Guest Reviews
- Christopher (1/5): This place is a dump. Don’t waste your time or money trying to get a refund because this place is so disgusting and dirt - Nothing The room was disgusting. The bed was dirty the pillow cases were stained and dirty, the bathroom door had some kind of dark liquid stained and sprayed all over it, the bathroom floor was missing chunks of the tiles, the toilet seat was taped together, the ac unit had its cord just out in the open covered with a dirty clear trash bag, the room smelt so bad it made my clothes all stink so bad I had to wash them all the next day, the tv remote was so dirty and stained I didn’t even want to touch it. I left after one night because it’s only 30 bucks more to go to motel 6. The room was so disgusting and dirty. The person at the front desk was rude and was acting like I was interrupting his time doing nothing by checking in. He was cussing and slamming things down on his desk.
- Cam (4/5): Not going to repeat it - N/A The room was not very clean the toilet seat was held together with electric tape ect...
- Kelly (7/5): - The maid took my bags to a storage area after the first night eventhough we had rented the room for two nights.
- Isaac (1/5): -
- Jim (5/5): -
- Ryan (10/5): - Close to all the good stuff. Quick service and a genuine feeling about it. Great a stay!
- Crystal (1/5): -
- Perkins (7/5): -
- Barney (1/5): it was miserable and painful - The owner of this property is really rude and has no real interest in the customer service and I don't think I will ever stay there again The electric was wired wrong and it was a fire waiting to happen
- James (8/5): -
- Joseph (4/5): If you need a room on the cheap then this would work. - Motel was clean but very dated. very small bathroom, lumpy bed
- Daniel (5/5): Satisfactory for staying only a day or two. - It was the cheapest hotel I could find and the staff was more patient with me than I expected. It's also a short distance away from a hospital and a Walmart in case you have any emergencies, but you still have to drive a bit further for the downtown and the best shopping centers. The front office is closed Sunday mornings, so if I had any issues with checking out, I would have been in deep trouble.
- Jessica (8/5): -
- Justin (8/5): - Friendly staff, great location, and convenient with a cooking stove. Leak under sink and leaking shower into the hall.
- Marcus (9/5): -
- Roberta (9/5): -
- Laura (10/5): - No breakfast.
- David (1/5): Disgusting. - Nice guy at checkin. Cool dog. Room disgusting. Filthy and stunk of mold. Definite bad mold problem. Revolting.
- Aloka (1/5): Won't be. ish I would have left immediately and requested a refund. Camping in my car nex - Absolutely nothing good about it except that is was cheap Everything was crusty and dirty, had to go buy sheets at 11 at night at Walmart so my partner would come in to the room, he was horrified by the smell and appearance. smelled like meth, looked like a tweaker den.

- Reyes (10/5): -
- Myers (7/5): Everything ok - The beds were not good for a person with back issues New mattresses
- Holly (9/5): - The updating at the HUB was complete and very nice The splash boards were not cleaned so there was lots of dust and fuzz on them plus dead flies in the corner under the sink. Everything else was well cleaned and fresh.
- Holly (9/5): - Friendly staff, room included guest coffee, microwave, refrigerator, phone, and very comfortable beds. Had to ring for a staff member to check us in. The key to our room was very difficult to use.
- Estrada (2/5): -
- monica (1/5): stay out - we survived this wreck mold, dirty ac blowing black dust, broken shower with cold water, the night man that dais he was the owner and maintenance man and manager that didn't help us.
- Santhosh (2/5): Not going back again. A bad place to stay. - I like the location. It is close to downtown. Parking is also good. A restaurant located next to the parking is highly convenient. The cleanliness doesn't exit. A bad, sticky, stained carpet. Room has a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Dirt, dust and some 'unknown' stains on the walls. The blanket provided is old, falling apart and had holes in it. No handle on the bathroom door.
- Kristin (4/5): - This property is in very poor condition. I could not get internet unless I stood out in the parking lot. Really shouldn’t be included on Orbitz.
- Suzy (7/5): Enlightening and restful. - Regio's breakfast was supurb!! Quiet and real atmosphere. I found the room comical yet comfortable. Served my purpose. I wouldn't change a thing.
