• BEN (10/5): - Very spacious, family-friendly townhouse. we really enjoyed the stay here during the weekends.
• Virender (10/5): - The Bed room TV was not working. Things were not properly cleaned. Towels kept were not good for two days. Washrooms spaces were little tight and not accessible for wheel chair person.
• Ying (10/5): - very good location, nice layout for the design. 2bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom living room level with total 3 full bathroom really make the stay super relax. walking to the village around 10 minutes while you can still enjoy nature. nice sunset from living room & balcony. my kids already talking about come back in winter.

Problem was poor communication for secondary parking , told we would have a travel crib placed in the unit ( we had to drive 10 minutes to pick up ) , we had no wifi for the whole stay , no access to tv in all bedrooms, basic cable only available on one tv in the living room , we called but had trouble with communication and technician that eventually came could not fix the wifi and a manager called eventually and really got nothing other than an apology and potential compensation which we have had no follow up on , beds were noisy and uncomfortable, deck was dirty and small, pool water was dirty and looked unhealthy.

• Richard (6/5): - Great spot with transportation to were the action is. Unfortunately, the people upstairs moved all day creating lots of noise and frustration. The next day a construction team showed up to redo both bathrooms. You can imagine the noise. The shower curtain in our bathroom was discusting with mold at the bottom. The blind in the bedroom could only be lowered about 2/3 leaving our intimacy to our neighborhood. The coffee machine was not working either. The site is marvelous and access to the pool and transportation was easy. Tried to get a late checkout to compensation but was refused. Not my best stay / gateway with girlfriend. Thanks for trying.

• Ross (6/5): - Furniture still from 20 years ago. Nobody uses VHS player in 2023 not even a modern frying pan that cooks scrambled eggs or pancakes properly. The trees have grown filled out so no longer beautiful view from the balcony. I suggest owner/manager spend one night with 2 small children to understand the actual experience.

A few items that could have been stocked in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, plastic wrap, tin foil or parchment paper would have been very helpful. The space is a perfect size for two adults. The sofa bed is not an ideal sleeping source due to being uncomfortable with springs poking through the thin mattress. Excellent ski in/ski out location. On our final night we had a deer visit our back door, we enjoyed feeding her some carrots.

• Verified traveler (4/5): very dirty - to be honest i was very disappointed, given the times we are in right now COVID - 19 i almost left after the first night. towels were stained and dirty, sheets were ripped and had holes in them. couch and living room seating were all dirty and ripped looked like a frat house. i came with my 11 month old son and wouldnt put him on the floor due to how dirty it was. the balcony was not cleaned there were beer caps everywhere. the price they charge per night i would NEVER stay here again
• Sasha (10/5): - This was an absolutely beautiful condo. Although we read (in other reviews) that it was NOT ski in ski out, we were thrilled to find that it was a perfect ski in and out location. The place was fully stocked and gorgeous. Our only disappointment, and it was big, is that the bedding was kind of gross. The sheets were obviously clean but the blankets and comforters really need a good wash! However, the rest was so amazing that I would still come back. Hopefully they will fix the bedding because this place is a jewel.
• Aaron (8/5): Ski In/Ski Out-Relaxing Space-Minor Issues - Minor disappointment when checking in, the room wasn’t ready, recommend call ahead if you need to check in at 4pm. Also, they couldn’t provide the address of the condo, just a paper map so I couldn’t use GPS and had to get there in the dark navigating with a paper map. Some minor inconveniences: the ski locker door was broken and the heat was only partially working, but these were fixed next day. Pleasant dated interior with tiny TV's, acceptable WiFi, no Netflix on TV. We watched shows on pc and ipad so not such a big deal. Sofa bed was the worst and most uncomfortable we’ve ever had -- my college age son ended up sleeping on the floor. The mattress was just awful, bad springs poking everywhere. The bedroom mattress wasn’t great, it was pretty saggy, but it was acceptable. The good: Kitchen well equipped with cookware and utensils, kettle, toaster, full size oven and fridge etc. Single use items. Nice as advertised. Clean. Just a homely slightly roomy condo with fireplace. Heated floors! The best: ski-in/ski-out: the trail is just 1 or 2 houses over and you can ski from the back yard or front straight to it. It leads to a parking lift where you don’t need tickets so you can ski over to the main lifts and pick up your tickets. One day we were skiing back and the lower part of the trail was closed so we had to walk a couple blocks back but otherwise no trouble at all for ski-in ski-out. We had a great time and I would recommend it! :)

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Just be aware this is condo that you are renting thru a managing agent/hotel. Nice accommodations but limited help by staff as these are actually privately-owned residences and some are leased directly by owners. Rooms clean excellent location but staff can only be of limited helps should a problem arise.
• BenB (10/5): - Myself, my family and friends we spent whole week in Le Plateau condo 212-6. We loved this place, ski-in, ski-out, close to the Village, walking distance about 10 minutes, shuttle bus every 30 minutes. Place needs just some new upgrades, everything is a little bit to old, back from 20th century, but OA we were very happy.

