• mira (9/5): - המיקום של המלון התאים לנו לטיולים בסביבה, הנוף הנשקף מהטירה מאוד יפה, נופש בגלוית נוף, המבנה מפואר, חדר מרווח ומעוצב בטוב טעם, במקום מסעדה טובה, חוויה טוסקנית אותנטית. החנייה מרוחקת מאוד, מחוץ למיתחם המלון. הנסיעה למלון עם המזוודות על רכב חשמלי צפוף, אין מעלית, צריך לסחוב מזוודות במדרגות.. בערב שהגענו היתה הפסקת מים עד חצות! אין קומקום בחדר ואין אפשרות לשתייה חמה משעה מוקדמת. למרות זאת נהנינו מאוד מהשהייה.

• Kornelia (10/5): Wunderbares Hotel zum Wohlfühlen - Wunderbarer, persönlicher Empfang mit Regenschirm am Auto von Charlotta . Wir bekamen ein super Upgrade und logierten in einer Suite im Obergeschoss. Dazu eine Führung durch das Schloß/Burg von Charlotta Das Anwesen ist ein Traum, das ganze Personal überaus herzlich und zuvorkommend. Alles sehr gepflegt und top sauber. Moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung im Zimmer. Betten sehr bequem. Wir können das Hotel zu 100% empfehlen. Leider waren wir auf der Durchreise und nur eine Nacht hier.

Laura, encantadora. Un gusto conocerla y esperamos poder volver algún día. Un entorno tranquilo y muy agradable. Para lo bueno y para lo malo, es un poco complicado llegar.

When we arrived late in the evening, the reception staff directed us to parking supposedly located about 300 meters from the hotel, but we were unable to find it. When we requested a photo of the parking area, they admitted they did not have one. Although the staff were polite, they provided no real or practical assistance. In my opinion, Booking.com should stop listing such hotels, as they are essentially exposing guests to harmful conditions with the use of excessive artificial scents. The hotel’s conditions are completely inconsistent with its rating. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if possible. • Karin (9/5): Außergewöhnliche Lokation in der Toskana - Die Lokation ist ein altes Schloss mitten im italienischen Nirgendwo zwischen Pisa und Florenz gelegen. Die Beschreibung "Zimmer" trifft es nicht: wir hatten gleich mehrere mit Gewölbedecken, 2 Bädern, 2 Schlafzimmern und einem kleinen Schrankzimmer. WHOW! Der Pool war sehr schön und insgesamt hat alles zum entspannen eingeladen. Zum Hotel gehört ein Restaurant. Wir haben 2x dort gegessen und es war fantastisch. Das Hotel ist mega tierfreundlich und es gibt für Hundebesitzer zir Begrüßung ein kleines Petset mit Leckerli. Herausheben möchten wir noch die unglaubliche Freundlichkeit des Personals. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen! Es ist ein altes Gemäuer und z.B. Feuchtigkeit ist an der ein oder anderen Stelle in den riefer gelegenen Räumlichkeiten nur schwer zu verhindern. Trotz der Klimaanlage hilft dies nicht immer, leicht muffige Gerüche zu überdecken. Aber uns ist bewusst, dass dies ein immerwährender Kampf in solchen historischen Bauten ist und als Liebhaber solch außergewöhnlicher Lokationen kein Ausschlusskriterium!
• Christiane (9/5): Schöner Start in den Urlaub - Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, der Empfang herzlich. Das Anwesen ist schön restauriert und liegt traumhaft in der Landschaft. Am Pool ist es die Idylle pur! Schade war, dass der Service im Restaurant leider nicht mit dem hervorragenden Essen mithalten konnte, evtl. hatten wir an dem Tag Pech, da sich zwei größere Gruppen zum Abendessen einfanden und dadurch der Service vielleicht überlastet war … der Ausblick auf ein ca. drei Meter entferntes Gebäude hat uns nicht gestört, da wir nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer waren

Si vous voulez visiter un vieux château d'époque et être tranquille, je vous le recommande. On a été également dans le petit village près du château et avons marché et mangé une pizza. La chambre est très propre et les lieux aussi. Chambre immense! Très belle vue au restaurant! . Au niveau de la robinetterie et de la climatisation, il y a des réparations à faire. Mais on voit que les personnels fait tout pour que notre séjour soit bien 😊

• Alina (9/5): Aussergewöhnlich - Wir haben das Hotel für die Durchreise in die Toskana gebucht. Das Hotel im alten Schloss ist sehr aussergewöhnlich und echt sehenswert. Das Zimmer war riesig, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück gut. Wir haben am Abend im Hoteleigenen Restaurant gegessen. Leider war die Auswahl nur sehr ausgefallen und das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis unangemessen.

