• Katrin (9/5): Eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, - Das freundliche helle Apartement hatte ein großes Schlafzimmer, Bad und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossenem großen Balkon. Die Einrichtung war neu und alles war sehr gepflegt, die Vorhänge waren dicht, sodass man die Zimmer gut verdunkeln konnte. Auf dem Balkon gab es 4 Stühle, einen Tissch und sogar einen an der Wand angebrachten ausziehbaren Wascheständer. Die nötigsten Küchenutensilien waren vorhanden (Gewürze , Öl etc. müssen mitgebracht werden).Das Apartement gehört zu einer großen Anlage, es lag in einem Gebäuderiegel, welcher nicht direkt an der Straße lag, sodass es sehr ruhig war. Unser Apartement lag im ersten von 3 vorhandenen Stockwerken. Da die Anlage nicht direkt im Hafenort von Pollenca liegt, sollte man über einen fahrbaren Untersatz verfügen. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln. Evtl. dass die Klimaanlage nur bis April zum Heizen genutzt werden kann, wir waren im diesjährig kalten Mai da, sodass wir abends gern eine Heizung gehabt hätten. Der nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption bot uns jedoch einen Heizlüfter an.

Pas mal d'activités sur place. Un endroit très recommandable. Peu de plaques de cuisson et pas de lave-vaisselle. De nombreux clients réservent en demi-pension, ce qui explique que l'équipement de la cuisine soit minimal. Quelques finitions à revoir dans l'appartement.

• Christian (10/5): Ein ganz besonderes Hotel! - Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne geräumige Appartements, du die theoretisch jeden Tag geputzt worden wären (was wir allerdings nicht in Anspruch genommen haben). Parken vor dem Hotel war gar kein Problem, es gab immer einen Parkplatz, sogar spät am Abend. Die Spa Landschaft war super, sowohl Wasser als auch Lufttemperatur waren perfekt, sodass man sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat und nicht frieren musste. Absolut herausragenden war die gebuchte Halbpension, sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen gab es ein mehr als reichhaltiges Buffet mit täglich variierenden Speisen, Salaten und frischem Obst. Jeden Tag würden zwei unterschiedliche Fischgerichte serviert, was wir alle sehr genossen haben! Nie wurde 2 Mal das Gleiche serviert, wenn mal was aus war, wurde sofort nachgefüllt. Ein ganz großes Kompliment an die Köche und ihr Team! Das Personal im Speisesaal und an der Rezeption war perfekt: freundlich, hilfsbereit und reaktionsschnell, wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! Mir hat wirklich alles gefallen, einziger Verbesserungstipp wären ein paar Kleiderhaken oder eine Garderobe im Eingangsbereich des Appartements, um seine Jacke aufhängen zu können.

• Brigid (7/5): Early season stay, which was quiet, comfortable and enjoyable. - Quiet, comfortable beds, small spa facilities free to use, easy parking nearby, and cycle storage facilities. Felt safe. Cleaners visited most days , and changed towels when requested. Easy to find, and well located. We didn't make use of the pool as it was a little cool, but looked nice. We didn't really engage with the apartment facilities (bar, restaurant), but they looked reasonable. There were also padel courts and tennis courts next to the apartments that you could use for an extra charge, the apartments were well used by cyclists (part of the reason we went there), but also there were some families and other people - had a nice quiet relaxed vibe. The apartment was fine, but the bathroom was a bit tired with some mould around the bath/shower. We were in a self catering apartment, but pots/pans etc were limited. I suspect not many people self cater - as it is limited, but we managed to cook our own meals with a bit of pan juggling. Not sure the apartment would fit 4 people as advertised, it was fine for 2 people though.

• Eléna (9/5): Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet aparthotel ! - Nous avons tout apprécié ! Nous avions prit la 1/2 pensions, le petit déjeuné et le dîner étaient parfaits ! Il y avait du choix. Concernant la piscine, elle est ouverte jusqu’à 20h et c’est agréable d’aller s’y baigner. La chambre était spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La terrasse était agréable. Un grand merci au personnel qui fait un très bon travail ! Rien !

The outdoor pool closest to the hotel was great. I felt the spa wasn't managed terribly well (rules about swimming caps and diving into the pool not enforced at all). The sauna and steam room were also far too hot to be comfortable for long. The safe in the room was too small to accommodate a 13" laptop computer, and the safe had to be hired (admittedly the cost was very reasonable).