- Phillip (5/5): Below acceptable presentation in the room and bathroom . - Price reflects this property - only just makes it acceptable The overall condition it is in.
- Nicholas (1/5): Not existent because we did not stay. - Nothing Urine stains, yellow sheets, cob webs, we did not even end up staying their because of how disgusted my wife was.
- Shayne (1/5): -
- Donna (1/5): - The housekeepers. There was needle caps in my room and poop on the walls. The toilet moved when you sit down on it, and the bed was broken on half of it. The shower did not work.
- Jose (2/5): - Dirty
- Bill (4/5): - The only nice thing I can say. Shower was hot woth LOTS of pressure
TV worked well, even with wires dangling.
Everything else broken.
- Dennis (3/5): Better than sleeping outside in 95° heat, the air conditioner did work - Location, price Very musty, couldn’t see mold, but it smelled like it. 4 inch foam on top of an old mattress, uncomfortable.
- Christina (5/5): - It was perfect for what I needed a bed for the night close by and the staff were very helpful
- Loftis (10/5): Comfortable - The room was clean and actually had a second bedroom, which was a big surprise. Nothing about the room that I didn’t like
- Susanna (6/5): - The room was very clean.
- Timothy Freer (10/5): - great just great
- Carri (4/5): -
- Arvind (8/5): - Sunrise
- April (6/5): -
- Carol (10/5): - Nice place with excellent staff!! Best value in the area!!
- Linda (10/5): -
- Carissa (2/5): - Our room was dirty and needs a major overhaul. The mattress covers were filthy and looked like they hadn’t ever been washed. It felt unsafe and overall looked like something from a horror movie. We ended up booking a different hotel and ate the booking fee for The Hub. Don’t stay here, especially as women traveling.
- Karen (5/5): The staff is SO nice but this sucker needs to be plowed and rebuilt 😂 - It was inexpensive and right on our route. It is Bates Motel meets AHS 😂 the electrical is SKETCHY as heck, it reeks of cigarettes, and you feel like you’re being watched the whole time 😂
- Tracey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lura (3/5): If you just need to sleep. Bring a pillow. - Second bed was in a second room within the unit you get (like a suite or apartment)
Fridge and Microwave worked well.
Staff was friendly, helpful, and kind.
Adorable Dog on site. Beds were extremely worn so you feel like you're falling off it constantly.
Pillows were as thin as a common comforter.
Electrical could use tome TLC.
Bathroom and back room needed to be treated for mold.
Only the front room has an AC unit and it is not powerful enough to cool the bedroom as well.
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional -
- E. (8/5): Very good -
- Ronald (8/5): Very good -
- Ronald (9/5): Superb -
- Simmons (8/5): Very good -
- Chelsea (1/5): Discussing - Staff were good There were bed bugs and trash on the headboards, and had needles in it as well and the draws had trash in them the ac didn't work or the TV it was discussing i had to ask for me refund back
- ROBERT (6/5): - The room was a mess. Bathroom needs painting and major plaster work around the room. It was a pet friendly room and it smelled like it, many pets have urinated in it. It was not a WIFE friendly room.
- Mccarthy (8/5): Very good - It's close to the job im working at, im a traveler for work. The beds are nice and soft, clean rooms, ice machine works great! Good cheap little motel. Some rooms the mini fridge is missing shelves, no complaints really..
- Brieanna (4/5): - Broken down and gross, staff is working in dirty office room. Rude staffing.
- Cheryl (5/5): This was what I expected from the pictures so I was prepared. - The pictures I saw first told me what to expect and that was enough to stay for 1 night at the price offered. If I were staying longer I probably would have stayed in a different location, but this was fine for what I needed.
- Jason (8/5): - Quiet, comfy and inexpensive
- Jim (4/5): Ok but needs serious updates - Beds are ok, hot water is fine The heating is loud and with big holes for vent and one chair is broken. The whole place looks old and needs updates. They charged $96 for one night and it's very expensive for a place like this.
- Bonster (6/5): Worth the price. - Like many hotels and motels, the power outlets were well-used, and no longer gripped the things we plugged in. It's important in this age of having to charge everything! Some amenities like shampoo and lotion would have been nice. I know! All in all, it was worth the price. Oh, and they need to replace the ratty cushion on the chairs outside the rooms!
