asked for another room told no others available as hotel sold out, yet rooms were still open next morning. The lady at check in could do nothing as the manager was unavailable to speak. My suggestion is stay the heck away from this property. The health department needs to go there to see for themselves and check out the room we stayed in. I will let the pictures do most of the talking.
Verified traveler (2/5): Just Nope Your Way Down the Road A Piece - Hotel must have had at least 200 rooms and maybe 10 rooms booked from the amount of vehicles in the lot, yet the "king" we booked wasn't available and were given a double with 2 fulls instead. There was coffee makings in the room but no coffee maker. The room smelled bad. The TV reception was horrible. There was no breakfast available and the lobby was still locked up at 7:15 am when we checked out and had to hand the key cards through a small window. The door lock assembly was difficult to operate. It would take about 10 attempts every time we needed to access the room before the door latch would finally open the door. The hotel is in serious need of a full renovation. The walls and floors in the room needed repairs and the tub/shower needs to be replaced desperately.

It is right next to the convention center and arena which should make it a nicer place to stay. There is furniture outside the property everywhere! The room was musty and dark, ceiling tiles stained, furniture stained,even the bedspread was stained. This motel has potential to be so much nicer and is in need of better management and upgrading. I am very disappointed in the "presentation" of this property on line and feel we were misinformed of the condition. The rate is the only positive thing but even the rate was higher than expected for the condition of the property and room.
Verified traveler (2/5): Nasty motel - Bugs in the bathroom. Furniture stains , pillows nasty and mattress springs broken and no room to hang your clothes. Had to go buy new pillows ,blanket and sheets to stay the night and get out as soon as daylight.
Roger (6/5): - This may be the worst hotel experience ever for us. The laminate on the cheap floors is peeling off. There is no place to put your luggage off the floor. I saw a baby roach crawling across the floor. I felt like I needed to wash my feet every time they touched the floor. I couldn't sleep for worrying a roach or bug would be in my bed. The tub was clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were good. That's about all I can say good. We'll never be back and I can't believe Travelocity even promotes it.
Jonathan (2/5): - This hotel needs to be renovated, exterminated, and mold removal. This hotel use to be one of the nicest place to stay in Crockett. New owner isn’t doing a good job!!!
Roslyn (2/5): - Had to change rooms 3 times to get one that was habitable. The rooms were filthy. The towels and sheets were filthy and stained. The bathroom tub(s) (mirror was very dirty) were dirty. Had to request cleaning materials to do my own cleaning. Had to request "cleaner" sheets and towels. Everything had stains. Property was very badly maintained. Cracks in the walls. Missing or peeling floor boards and peeling and cracked walls and floors. Musty odor. Otherwise, hot water, TV, wifi were good, surprisingly-no insects, and very comfortable bed.
Pam (2/5): - Property was old and repairs were not professional looking. Electricity went out and front desk employee seemed unimpressed with the fact that it was very hot without air conditioning. Furniture was very worn. Not a good property!
Bernard (4/5): Far from the best - The name is certainly misleading. This is NOT a Courtyard by Marriott. I'm sure at one time this was a nice hotel but today it is quite run down, and clearly not well maintained. The pool is unusable and most of the washers/dryers are out of order. Even getting into the rooms with a room key takes practice as they do not work very well.
Madison (2/5): - The only positive thing about this stay is that the front desk lady was nice and helpful. Other than that, it was most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The floors had stains and were sticky, the toilet was dirty, and the shower looked so bad I would not even use it. The grounds were unkept and I felt so unsafe. It looked like a lot of guests were actually living there. The pictures are very deceiving. The only reason we even stayed here was because it was the only place available as there were only three hotels in the town to choose from. My advice is to keep driving to the next town!!

They have only renavated the front of the motel rooms have ok furniture but bed is in poor shape needs replaced. I stayed there because of price $80.00 versus $160.00 at holiday inn and if I knew condition was as bad as they were I would have gone to holiday inn instead

Robert (2/5): - This Courtyard is not part of the Marriott Chain of hotels. It is very dirty, random people lurking in the parking lots, run down (should be condemned). Appeared to have drug deals going down in the parking lot, I was propositioned by couple to prostitutes, etc... Avoid this place at all cost. We were not even there 10 minutes and left. Did not fell safe or clean at all. Went across the street to Holiday Inn Expresss. Very nice and clean.