Un petit déjeuner pris sur une terrasse plaisante. Quel regret de ne pas avoir pu dîner au restaurant qui était fermé alors que les tables disposées sous les arbres centenaires étaient particulièrement attirantes.

• Wieslawa (9/5): Hotel w pięknej okolicy , cisza, spokój , konieczny samochód na zwiedzanie . - Duże pokoje, basen , leżaki , nigdy nie było za tłoczno, bardzo dobry punkt do zwiedzania Toskanii. Jedynie to brak czajnika albo kafeterii . Można było zrobić to na dole w specjalnym pomieszczeniu ale trzeba wyjść i zejść na dół i przynieść sobie do pokoju kawę czy herbatę . Bardzo dobry pokój na krótki pobyt jednak na dłużej przydałoby się biurko z krzesłem i lepsze wyposażenie .

La nostra suite con volte a cassettoni affrescate ci ha regalato un’atmosfera unica, raffinata e di grande fascino storico. Il bagno con idromassaggio ha reso il soggiorno ancora più confortevole e rilassante. Il giardino e la terrazza panoramica sono spettacolari, curati nei minimi dettagli, perfetti per godersi momenti di pace immersi nella bellezza del paesaggio toscano. La cena al bistrot è stata una vera sorpresa: piatti abbondanti e deliziosi, preparati con prodotti locali di alta qualità e accompagnati da una selezione di vini del territorio davvero eccellente. Un ringraziamento speciale allo chef Camillo, che con passione e professionalità ha reso l’esperienza gastronomica memorabile. Un luogo dove storia, gusto e ospitalità si incontrano: consigliatissimo!
• claire (7/5): - Chambre immense. Très belle batisse. Bon petit déjeuner La chambre située au 2ème sans ascenseur, escaliers très raides. Parking très éloigné de l'hébergement. Piscine infestée d'insectes qui piquent. La chambre n'était pas prête à 14h et on a du patienter 2 heures avant de pouvoir s'installer.

Værelserne var rummelige, smagfuldt indrettede og fremstod - Værelserne var store, lækre indrettet og duftede friskt – virkelig dejligt at træde ind i. Personalet var desuden meget søde og imødekommende, hvilket gav en varm velkomst og en god stemning under hele opholdet. Ved poolområdet var der lige lovlig mange insekter, og man følte nærmest, at man blev ædt op af myg og store fluer, hvilket gjorde det svært at slappe helt af der. Morgenmadsbuffeten kunne også forbedres – især frugten, som desværre var uspiselig og uappetitlig, både i kvalitet og i måden, den blev præsenteret på.

• Marcus (9/5): schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage - sehr schönes Hotel mit toller, ruhiger Lage (abgelegen auf einer Anhöhe) schöner Ausblick. schöner kleiner Pool! sehr freundliches Personal , gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. die private Terrasse war für jeden zugänglich. hier wäre es schön wenn gewesen, dass dies deutlich abgetrennt ist. Leider waren auch keine Sonnenschirme auf der Terrasse :-( obwohl es ein sehr schönes Hotel ist, ist der Preis leider zu hoch... leider gab es keine Bar...

• Daniela (8/5): Location magnifica, nel complesso bella esperienza - La location è spettacolare sia fuori che dentro. La camera era silenziosa e abbastanza spaziosa, così come il bagno, anche se lo spazio ridotto davanti al wc può essere un po' scomodo per le persone alte. Pulizia eccellente, gli asciugamani ci sono stati cambiati ogni giorno anche se li avevamo lasciati appesi. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Riguardo la colazione, è interessante la presenza di 5-6 diversi "distributori" di creme e marmellate con cui riempire i cornetti vuoti o da spalmare sul pane. Buone le torte e molto piacevole anche lo yogurt e la frutta fresca già tagliata. Esiste anche la parte salata, ma noi preferiamo la colazione dolce quindi non la posso giudicare. Il materasso in memory non era comodissimo, risultava affossato in certi punti e questo può essere un problema per chi ha problemi di schiena. La piscina è un po' troppo alta, io che non arrivo al metro e sessanta avevo l'acqua fino al collo e dovevo stare sulle punte se non volevo bagnare i capelli. Al tramonto non si può passeggiare nel verde perché è pieno di insetti, innocui ma molto molesti. Ultimo ma non ultimo, il vialetto per entrare e uscire dal parcheggio è stretto, pieno di buche e sinceramente l'idea di incrociare una macchina nella direzione opposta mi metteva molta ansia perché non c'è spazio per spostarsi di lato. Abbiamo preferito, quando possibile, parcheggiare in un minuscolo parcheggio esterno (di fronte a una chiesa). Non abbiamo provato il bistrot perché i prezzi erano alti e dalle recensioni non sembrava né valesse la pena.
• Jessica (8/5): - Piscina meravigliosa, colazione a buffet fantastica, e posto in posizione strategica per visitare le città e posti vicini ma rimandando comunque in un posto tranquillo e non lontano dal mare. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante e dire che abbiamo mangiato veramente bene è dire poco! Ottimo

