• John (4/5): - The property is an utter disaster. It’s clear ownership does virtually nothing to keep the place clean or habitable. The staff does their best with very limited resources. They went above and beyond. It’s clear ownership invests nothing to help. This property should be banned from this site and the town health dept should shut them down. Cannot explain how disgusting it was. Never again

Definitely wouldn’t recommend or stay here again. The price was crazy expensive for the room settings
• Pedro (1/5): DO NOT BOOK HERE - Nothing. It's the worst motel ive ever stepped foot at. The shower was filled with mysterious dirt, there was a random damp towel left on the shower floor, and the curtain had the dirtiest black stains on it. The beds were ok, and the fridge didn't work at all. It's not worth it, even for the cheap price.

• Michael (10/5): Great mini-vacation for me - Had a great stay for one week here. The parking lot was rough when leaving, but that's to be expected during August in Seaside Heights. Close to EVERYTHING. Would definitely stay again given the opportunity.

• Riley (4/5): - I paid way too much for a room that was very poorly put together. The bathroom had black mold everywhere. Which is unsafe for any guests who plan on staying there. Very limited space. The bed wasn’t great. I would suggest paying a bit more to stay somewhere else. I highly doubt we will be returning to stay there ever again. The staff was nice. But that doesn’t make up for very poor quality of living environment.

• Darcie (2/5): - THIS HOTEL IS UNSAFE TO STAY IN. DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH! BLACK MOLD ALL OVER. SEE PHOTOS. I found the mold in the bathroom. The shower was disgusting, I couldn't shower in it. The sink and shower curtain were absolutely disgraceful-evidently unclean and neglected with black mold growing I haven't seen a hotel this bad in my life. I cannot believe I paid $250 for a night here. The AC barely worked, and I am confident it had not been cleaned in years. The sheet and matrress protector had cigarette burn marks on them. The pillows had no protective cover, just a very thin pillowcase. The pillows are shapeless and old. I could only sleep here because I wrapped myself in my own sheet and pillowcase. I'm still feeling disgusting from that room. I wish I never accepted the room in the condition it was in. I'd rather pay 2x as much than experience that trauma again.

The owner was so sweet and kind that it made everything so much better like he truly was a good guy. Not just some money hungry schmuck like the other motels around. The bedding could use updated....

The only downside was some flies in the room when we got there. But the facility is in fact clean. And the air conditioning and plumbing work well. We would come back.
• Taylor (2/5): - This was a bait and switch situation. I booked the flamingo inn months prior to my stay, and when I arrived to the location there was a "stop work order" on the door. I recieved no heads up or notice of this. I called the number on the door where he informed me he had another motel about a block away. When we arrived to thos other location it was disgusting!! The pool was green, the office was messy, disorganized and smelly, when we went into the room they gave us it was tile flooring that clearly had not be swept in some time. One of the blankets had a good size brown stain on it. There was holes in the wall, there was wet behind the beds, it looked to be rodent urine. There was black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, as well as the shower curtain of the bathroom, and the door fram into the bathroom, my husband took out the filter on the ac unit and cleaned it himself because we were afraid to breath even being in the room!

For 200 dollars a night you would think it would be a semi decent place but the bathroom was dirty, didn’t have hot water, had to ask for towels coming in, had to park a mile away due to lack of parking on site. Very disappointed because they don’t put money into the property and you can tell.

Very loud guests could hear everything. Blanket on bed had stains. At check out 830am no one in office with not to call number but no one answered.

There was a poorly fixed ceiling. The bathroom was filthy. There was a socket dangling on the floor and not in the wall. The quilts on the beds was visible with dusts. We only stayed there an hour before finding somewhere else.

We asked the man who was in charge at reception counter Where could we park our car? He said: "I didn't know." I asked him many times but still got the same answers 😡 At least he could show me some parking lot around there to pay that's better to say don't know

I had read the reviews and they all pretty much said how great the staff was, even though everything else wasn't *great* Pls forgive me I keep getting his name wrong. I think it's ken or Al. he has the long White haired ponytail. He was truly a pleasure, was helpful, had a cool sense of humor!! We plan on going back mostly bc how good he was to us. The parking lot was extremely small it held only 6 to 8 cars,and if you didn't get a spot you had to pay for parking. Rooms were ok. The bathroom was really small,, the pool was well taking care off. The only major complaint would be how hard the mattress were. .

Until you hire real staff and not half-wit, inbred, drug addicted, booze-hound bums, this place will never even resemble something that could be described as an "Inn". If you got rid of the staff and just hired humans instead of whatever they were, you wouldn't look so much like a place desperate for any Penny you can get during the summer months. Do the entire East Coast a favor and close your doors permanently.

• Nicholas (2/5): - I could not even stay here. Me and the other I traveled with walked into the room, took one look, got in our car and did not think twice about returning. I attempted to get a refund for the two nights I booked but was unable to. Room was disgusting, tight, and smelled awful. The shower looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The walls had a film-like texture on them, as if cigarettes being smoked within the room was very common, and if so, there seemed to be no attempt to even cover up the look! The bed cover, sheets, and pillows seemed awful. They look, smell, and feel disgusting as if they’d been used for over 25 years without replacement. Truly an awful feeling walking in knowing I spent over $300 for it. Complete waste of money, energy, and hopeful thoughts.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Just DONT - Front desk guy was cool. For starters No Coffee Maker. Secondly the amount of gnats coming inside the room when we opened the door was insane. When you first walk in you smell cleaning supplies. But once settled in, it smells like dirty water or backed up sewer. We had to hang fresheners throughout the room. The bathroom shower curtain had green n brown stains. It was nauseating. WiFi, Tv, and refrigerator worked fine. No Breakfast or snack machines. Not even 1 complimentary water lol.we had Noooo towels in our room. Thank god we always bring towels. Pool was full of garbage with rain water. The mattress was on springs. The curtains were short so passerby’s or other guests can see into your room. This is perfect for a crackhead or drug user.

There is no room cleaning daily nor are towels, rags available when I ask for rags and towel they were so nasty looking I could not believe the manager gave them out there are people living in other rooms with pit bull dogs that run around so if you have small children I would not recommend goin this is the worst place I ever visit in my entire life and the staff do not make it any better nor comfortable