Great water pressure! Gross cushions on outside chairs.
- Kolby (4/5): - Bed bugs
- Dona (5/5): Passable - Contually had trouble getting into the room as the electronic key did not work
- Lorianne (2/5): - The first room I was in had ants in the microwave and the second one had bed bugs
- Payton (7/5): Good - Room was good. Bed was comfortable. Couldn't find any bed bugs. Ants on the bathroom floor. Half eaten cookie in the drawer for your clothes. Microwave worked great, fridge worked great. There was a coffee pot but nothing to put in it. It was quiet. I'd stay there again. See above comments
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Room was nice but no smoke detector. Felt a little unsafe
- Stephanie (10/5): - It is what you pay for, but check in was a breeze, very friendly help. Did what it needed to do for the price point. satisfied
- Verified traveler (10/5): We Love The Hub Motel, Don't We, Folks? - Wonderful people, great service, cozy stay, great place, I give it a solid 10/10, would recommend for anyone needing a place to crash for any reason. Low fuss, decent prices, great management, and my dog loved the place. Came recommended to me by a friend and now I trust that friend even better when he gives me a recommendation, great stay at the Hub, we hate to leave, very chill place, good to come back to from the stresses of the world outside the Hub. What is a Hub, after all, if not a place things and people gather, a place of gravitational pull? Top grade place, live it up at the Hub this summer or deadass you will be missin out, homie so BOOK THAT STAY!!
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Misty (7/5): Great value. will continue to stay when in town. - its an old motel. I'v stayed before. It has its problems, but the owner will fix or change your room if something cant be fixed. I like the place.
- Mangum (8/5): Very good - It was quiet. Although a bit old, it was clean. He'd a good selection of movie channels. The hot water is hot but can easily be toned down. Overall, although not a high roller suite, for the price, I have no complaints.
- John (10/5): Great -
- Nancy (7/5): Good -
- Dawn (6/5): - The heating/cooling were definitely dated and no coffee for the coffee pot. Bed was comfortable. Overall it was quiet all night which was great.
- Sondra (8/5): - Good rate
- Allen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mccaslin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jo (3/5): Thanks but never again - First room was not cleaned at all. Had beer bottles in room bathroom towels dirty.
- Ray (9/5): Superb -
- matthew (10/5): - Great experience
- Jerry (6/5): Pleasant -
- Langley (7/5): Good -
- Cruz (7/5): Overall, was a great cheap placeto stay if you’re just be looking for a place to go sleep or have some privacy. - That it was quiet, not very much commotion Rooms were a little outdated. No continental breakfast or pastries or coffee get what you pay for.
- Marsh (2/5): Very poor - There were bugs in the bed. Live ones just about made me sick
- Julie (1/5): Absolutely unexceptible - The place was really bad. Wouldn't recommend it. Terrible
- Roberta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wallace (5/5): Passable - Close to family and took pets Had a coffee pot no coffee or cups no shampoo no hair dryer
- Tara (7/5): Good - The restaurant that is across the parking lot The AC unit filter was soo filthy. I took it out and cleaned it myself. It was like mud. Room smelled like mildew
- Edward (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anthony (2/5): - Stains on the walls, bad neighborhood. Not a good place to stay.
- Margaret (5/5): It was okay - I liked that it had a mini fridge and microwave Felt kinda dirty. But it was okay I guess
- Craig (6/5): Pleasant -
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Almost everyone was great. The housekeepers were very friendly. Had a laugh with the guy that checked me in. However, the lady owner (I’m not sure of her name. Mina, I think it is) is very obnoxious and rude. Other than that, my stay was great.
- Rogers (1/5): Bad - Location We did not stay. Asked to view the room before booking. When we entered the room, it had an overpowering odor of something and cinnamon? It triggered an almost instant allergy reaction. The room was very run down. Air conditioner unit was beside the bed and was very dirty. We decided to take our chances finding another place. Manager said they couldn't cancel my reservation, I would have to do it online. All around disappointed with the experience.