L’emplacement du château Le petit déjeuner (avec plusieurs options sans gluten pour les cœliaques) La jolie piscine et l’apéro de bienvenue Le jacuzzi de notre chambre ne dispose pas de vitre/protection donc la douche classique debout met de l’eau un peu partout Nous aurions souhaité rester une petite heure à la piscine après le check-out et cela nous a été refusé.

• Rowan (6/5): Prachtige locatie maar veel geluidsoverlast - De locatie is prachtig en het heeft een unieke sfeer. Het restaurant is een aanrader en we hebben er heerlijk gegeten met mooi uitzicht. Tevens was het personeel vriendelijk! De enige nacht dat we hier bleven was verschrikkelijk. We hadden een kamer op de begane grond en de airco zat naast het bed geplaatst en maakte het geluid van een dieselmotor. Het was niet te doen. Zonder airco warmde de kamer binnen minuten op naar 27 graden.. Daarnaast hoorden we voetstappen van de kamer boven ons die mega door dreunden. Het hotel reageerde empatisch op onze klacht en heeft ons wel een betere kamer aangeboden, we hebben echter besloten uit te checken en eerder naar huis te gaan. Mijn tip: als je boekt, boek een luxe kamer. Denk dat de ervaring dan een stuk beter is.
• Süer (10/5): İnanılmaz bir deneyim! - Şato gerçekten inanılmazdı, oldukça otantikti. Restaurantında yemek yemenizi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Şarapları ve yemekleri çok güzeldi. Çok ama çok memnun kaldık! Sadece çok fazla sivrisinek var ve havuz kenarında uzanmak imkansız. Bunun için yanınızda ilaç getirmeyi unutmayın.

• Martin BsAs (6/5): Caste;;o de San Rufino - La ubicación del hotel es buena, si uno quiere recorrer la zona, así que fue lo esperado. La piscina es buena, pero no tiene ningún servicio en el lugar. El hotel es lindo, y las habitaciones son muy grandes. El lugar del desayuno es lindo, y la comida es buena. El hotel seria fantástico, si tuviera mejor servicio hacia los huéspedes. Le falta mas personal en la recepción, y algún servicio de bar o algo donde uno pueda tomar un trago. Le falta ser mas acogedor. Tuve que hacer check out a la noche porque a la mañana no iba a haber nadie. Mis amigos se fueron a las 8.30hs y seguía sin haber nadie,

• Francesco (8/5): Bel soggiorno - Belle la camera anche se dimensioni inferiori rispetto quando dichiarato. Spazi di circolazione molto curati ed ampi. Molto piacevole la visione globale della struttura. Buona la colazione anche se scelta non molto varia. Visto lo standard della struttura la costruzione andrebbe curata di più (ad esempio: tetto terrazzo ristorante consumato, pezzi di mosaico della piscina mancanti)

• Jane Simone (10/5): - Beautiful castle surrounded by a lovely garden with a pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with king-size beds and two pillows, very comfy for a good night’s sleep. However, there was no separate shower—only a worn jacuzzi bathtub with a shower inside, which wasn’t ideal for washing hair. Breakfast was not included in the stay; it could be booked, but was rather expensive. The girl at reception was kind and welcoming. There’s a small bar inside the castle’s restaurant, but there weren’t many staff available for bar service.

Badkamer was klein, onpraktisch (alleen bad) en muf… hotel ligt in klein gehuchtje met veel vervallen huizen en zo te zien niet Italiaanse inwoners. Geblaf van agressieve honden. We kwamen om zes uur aan. Personeel klaagde dat ze geluk zouden hebben als ze om 24:00 klaar zouden zijn maar het was al wel te laat voor welkomstdrankje.