• Kristyn H. (6/5): Adequate but Dated and many pieces of furniture were broken or ripped. - The beds/pillows were not comfortable. Much of the furniture was broken (e.g. chairs, deck furniture) Cushions on the couch were ripped and stuffing was coming out. There was no Air conditioning and it was very hot. There were very few directions or help to find information about the property (e.g. what the pool hours were and how to use the code, where the trails were ...no map.) It was not the best experience and was overpriced for what we received.
• Rose (8/5): - It was close proximity to Iron Man Event and an easy walk to down town. It served me well for that purpose. The shuttle was an added benefit. Condo was quiet and I enjoyed my stay. Room could use some updating but it was clean and comfortable
• Max (8/5): IM Mont Tremblant - Location of the condo was superb. We only had one major complaint and that was that the shower curtain smelled had a smell of mildew. The rest of the condo was very good and we would definitely look to stay in the same place or if traveling with others look for a better place in the same location. Having the shuttle so close was awesome and made life easier while into the village, but it was such a short walk it almost didn’t matter.

The carpet in our 2 bedroom condo was stained and one of the beds were broken, which caused back pains for my daughter for the rest of our 3 night stay. The scenery in the area is beautiful but the condo was kind of neglected :(

• M-A (2/5): Nice Condo - But CONSTRUCTION in condo above! - Everything was fine with the place ... except for the fact that the condo right above had several construction workers come in and hammer, drill, saw, etc. This happened three days in a row, starting at 7:30am. And stopping around 11am. That kinda ruined our vacation because we wanted to sleep in. I called the front desk for checkout and they said that I should have asked for another condo ... this sucks because it sort of puts the blame on the guests for not *asking* to be moved around to another location.

• Debra (8/5): Nice right on the mountain. - It was a lovely condo. The mattress on the bed was horrible. I din't sleep well. The kitchen needs a new coffee maker. Other than these two things it was a nice condo.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely fall vacation with family. Although the condo is technically within walking distance to the village, it is all downhill going in but a very steep climb back! Don't recommend it for seniors or people with any health issues
• Eric (10/5): Perfect distance away from Ironman Village Site - Very quiet. Beautiful accommodations. Highly recommend if going to Ironman. Only caveat: There is a substantial hill down to the race village of approximately 1/2 mile. Just remember that you'll have to walk uphill with your bike after the race! Truly, this was a terrific experience.
• Ned (10/5): Nice condo close to the pedestrian village - We stayed at Condo 226-3 at Le Plateau which is situated on the ground floor (there is another condo on the top with a separate entrance) ... beautiful and clean condo with a nice kitchen, all necessary utensils, fridge, washer (no detergent but you can buy at the store in the pedestrian village), dryer, dishwasher ... very neat and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures, with a nice fireplace (no wood but you can buy it at the front desk) ... around 1.3 km walk to the pedestrian village. The condo also included free gondola tickets for the duration of the stay which was nice ... also included was a 5% discount coupon on ziptrek. The front desk is located at 6385 Montee Ryan and the condo is around a 10 minute drive from the front desk where we had to check in. Excellent stay overall and definitely recommend this !

• Jennifer (8/5): Tremblant - Le Plateau February 2016 - Le Plateau was an amazing place for a ski and stay. Full kitchen allows for full meals to be cooked. Jacuzzi tub in the main bathroom, heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen. Ski in and out, skate on the pond right out the door, hiking trail only 100ft from the door. A shuttle on call takes you to the village ( 10-15 min walk) for restaurants, entertainment, shopping and fun. The pullout couch has a bit of an old mattress but other than that it's wonderful.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Loved the place! - The condo has everything possible from plates to coffee maker to all kitchen equipment. It helps if you bring cooking oil, foil to cover your left overs and fire logs if you want to use the fireplace

• Jennifer (8/5): Family friendly! - A wonderful stay offering great accomodations with a fireplace and full kitchen, a pond hockey rink right outside the door and ski in and out.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent - The condos were very comfortable. The only drawback was that there weren't enough snow so the ski in and ski out trails were not open. But it was still very convenient to drive one minute to the base.