• Elodie (8/5): Entre Pollença et son port - Appartements bien rénové et joliment décoré. Spacieux avec terrasse. Les espaces communs sont sympas. L’ambiance est sportive. Le port de Pollença est juste à côté en voiture, très agréable à visiter c’est chic. Supermarché à 2 min. Pratique pour visiter la cap formentor et les superbes alentours. Bon petit déjeuner avec choix larges. Personnel agréable. La salle de bain est rénovée mais la VMC est bruyante et le pommeau de douche petit.

Air con turned off due to late season despite warm temperatures. Didn’t like the communal bike lock up. No real control of keys and no provision of lock point for individual bikes within the cage. IMO it’s only a matter of time before there is a large theft .

Great to have bicycle hire in same facility. An Italian restaurant on site. The restaurant food isn’t great. No option to purchase a bottle of fizzy water or a coffee afterwards. Staff are brilliant though. However, it did the job on our first night when we arrived late.

La piscine, le spa et le buffet de petit déjeuner et de dîner sont un vrai point fort. Le spa pourrait être un peu plus chaud et nous avons eu un petit soucis de télévision. Sinon tout était super, un séjour très agréable, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
• Darren (10/5): A lovely stay in a well equiped, clean aparhotel. - The whole complex was very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. The two outdoor pools were not very busy so it was easy to get a sunbed. The food could have been a bit more varied, but was generally very good. The air-conditioned gym was excellent and free to access for residents. Our room did back on to a busy road which was far enough away not to cause a real problem although you could sometimes hear noisy cars and motorbikes. The hotel is quite well set up for cyclists.

• Štefánia (10/5): Super! - Príjemný čistý hotel s ochotným personálom. Každodenné upratovanie izieb. Klimatizácia, TV s netflixom, balkon s vyhladom do zahrady a k bazenu. Bohaté ranajky formou bufetových stolov. Večeru sme nemali predplatenú. Hlboký vonkajší bazén, vhodný na plávanie, malé spa centrum - jedna suchá a jedna parná sauna , na kúpanie vo vnútornom bazéne vyžadujú kúpací čiapku ktorú si musíte zakúpiť za 3 eurá. Vyriešená aj doprava k plaži formou mikrobusov ktore idú od rána do obeda. Najblizsia pláž je pieskova, čistá, dobre vybavená. Bývali sme v apartmane otočenom k najväčšiemu bazenu, a baru , je tam večerný program - hlučná hudba , pre niekoho s malými deťmi asi nevyhovujúce, vtedy odporúčam vzdialenejši apartman alebo pri jednom z dvoch ďalších bazenov, Nám to nevadilo , od 23:00 bolo vždy už ticho.

Only downside was the area around the main pool was only partially non slip - walking through the bar from the pool could be quite slippery! Excellent tennis, padel and gym facilities. Restaurant Girovolta was really nice! Rooms spotless, food was good and the overall experience was brilliant.

• James (8/5): Great family apartment in a great location - Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Great for families. Good level of entertainment without taking over. Generally just a really pleasant feel to it all. Could always get a sunbed even in the peak of august. No towels down in am. Beds were very firm. Pool area overall nice but would have benefited from a jet wash at times. Outside toilets around pool needed cleaning more regular.

• Kathrine (7/5): Great family resort for an affordable stay in this beautiful town - Spacious apartment. Great pool area with lots of loungers. Buffet for dinner was reasonable and had lots of great choice. Kids entertainment was the highlight of our 4 year olds holiday. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and would put us off rebooking

• Keila (5/5): Me quedo con sabor a poco - El apartamento estaba bien Me parece que al apart le falta mantenimiento. No me parece que en plena temporada los domingos no haya limpieza, estando en un lugar de playa. La limpieza no era buena, solo hacían las camas, ni siquiera sacudían las sábanas. Las toallas para pileta playa solo se pueden cambiar lunes miércoles y viernes. Preguntamos un día a las 23 hs si vendían agua o tenían un dispenser, para no tener que salir a buscar un lugar abierto, y no tenían, me parece raro siento un hotel 4 estrellas

• Mathias (10/5): Schöner Familienurlaub in Port de Pollença - Die Hotelanlage ist sehr familienfreundlich und der Weg zum Meer ist in 20min zu Fuß zu schaffen. Außerdem war das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Top Empfehlung.

• Daniela (9/5): Très bon, qualité/prix - La position, à 8 min en voiture de très belles plages. Le spa fonctionnel, le petit-déjeuner correct, la salle de gym énorme,les animations pour les enfants. Les transats très approchés autour de la piscine.
