- Dawn (7/5): Mainly good. Very clean, very good position and good value. - Breakfast was self service hot buffet. Two mornings out of the three we stayed, food was not hot. However, a number of guests pointed this out and by our last breakfast food was hot. Pity no lounge to sit in when wet. A large room with good light which would have been perfect, stands empty for use as wedding reception room.

- David (9/5): Very enjoyable stay, in a perfect location. - Great location for Mumbles, free parking, comfortable room with breakfast included. En-suite in Room 2 a little small, but I am 6' 3".

The heating was on full blast with under floor heating which made the property feel like a sauna but overall lovely apartment!!

- Patsy (8/5): This was our 4th stay . Ideal location for getting around Gower. Will be going back but will choose an executive room i - A great location just off the coastal promenade being able to walk as far as we wanted to to Mumbles point. The staff were all very helpful and polite and breakfast was excellent although they didn’t have any cockles when ordered them. We had room 19 this time which was a little dark with no window in the bedroom. The lounge furniture was a little uncomfortable and the tv kept coming on automatically in the night which was a bit disconcerting. Apparently there should have been a notice to switch it off at the wall as they have been unable to find the reason.

- Angela (3/5): RUBBISH !!!!! - The garden Room was very dirty with very bad cobwebs in every part of the ceiling. The shower entrance was so small we struggled to get thought its an accident waiting to happen. Well as for the bed we both woke up with very sort backs and necks I was up at 3am couldn’t get back to sleep as the pain in my back was so bad . My partner was awoken at 5 am by noise y heating pipes but worst of all when we complained and made the manager aware of these issues they were not helpful at all . BREAKFAST WAS HORRIBLE ITS WAS COLD TASTELESS AND VERY LIMITED ON THE CHOICES . We fill very let down as this was a very special occasion for us. We when after that one awful night never to return very disappointed

Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of hot & cold foods. Staff attentive, friendly and welcoming. Relaxing stay in a beautiful Gower area near beach, shops, eateries and the famous Joes Ice Cream Parlour! We liked everything

- Sally (7/5): Didn't deliver what i expected for the price - Excellent location for walks and restaurants The annexe room was crampped and the glass door meant you had to have the curtains permanently closed for privacy especially as we were on ground level overlooking the car park. There was only one small window above the door for ventilation.

Breakfasts were good, well cooked and ample. The room was light and easy to ventilate. The heating was variable too. We were upgraded foc to an apartment which was fully kitted out, a most acceptable arrangement ! No free beer in the fridge ?

Only window to open in double bedroom was full length door which couldn't leave open at night so room very stuffy. No bin in bedroom. Furnishings tired looking. Uncomfortable to watch tv given position of sofas. A lot of noise from apartment above including very heavy doors banging shut. Bed very lumpy and pillows very soft.

- Myfanwy (9/5): A country house in the city, wonderful stay - A beatiful building in a great location. Large room and very good breakfast. The garden is well tended and has places to sit or work. Other guests were also impressed and happy with their stay. The building needs a refresh, particularly ventilation but given the price, I can't fault it.

- Peter-O (8/5): - Schönes Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal, das Frühstück ist umfangreich in einem schönen Saal, auch ein Abendessen hier kann ich empfehlen. Wir hatten ein recht großes Zimmer im Nebengebäude, das war komfortabel. Die Lage an der Bucht von Swansea lädt zu Spaziergängen ein, die größere Straße ist weit genug weg, um nicht zu stören. Das Bad war sehr klein und es dauert sehr lange, bis warmes Wasser kommt. In den Ecken ein wenig Staub und das Sofa war nicht bequem. WLAN kam in unserem etwas abgelegenen Zimmer nicht so gut an.

Staff perfect !👍 - breakfast spot on ! nothing was to much trouble I I requested poached eggs perfect ! 10/10 will definately return soon ! 👍 At my location i visited a close friend ! We met up and had a walk along the front . Perfect ! it was a little cool in the breakfast area .. but to be honest your room the heat was perfection for me as i am a bit of a freezer ! 👍

- Lee Anne (7/5): Excellent staff and clean rooms but needs some minor improvements. - All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dining facility was very good and we did enjoy the food. We had requested a blanket and not a duvet but they couldn’t find one. They improvised with two throw rugs. The room was warm so it was okay. The access to the bathroom room was very narrow, made worse by a spring doorstop that didn’t allow the door to open fully. We both have broken skin on our arms from hitting the door lock. The toilet seat was loose and left us worried that we’d end up on the floor.

Very comfortable beds. Good shower. Lovely Receotionist who showed us to the room. Free parking. Great location. Lovely breakfast included. Extremely reasonable price. Rather loud noise from time to time from room below us due to water pipes. But only when loo was flushed so not too distruptive.

Main bed a little uncomfortable ( 2 beds put together ? ) Bedroom a little ' cool mustiness'' on arrival. Seemed like radiator had not been on for a while. OK once I got it working.

The WiFi in our room was virtually nonexistent, we weren’t in the main building and it obviously wasn’t strong enough signal to reach, there was also hardly any data signal either, so my phone basically just didn’t work for the whole time. Just unacceptable these days in a hotel. We should have mentioned earlier than our last day, but just assumed there would be nothing they could do, because surely they would already know as it was so bad. But maybe not?! Really needs sorting. Apart from that it was ok for the price, but wouldn’t pay any more as room was very small.
